The level of care is excellent and my mother is doing quite well. The staff is so kind and caring. There are many activities for my mom to engage in and she is quite happy. It is the perfect community for my mom.

Everyone always is so friendly and caring. I appreciate all the staffs hard work!

My mother lives here and had t make a quick move. We have had to face some challenges but the staff has been so patient and kind. We appreciate the love and approach they have with her. She enjoys the small feel. Very cozy and homey.

I like the activities here and I always join. Staff is always here to help me. I play the trumpet and when there is live entertainment I get to play along with them. Housekeeping does a good job. I have made many friends here.

I really like playing Bingo here. They always have a large group. I like the variety of music offered. The food is good but I would like more selection of vegetables as I am a vegetarian. There are a lot of shops nearby and they drive me to pick things up when I need them.

I like that were allowed independence so I feel like my room is my home. It feels good the staff treat me with respect. I feel they really care about me. I like move nights and we have lots of options during meal times.

We are very grateful to have the staff and administration at Sunrise of Richmond. They are kind and patient with my mom, who needs a lot of care. Great customer service skills exercised whenever I visit the community. I had lunch with my aunt on Thanksgiving Day. The meal was delicious, and it looked good. Great presentation- Sunrise of Richmond!

Mom was very ill. She was discharged from the hospital and needed extra loving care while she recovered. Sunrise took care of her with tender attention and great nursing. And mom has rebounded and recovered. She’s doing great and is so happy. The food is wonderful the staff is wonderful and I can’t give enough kudos.

The staff are extremely caring and responsive. My mother reports that she is much happier since moving into Sunrise of Boulder. She is healthier and has gained weight. She has a lovely Assisted Living apartment that we had painted in her favorite color and she benefits from the multiple times a day she interacts with Sunrise staff. I benefit from speedy, helpful responses every time I reach out to staff by phone or message/email to get an answer to a question or information about my mom and her care. Staff are kind, warm, competent, and lovely. The building is also very appealing – from the lounges to the dining rooms to the fireplace areas to the gardens. There’s always enough parking, too. There’s a strong sense of teamwork and I never have the sense that there aren’t enough staff to take care of residents’ needs. I feel so grateful knowing my mom is in wonderful hands and I can return to being a daughter who gets the pleasure of visiting without having to do chores all the time and worry about her safety. I also love the fact that there are in-building medical services available, because it’s a stress for people as old as my mother to have to leave home to get the care that they need. Sunrise of Boulder has sure improved my mom’s life and my family’s lives.

Beautiful community - mom is happy! Wonderful & caring staff - amazing menu & immaculately clean. Attentive to all my concerns/questions. Plus gorgeous Xmas deco throughout.

As hard as I tried, I could not find anything to dislike or complain about. I am amazingly surprised with how much I like living here.
