Feels like home. The residents look happy and like to be out of their rooms and sit in the sun room, common areas or outside in groups. The renovations have brought in new outside furniture which the residents love and take breaks in during walking club.

Sunrise at La costa is an amazing facility. The staff go above and beyond to help with residents. The food is five star. Activities are absolutely fun and exciting, they recently had casino night and all the residents loved and enjoyed their time. (:

Care staff provides individualized care to the residents needs and likes. Great place to enjoy socialization and activities. Food is great. Entertainment and Happy hour are fun and many residents attend.

I enjoy the residents in the community. They are active and enjoy activities. Very social and caring, enjoy new comers and make them feel at home. The staff are constantly thanked and loved by the residents as they appreciate the personalized care due to building trusting rapports with the residents. Staff attend continuous trainings to maintain knowledge and safety for the care of the residents.

Mom ([name removed] ) has been living at Sunrise for almost 7 years and it has been a most rewarding experience for her which derives fundamentally from the commitment and compassion of the staff from top to bottom. I have had the pleasure of having my parents and father-in-law reside at Sunrise at Holladay. The staff are welcoming and caring. My parents have both passed but were so happy and well cared for. Mom received care up until her last breath with Sunrise staff and hospice working in unison around the clock and taking care of my father’s every need as well. I can not say enough positive things about the nursing staff, CNA’s, dining room staff, housekeeping and administrative staff. They make Sunrise home and a true community of caring. I lost my father recently and once again the staff were supportive of us and our family. My father-in-law still resides at Sunrise and is so happy. He describes Sunrise as a cruise ship that never leaves port. There are excursions (including trips to Wendover! His favorite!), meals and activities. He is active and participates as much or as little he likes or he can find a nice place on the patio to read a book. Thank you Sunrise at Holladay!

The staff is always positive and caring. They take excellent care with all the patrons. La Costa Glen is a bright spot in the memory care industry, always a smiling face to greet you. From the time you enter the building and leave you have a positive feeling that your loved one is in a safe and happy place and be assured they will be safe. They have activities each day, all day long to engage the memory care patrons . You don’t have to worry about nutrition.I would say this is the best facility around. So glad we found it.

My Patient has been living her for a few month. [name removed] is so caring and really takes care of her residents. They always communicate and the nurses are angels.

I am a Home Health nurse and my patient lives here. When I visit her in the afternoon she is out in the patio area. She is always smiling and looks well cared for.

I referred my client to this facility a few months ago. after months of going back and forth her family decide to move her in. Everyone has been so caring and compassionate.

I moved my mother in a while ago and she is doing very well. She participates in all the fun things going on at the facility. The staff always smile and they take good care of her.

I live here and enjoy helping with activities. I like the music and the police department that comes in to call bingo. Everyone who works here has a big heart.

[name removed] and [name removed] were extremely helpful and go above and beyond. I am not sure that the staff who perform day to day activities, such as respond to the alert buttons, provide the level of care that should be provided. the door bell should be fixed and remove the paper sign.

My aunt lives in memory care. We have had a great experience overall.

[name removed] was instrumental in my family choosing this facility. She was so kind and genuine. She was a great resource and we would recommend this facility to anyone because of her.

My father lived here before he passed away a few months ago. It was a huge transition but he did have the best quality of life. I now volunteer. I went back this past week and many changes have happened. I recommend this place!

My mother lives in memory care. I really appreciate Diane and her caring heart. She truly cares about all the people she has in her memory care. Thanks to her my mother now goes out to participate in activities.

Mom is in memory care. They have been very good. (Originally a little short staffed, but have been working on that and have hired peple)Very responsive!Very friendly!

Our family had an in person tour and we liked it equally. However there were so many residents that were not mobile with oxygen, wheelchairs and walkers that I didn't feel my mother fit in. It was explained to me that they have an additional License that allows them to take care of more severely disabled patients so that is the population that they sometimes attract. The place was very nice though. If my mom was more physically impaired she might have gone there.

I came here after hospitalization from a fall and covid. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very attentive to the resident's need. The menu is varied from meal to meal and offers a selection to satisfy the resident's culinary tastes. No concerns about security. Even residents have to request re=entry via the full time receptionist if you just go outside for fresh air. All the staff members know each resident by name, always pleasant, attentive and create a pleasant atmosphere. Sunrise exceeds all expectations located in a quite and pleasant area on Lake Cascade.
