Wonderful, clean and inviting community. You will always feel like you are coming home when you walk into the community. You are immediately greeted and everyone you walk by smiles and speaks with you.

What has made the Sunrise of West Essex community such a great experience so far is the people that are living at the community and the kind staff members. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I've been researching places to help my mother out when the time comes for her to need additional care, and where I know she'll be in good hands. Learned a lot and had a lovely experience with everyone I spoke to.

We decided that the time was right for my parents to go Assisted Living and fortunately we found several facilities in our area. Most of the places we saw look nice and seem to have good care but when we went to Sunrise of Cary, we immediately noticed a higher overall standard. The building is wonderfully decorated and puts us at ease from the moment we enter the lobby. The rooms are well designed, spacious, and capture a lot of natural light (very cheery). The people living there looked happy and were joking around with the staff. When we visited, several activities were taking place, and the gym was full of people doing exercises. When you meet the activities leader and the therapy manager you can tell they are pros. The activities people are all about “resident engagement” and the therapy manager is determined to get people to move and stay moving at a high level. Very happy with the choice to come here 10/10.

I have had the pleasure of visiting and working with the caring staff at the Mount Vernon location of Sunrise Senior Living in Alexandria , VA. The Director of Sales, [name removed] Ali and all her staff truly care about each one of the residents as well as each other - you feel the love when you first walk through the door! The caregivers treat the residents as family and it shows in the their happy faces. I can not recommend a place more highly. I always feel welcome each time I visit, it is a perfect place for your loved one!

I recently helped my father move into an assisted living facility and I am happy with the overall experience. The process was smooth and fairly stress-free, thanks to the helpful staff and their attention to detail. From the initial tour and many many follow-up tours to the move-in day, everything was handled with care and professionalism. My father is also pleased with the facility. The staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns he may have, and they go above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being. What’s more, the facility is cost-competitive compared to other assisted living options in the area. This was a big factor in our decision-making process. Overall, I recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment for their loved ones.

All of the staff at Sunrise at Sterling Canyon are friendly and helpful. The other residents are happy, also. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Sterling Canyon to others looking for Assisted Living care for their loved one.

My husband and I have been at The Quadrangle for more than five years, and we LOVE living here! The people (the warm and friendly residents and staff), the location (the arboretum-like setting just minutes from Main Line amenities), the Quaker values (such as simplicity, community, equality, acceptance of each individual), and the variety of resident-run programs make The Quadrangle a uniquely vibrant place to thrive. It’s all the fun of college life . . . but without those pesky papers and exams!

My experience here at Haverford has been fine. My Care Manager Services have been good. I’ve met a lot of nice, new friends, especially [name removed]. Everyone has been nice. I don’t find anything wrong with the people here.

I feel safe, if I didn’t feel safe, I would have to leave. I put myself here, because I’m close to my family. I am still somewhat independent. My favorite, Care Manager, [name removed] checks on me every night as I bed, which is comforting.

My experience here at Haverford has been very good. The staff have been very helpful, and always there when I need them. The Nurses have been very insightful. I’ve received help and improvement with Fox Rehab Services.

The facility is beautiful and home-like, the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. The accessibility of the room to common areas (doesn't require my mom to walk long distances to get around), smaller number of residents than other places, nice amenities and continuum of care offered, competitive price.

Sunrise at Mount Vernon has been the right place for my wife’s needs. The Remembrance unit is caring and considerate. They are attentive to her needs and provide round the clock assistance. The meals are well prepared and tasty and the activities are very helpful to her memory care. Highly recommended!!

I am new here to Sunrise and so far my experience has been very good. I really love the gym and I am eager to start my PT. The staff has been very pleasant. I do enjoy the Happy Hour Socials. So far I am enjoying the community.

I wanted to express my overwhelming joy at having chosen Sunrise of Vienna for my dad! We recently moved my dad to Virginia from NJ. I knew that dad would need to go to a memory care assisted living facility and did my homework before dad arrived here. After visiting many Assisted living facilities in my area (approximately 6) there was no doubt in my mind that I saved the best for last and that was Sunrise of Vienna! From making an appointment for my initial visit with [names removed] to view Sunrise, to today I was made to feel like I was already part of a loving and caring not to mention gorgeous and well planned out community. Being that this particular Sunrise was still awaiting its grand opening my dad scored some great bonus prizes! He is an official founder of Sunrise of Vienna and the other perks have been unbelievable! My overall experience is very good. I just do not like the showers . I am open to trying the whirlpool tub. The staff is remarkable, and the foods is great. I would like to have more live entertainment . But I am adjusting very well.

We visited several facilities in searching for our assisted living home. The various local Sunrise Senior homes were all very nice, and in fact we stayed briefly at one while waiting for an opening at Braddock Glen. The reason we were waiting to get into Braddock Glen, was that it was so EXCEPTIONALLY WONDERFUL. As soon as we entered the lobby, there was a feeling of warmth and comfort. The staff and management are exceptional and have always been quick to help with any needs. The facility is always very clean, lots of activities, very large comfortable dining area...and they have TWO real pianos !!! We have been there now for a full year and highly recommend this wonderful home, definitely worth getting on the waiting list for, if they are full.

We moved my 86-year-old mom into Braddock Glen at the end of July 2023, and we feel incredibly fortunate that she is there! It’s a small assisted living community, so everyone knows everyone by first name - including us as family members. The place is clean and welcoming. She has received outstanding care there as she has adjusted to leaving her home of many years. The staff are friendly, care about their residents, and many have been working there for quite a few years. They are responsive and communication has been great. It is a huge relief knowing she is safe and in such good hands, whether from the team members who empty her trash or clean her room, to those who provide her with physical therapy or health checks, to the reception team and very visible and present director…I highly recommend Braddock Glen.

They are able to provide care for residents who are more impaired. The other facilities could not manage the falls and could not provide the level of care that my dad needed. And he won't have to move again. Communication needs to improve.

I enjoy sitting by the front desk, everyone is so nice and the place is always filled with smiles.
