Sunrise Senior Living

I got to tour Sunrise North Hills and was impressed with the cleanliness of the community and the large outdoor space provided. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and it seemed like a great place for someone to live!

I toured Sunrise at North Hills and it is a great community, they have lots of common areas and activity space, lots of food choices, all common areas looked clean and all residents seemed very happy during our visit.

The community is perfect when I came to visit my sister I was very happy! Food is delicious. I am now moving in!

I like the staff. Beautiful facility and residents are nice.

I would say that the staff are kind and they are very open to discussing concerns. We found the place very clean, friendly and the other residents presented as happy and participating in activities.

It’s never easy moving a loved one from their home and into assisted-living, but Chance and the rest of the staff at Holiday Greeley Place made the whole transition so smooth for everyone and have been the most welcoming to my mother-in-law. My MIL was welcomed immediately and already feels at home.

As a healthcare planning specialist, I have had several opportunities to meet and work with the staff and many of the residents at Sunrise of Providence Road. It is a loving and caring community. The physical and occupational therapists as well as the memory care teams are highly focused on improving the lifestyle of their residents. The Providence Road staff is always welcoming to the friends and families of their residents. When contemplating a decision regarding the next step in assisted living care for your loved one, I highly recommend a visit and a tour of this wonderful community.

We have had a great start to our experience with assisted living at Sunrise of Arlington. The admissions process was smooth and informative, and we have greatly appreciated the team's approach and flexibility over the last few weeks. At the start, the team was welcoming, kind, and encouraging about my mom's transition from independent to assisted living, and they answered all of our questions about the process. Also, my mom was coming from out of state, and they were very helpful in arranging an in-person tour for me and a virtual tour for my mom. They did a great job of making my mom feel comfortable and confident about the move and her new home. Across our time with Sunrise so far, I have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive everyone on the team has been, even during "off hours." It certainly makes me feel like my mom will be in the hands of people who are attentive and care.

[name removed] was wonderful! She showed me around and introduced me to so many people there. Everyone was so kind and happy. She was not at all pushy like some of the other places I looked at. I am hoping my mother will be able to move there in the next few months. The people were just lovely.

When researching into further care for my mother in law, this Sunrise location kept hitting all the points. Friendly, helpful, close by and clean. They have such a home style feeling. That is a bonus in my book.

At a point in my life when I needed help, Sunrise became a lifesaver for me. Being wheelchair bound because of MS, I found living accommodations where I could receive daily help from kind, nonjudgmental caregivers. I appreciate the happy and upbeat attitudes of everyone who works at Sunrise and I am grateful for my life here. I’ve made friends with special people who enrich my life. This is a special place!

I would recommend to others. I picked this community because they had caring staff, it was homey and it was a great apartment available.

All 5's! The staff team at Brighton Gardens has made it such a great experience so far, they are amazing, caring, and wonderful people. We would absolutely without a doubt recommend Brighton Gardens to other families.

I picked the community because the company is well known for providing quality housing. I picked Countryside specifically because of the value. I have told friends that Mom seems very much cared for by the staff. I get regular medical updates. Everyone is friendly to me when I'm there. Just seem to be very good people who care about the residents.

Going to assisted living is not a great solution for anyone. My mom is well taken care of. She has had a couple of , the staff responded quickly. It is hard for her to see so many people pass throughout the year.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Good healthy meals. Move in was seamless. Housekeeping is once per week and is sufficient.. housekeeper knows what must be done and is friendly and helpful. We recommend this facility to others. My mother in law is happy with her decision. We are very satisfied.

In the year 2015, we were once again looking for a place for [name removed]. He had been kicked out of two facilities due to negative behaviors, such as being belligerent. As time passed, we came to realize that we were fortunate to find Sunrise at Webb Gin. The people at Sunrise were able to keep a sense of humor with an eye on his health and safety at all times. They helped him find the Bulldog games on TV. Even though he was at times not so easy to get along with, he was fed, kept clean, and kept happy. He needed extra medical care at times, and the nursing staff at Sunrise kept me informed and told me of things I needed to do to keep him healthy. His health changed and was declining. Hospice was called. He, however, died right after Thanksgiving of this year. All of the employees offered their condolences and prayers as though he was one of their own family. Each person involved in his care was genuine and kind. We were lucky to find Sunrise.

I have been here 4 years and have enjoyed a wonderful experience. The team members have been very loving, caring and supportive of myself and all residents that I have seen. Overall, the food is very good and cooked by an awesome kitchen staff. Sunrise has very good activities and a good variety so everyone can find something they enjoy. We enjoy going out to eat once a month as well as a trip to Walmart. Lots of activities that include friends and family. A very happy place that feels so much like home and everyone becomes like family to us.
