I have worked with many clients that have moved in here. [name removed] is a great Executive. She really does her best to provide excellent care for all the families.

My mother lives here and is well cared for. The staff is caring and compassionate. It was a huge transition but it is all working out now.

The staff is friendly, genuine and truly cares. The community is so warm and cozy. They are so good at communicating and follow-up. Our mom just left a community that truly changed her and not for the better. We can already see changes in her and makes us so happy. We are all so happy visiting her here because we can enjoy our time with her instead of worrying about her well -being.

A very nice building, with great staff, and an active group of seniors. Our biggest worry was that dad wouldn't take advantage of all the fun stuff they have going on but they really made it a point to get to know him. Now every time we go over to visit he's busy doing something fun with friends. The on-site therapy really pushed dad when he arrived and he's more independent then I've seen him in years. We probably put the move to ALF off a little long as dad had struggling at home for awhile even with caregivers coming in six days a week. While his health was steady he basically lost any sense of community and relegated himself to reading the newspaper, watching some TV, and sleep. Once we got him to Sunrise of Cary that all changed. Dad has made several friends, is in a walking group, a gardening group, and the last two times we visited he's been playing casino style blackjack with the admissions person and the activities lady. the building itself is great but I am am most happy that dads back enjoying life again, he has purpose and everyone in our family that has seen him lately comments on the huge difference!

My dad’s quality of life has dramatically improved while staying here. I am so thankful for this community! I’m able to return to my normal life and feel confident that my dad is being well taken care of. He told me ‘’we hit the jackbox with this place!’’

It’s a nice environment here and everyone is really friendly and nice and there’s always live music and it’s really fun. There are horses and anyone can take a turn riding on it. I recommend coming here for work, volunteering, and if ur an elder or know an elder who needs a senior center. very lively 10/10 experience

My family (brother and sister) considered many options and facilities before choosing Sunrise of Cary. The industry seems to be full of fairly decent options (at least in Raleigh/Cary) but Sunrise of Cary stood out over them all. The building and apartments/rooms are beautiful and you can tell it is meticulously maintained. The residents are always doing something fun like casino nights, classic car shows, sip and paints (yes, wine!), baking clubs, or interacting with local groups like the boy/girl scouts. The staff are professional and everyone looks well cared for. The Administration is very hands on and we love that! *Three month in and mom and dad love it there!*

After touring several Assisted Living Facilities in our area, we decided on Sunrise of Cary and couldn't be happier. From our first tour, we could tell that this was a special place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and they quickly convey a passion and expertise for senior care. We loved the spacious rooms, the activities, the beautiful courtyards, and the staff couldn't be kinder to Mom. I highly recommend them. My mom wasn't getting out a lot but now is in several groups, goes out on day trips, and has a close group of fellow mischievous ladies she spends time with each day.

We recently decided on Sunrise of Cary for Assisted Living after I had an extended stay at the hospital and a skilled rehab after a fall. The admissions team walked us through the process and even met us at the rehab with my mom's favorite Starbucks drink to discuss room and care options. The room itself is beautiful, and it's on the first floor, which makes it convenient for mom to access their gorgeous dining room and their activities and theater room. I was worried at first, but now I am convinced we should have done this earlier; the rehab gym there is excellent, and the rehab director lets you know that she is aggressive with therapy; they even do classes the whole facility can attend twice a week. I also like that there are two doctor groups, highly trained wellness staff, care providers, and a robust community life. Mom wants to have her call bell button to wear as a watch; she says it's her Sunrise Smart Watch.

Experience has been mostly positive. Facility is in good shape. Staff is very friendly and seemingly competent. We picked this community because of the cleanliness and friendliness

I’ve had two family members in the same Sunrise facility. One in the assisted living many years ago and one currently in memory care. Both experiences have been great. The staff is quick to notice any changes in behavior/mood and do a wonderful job of acting appropriately. I feel confident that my loved one is being taken well care of.

I have visited my mother-in-law here on several occasions. The place is lovely, warm and everyone seems happy. There are a great deal of activities to choose from every day. The staff has been responsive and helpful at all times. I have no doubt my mother-in-law is having the best experience and we are truly grateful to know she is here.

My mom has been in Sunrise for sometime and it gives me comfort knowing she is there. I live out of state (Fl) and only get to visit about once a year. I am really pleased with how well the Sunrise center is run and give a shout out to Larissa and the excellent nursing, care, and kitchen staff who support the residents there. Even though I have siblings who are local there and visit regularly it gives me one less thing to worry about (from a distance) and little peace on mind.

I would say that everyone has been welcoming and supportive. I love the food!It felt right. The associates were great and I felt comfortable. I would recommend to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Leawood in the Memory Care Unit. Everything was great for him at this facility. The staff was great! They were very loving and responsive. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The care services, activities and meals were also great. I would recommend Sunrise of Leawood to others.

Through guidance from [name removed] with A Place for Mom, we were able to talk to several communities. When he told us about Sunrise, it seemed to be a good fit for us. He had us on the phone with Sunrise very quickly as we needed to make arrangements for Dad leaving the hospital. We visited before making the choice and we're very pleased with the facility. And that never wavered during my Dad's brief stay. I would highly recommend Sunrise North Wales to anyone looking for a safe, caring place for elderly parents. And if they are able to participate, or just sit and listen or watch, there are many activities and performances to take part in.

Seemed like a very friendly and caring place. They took plenty of time to take me on a tour of the facility and explain their services. The experience was very good.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Mill Basin and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The move in process was painless. The management and sales staff are excellent. The aides and caregivers are very caring and positive. The food is excellent and so are the dining sections. This is a very well run facility. Without reservation, I would recommend Sunrise of Mill Basin to others.
