I really like playing Bingo here. They always have a large group. I like the variety of music offered. The food is good but I would like more selection of vegetables as I am a vegetarian. There are a lot of shops nearby and they drive me to pick things up when I need them.

I like that were allowed independence so I feel like my room is my home. It feels good the staff treat me with respect. I feel they really care about me. I like move nights and we have lots of options during meal times.

I appreciate the comradery I've made with the other residents. The building is always clean and the staff treat me nicely.

We are very grateful to have the staff and administration at Sunrise of Richmond. They are kind and patient with my mom, who needs a lot of care. The executive director and the director of the care staff are very accessible, approachable, and helpful. They know all of their residents and the resident's needs well.

Great customer service skills exercised whenever I visit the community. I had lunch with my aunt on Thanksgiving Day. The meal was delicious, and it looked good. Great presentation- Sunrise of Richmond!

Mom was very ill. She was discharged from the hospital and needed extra loving care while she recovered. Sunrise took care of her with tender attention and great nursing. And mom has rebounded and recovered. She’s doing great and is so happy. The food is wonderful the staff is wonderful and I can’t give enough kudos.

The staff are extremely caring and responsive. My mother reports that she is much happier since moving into Sunrise of Boulder. She is healthier and has gained weight. She has a lovely Assisted Living apartment that we had painted in her favorite color and she benefits from the multiple times a day she interacts with Sunrise staff. I benefit from speedy, helpful responses every time I reach out to staff by phone or message/email to get an answer to a question or information about my mom and her care. Staff are kind, warm, competent, and lovely. The building is also very appealing – from the lounges to the dining rooms to the fireplace areas to the gardens. There’s always enough parking, too. There’s a strong sense of teamwork and I never have the sense that there aren’t enough staff to take care of residents’ needs. I feel so grateful knowing my mom is in wonderful hands and I can return to being a daughter who gets the pleasure of visiting without having to do chores all the time and worry about her safety. I also love the fact that there are in-building medical services available, because it’s a stress for people as old as my mother to have to leave home to get the care that they need. Sunrise of Boulder has sure improved my mom’s life and my family’s lives.

Beautiful community - mom is happy! Wonderful & caring staff - amazing menu & immaculately clean. Attentive to all my concerns/questions. Plus gorgeous Xmas deco throughout.

If you’re considering an assisted living home for a family member, I highly recommend Sunrise of Westfield. The staff is caring, friendly, and just overall amazing- and not only to their residents, but to the families of the residents as well. There has never been a time when I didn’t feel included in the community. From the moment that you walk in the front door, you’re welcomed and treated like family. I truly feel that the staff is the best that you can find. They have a plethora of activities for the residents to participate in and lots of family events as well. Every activity is different and entertaining. I can tell you personally that my father in law truly enjoys living there. He’s made new friends, participates in lots of new activities, and enjoys the overall community. I no longer need to worry about his wellbeing. I know that he’s being served restaurant quality food that he orders from a menu and is busy every single day. It’s such a pleasure to see this!
