I had the chance to meet with [name removed] and she was so helpful. She showed me around and was so knowledgeable and kind. We are moving mom in next week. It will be a tough move but I am sure she will thrive once she is settled. I than Misha and Mikhail for being so understanding during the assessment.

Everyone is so caring and nice. My loved one is very well taken care of. So clean and fresh. Never dirty. That's so important.

Unfortunately things are not going well for my Aunt from an illnesses standpoint but the facility is wonderful. The help is extremely considerate and I would highly recommend Sunrise of West Babylon.

Understand "things" will happen but the genuine effort of all the staff (all services ) for professional and personal care is very good. Cost is high as far as my loved one is concerned as she's not able to engage in much of the available amenities. Thanks to all for the overall good care!

Well, nice people, properly trained, and taking care of people, who need help. It’s not perfect, but, what is? Some people need more help than others, but everyone gets taken care of, eventually. I recommend this Community, and it’s inhabitants, both male and female, to take care of your needs.

My aunt has finally found a place that feels like a family. They take great care of her needs and are always there to help. Very happy and and feel my aunt is safe and happy. Meals are excellent. 10 Stars!

I went there to check for possibility of moving my mother into this location… we were greeted and treated like we were VIPs… we ate in the dining room and was treated well by all the residents, and the cooks came out and greeted us. All were very friendly and treated us like we were at home or better!

We appreciate the accessibility of the staff for communication about my sister and their willingness to work with us! The reason I gave cost a lower rating is the cost of the Hoyer lift even when it isn't being used and the expensive incontinence products.

I toured Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe last week and I am beyond impressed. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. I have toured other places but Sunrise is the only place that offers 2 different memory care. I am at my beginning stage but when the time comes this community is my top choice for my parents.

I would say that we are pleased and picked this one as the staff is the best I have seen in a long time. I have already recommended to others.

I've been at sunrise of Reston for about a month. The management and staff have worked to accommodate my special needs. Everyone is friendly and caring and trying to help. There are a wide range of activities to enjoy. And the food is quite good.

We have two family members in their eighties, one with severe mobility issues and a second with early stage memory loss. They have been at this facility for several months. During the tour, we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the care shown towards the residents. And since our family members moved in, we are even more impressed. The staff here goes out of its way to befriend and care for the residents — I could not imagine a better staff in that respect. Second, as we work through billing issues with long-term care insurance, the office managers and nurse have been very helpful and responsive, including driving to a facility to get a physical completed. Overall, we are very pleased with out decision.

I have been a resident at this community for over 5 years! I have enjoyed my time here greatly. My apartment is truly my home, I even have a full kitchen in it even though I enjoy majority of my meals in the dining room. The staff is very welcoming & attentive to all of my needs. I can’t recommend joining this community as “my neighbor” enough!

While looking for an assisted living home for our mom, my sister and I came across Sunrise of Richmond. Upon pulling into the parking lot, we were immediately impressed with the one-story beautiful arts and crafts style architecture including open porches to sit outside- just the right size and feel! [name removed] greeted us warmly, and we could sense how sincere she was in wanting to help us find just the right place for our mom. The interior is absolutely gorgeous- warm and cozy, clean and well laid out. The huge stone fireplace and spacious seating invited us into the shared space, and we could just imagine our mom making friends there. This feels like a large beautiful home rather than a "facility." [name removed] worked above and beyond to answer our questions and allay our concerns. This is truly a top notch facility and exceeded all of our expectations! When it comes to our mom, we are super particular in making this important choice. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Richmond.

My parents current live at Fair oaks and for the last couple of months I have seen them flourish. The activities are always fun and right up my parents alley! The food by Chef [name removed] is delicious. [name removed] was extremely helpful with getting my parents settled in their new place. The other residents were very welcoming of my parents and helping them integrate them into the community. Sunrise has a program where they help my parents get adjusted for the first 14 days. The community is very clean and you always get a warm face greeting you. The care is top level and there are no words to describe how amazing [name removed] and [name removed] are.

Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe was an amazing place. We knew the first time we ever toured the place that this was the place for daddy. They went out of their way welcoming him on his day or move in and continue that today. My daddy is very happy there. He loves the staff, the care they provide, the administration staff with their surprises and the Dining Room staff including the food. It has been a relief for me to know he is some where that he is cared for by genuine people. I couldn’t imagine him anywhere else.

I dropped in for a tour of Sunrise at Silas Burke. I met with the Director of Sales who walked me through everything relating to options for assisted living. I am still in the early stages of helping my parents find a community. However, I felt that I had to write a review because the experience here was very positive. I was impressed in particular by the dining options. The meals seemed restaurant quality and were not really what you would expect to find in a senior community. It is definitely at the top of my list.

I met with the Director of Sales regarding my father's memory care needs. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease during this process. The community was clean and everyone seemed happy and well taken care of.

Sunrise Haverford is a unique, caring community. My father was a resident in personal care and was quite ill when he moved to the community. I can tell you that every person at Sunrise treated him with kindness, care, respect and patience. Whenever anyone entered his room, the first thing they did was look carefully at his face to assess how he was doing. (I visited often and observed this consistently.) His room was clean, quite, comfortable and had a lovely view. The building is designed to have a very homey feel and the food is excellent. My family and I will be forever grateful to Sunrise Haverford for the care and comfort they provided during my father's final days.

I last toured this facility for family members in 2022. One year later, I returned and was even more impressed with the facility and staff. The tour was very through and [name removed] answered every question I had. The staff we came in contact were friendly and professional. Residents appear happy and well taken care of. Ultimately, the family decided this location was the perfect place for our family members who need assistance with daily living. Very thankful to have Sunrise of Tuckahoe nearby and the opportunity to place our loved ones in their care.
