This was a nice community. The staff was nice and friendly The community was clean and the meals seems to be good from the menu we were able to see. They have activities for the residents to participate. We would recommend other families to this community for a tour for care.

This residential facility provides me with a pleasant apartment with amenities in a safe environment. I especially enjoy the planned activities and opportunities for fellowship with other residents. The staff in attentive and professional.

I like people (workers) are friendly. Meals are quite good. Care is very respectful. The home is small and easy to navigate. Caregivers are friendly and no abuse. I do not join activities because I need to rest.

[Removed] watt is our activity director. She does a great job of activity selection and implantation. In addition she is warm and gracious. Food is bad, however!

Lots of activities, a wonderful salon and good food. Family brunches are nice too.

Friendly, caring staff. Very clean. Good effort made usually to provide appropriate activities. This is challenging, given various level of functioning of clients. Food appears good, client happy with it.

My sister and I toured The Heart of Juday Creek and were quite Impressed with the facility and the operation. My mother had dementia so the facilities we toured were garnered for that condition. They have the dementia area divided into two groups. A larger one for early onset and a smaller one for those more advanced. My mother fell in to the second group. My mother moved in on February 28, 2017 and as I wheeled your through the door she said this place is nice. We let her adapt a couple of days and I asked her how she like it. She claimed she liked it very much.The nurses and cna's were extremely good and kept people informed about the persons condition. The staff were extremely professional and showed great care for the patients. Unfortunately my mother passed after only 4 days so my experience with them is rather a small period of time. Like many places they require a first month rent with a deposit that is equal to the first month rent and is only partially refundable. Cancellation of contract requires 30 days. It will be interesting to see how they resolve my mother's case.

We toured this community when looking for my husband. It was very nice and they even invited us for dinner. We didn't choose senior star because it was too much monthly for us to afford.

This is a lovely community, and my father is being well cared for here. The staff is great, they have been wonderful to work with. They do a great job keeping everything nice, and clean. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.

we really enjoyed learning more about Beaverdale Estates and the staff were very friendly and helpful to my Aunt. They really made her feel at home.

When I toured Sunrise of Crystal Lake, it was a very nice place. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. They took me and showed me around the building, but I ended up finding a better fit for my mother.

I looks like this community tried to make it a homely feeling, but failed. The place is way to cluttered. I did not care for it at all. The staff were nice and very helpful though. The community was clean, but it was hard to tell.

The food is excellent, the room is comfy and clean. The help is very helpful. Activities are very good. They really know what they are doing here. I love [removed]; she always knows how to make me happy. To many old people, I would like to see more younger generation.

Most staff are polite, good workers, happy with them. Could use a better selection of food; meat is often too tough for us to chew. Also when we first moved in, there was a nurse available to us 24 hours a day. Now there isn't one, only one available if you live in assisted living. Toke the coffee away from the breakfast room in the afternoon, only in the morning now. Also took away fruit late in the day. Not enough wait staff to serve coffee at dinner. Could use more powerful toilet flusher. (Room) carpet too thick, causes tripping, the hall carpet is better
