I have lived at IV for 9 years. It has always been a supportive, caring community. The activities planned are enjoyable. When I needed extra care, it was readily available. I would definitely recommend IV to any senior needing an alternative to living on their own.

We have lived here almost 5 years, and we find the facility very satisfactory. We get and give a lot of smiles and waves, as we move around with our "walkers". & also quite convenient for our daughters.

A very clean and well kept building. The staff are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The dining area is clean and the server are respectful and well-trained. The menu is sufficient and tasty. The Life Enrichment Program i.e will run, transportation is available.

The Staff at Independence Village is its greatest asset. All the employees are friendly, kind, helpful, and patient. It amazes me how quickly they recognize everyone and call everyone by name. Even those I haven't met smile and say help. I also enjoy the entertainment, the outings, the special events, the decor, and my apartment. However, it is the staff that makes life at Independence Village enjoyable!

Everybody tries to be helpful. The food is good and varied. It is kept very clean.

This community just did not work for us at it is for more independent living and we needed assisted living. They do have a requirement that you have to be in the dining room at a certain time if you would like to eat there. They offer transportation of needed. We had good communication with the helpful staff. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

The housekeeping team has been wonderful at making sure that my loved ones bedroom and bathroom remains clean as well as making sure the trash is taken out. The staff also is always checking on my mother making sure her needs are being met and that she is comfortable in her new living environment.

Very pleasantly surprised. Very clean, wonderful odors of baking, popcorn, engaged residents and excellent security. Philosophy in line with what we want for Mom. Would recommend it to anyone. The only downside to this facility is using elevators to access first floor only because my Mom is claustrophobic.

Spring Meadows Naperville was a clean community. They had different meal plans available for the residents. The staff met along the tour were friendly. I felt that i took a good tour of the whole place. Activities and special features that they have available were discussed.

We had a pretty nice tour of this community, The community appeared to be well maintained. From what we saw everything was nice and clean. The staff was nice and courteous. It was a good experience, but they did not have any rooms available at the time.

I have been very comfortable in my new living environment, my bedroom and bathroom are kept clean with lots of natural light throughout the studio. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the meals. The food is very bland with little to no taste at all and is often cold by the time I get it.

My friend is very happy with the care that he is getting here. The staff is excellent and caring. They do have activities for those who want to participate. I would recommend this for others who want great care for the good value.

I got to take a tour of the place and the community looks really nice. It is kept clean. The only thing that didn't work for me and my loved one was that they do not offer a ground level walk out. That does not work because me and my loved one needs that. They also have good prices. I would recommend this place to others.

The staff I met during my tour were nice. The community seemed clean. I did not feel that this community had the tools needed to care for mom. This community is more for independent living.

StoryPoint is a beautiful facility and all of the staff is exceptionally friendly and caring. The food is outstanding and worthy of a high-end restaurant in both taste and presentation. I believe the cost is relatively high but in comparison to other facilities I visited worth every penny.

My mom is here getting top of the line experience. She enjoys the meals they serve her. The staff are friendly and attentive to my mom. I am happy with the level of care that is provided at this community and I would recommend them to family or friends.

My loved one lived in this community but unfortunately, we had to move her. They didn't have medical staff available to help with her medical needs. The care staff were courteous and attentive. My loved one needed to be on special meals and they also didn't offer this. Occasionally sugar free desserts were served but overall the services were not matching my loved ones special needs.

I really did not have much time there at the community. However, when I was there the community was clean and the staff was friendly. My loved one has no complaints.

My mother is doing great here. I'am very pleased with her move here. She is being cared for very well here. They have a great staff here. She is getting involved in the community with the activities offered. She is pleased the meals, the food is good. I know she safe and in good hands here. This is a nice small, cozy community. I would highly recommend it.

Sunrise of Plano offered off site and on site activities. The staff that i met during the tour were nice and very courteous. I liked this community they had many amenities available for my loved one. The community overall was clean and up-kept. A variety of meals were served depending on the diets of the residents. The guide gave me a lot of important information about the community.
