I toured The Hearth at Juday Creek along with a few other facilities. This community was nice and seemed to be maintained nicely. The person that took me around was fairly and informative. The deciding factor was location, other than that this place was a good choice.

It’s not home, but it’s the – best thing. It is very expensive a place to meet new friends and have some activity. Clean building and rooms throughout all the staff and servers do an excellent job.

Employees constantly provide helpful services.

I am well pleased with my apartment - it is very quiet and convenient to my vehicle. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping and laundry do an excellent job. My one dislike has to do with the food service – breakfast at 8.30 earliest is way too late. Food are difficult to match my medical needs also.

Love the help. Need a different menu for dinner.

I need attention and I realize this is the best place for me to be, the staff is fine and take good care of me.

Story Point is a great place to live for those of us who are aged and need the friendship and fellowship of others all we needs are promptly given attention. Looking for such a large number of people not an easy task, but could definitely be improved.

How much to offer. Budget complaint is greatly overpriced. All employees are very accommodating. Very hardworking. Food is great most of the time.

We are very happy with the living situation at Independence Village. The care is very good, 1. RAs are so kind and caring, they do a wonderful job. 2. We feel very good having mom here. 3. Everyone is kind, friendly and fun, from front desk staff to kitchen and cleaning staff and administration. 4. The classes and entertainment are great! Pottery, painting, music and more. 5. Everything is clean and pretty. 6. Gardens are beautiful. We love the special touches the cleaning and laundry staff include! So happy to be here.

I feel blessed to live here.

I liked The Village at Legacy Pointe when I toured. The man that took us around was very friendly and helpful. The place was very nice but they did not provide transportation, which was one of my biggest concerns.

I also toured Vintage Hills at Prairie Trail. This place was also nice, it was clean and everyone from the most part was friendly. Some of the places, though, would not call me back after they evaluated my mother which was very discouraging.

This is a pretty nice community, and my tour of it was a good one. The community looked good, everything was clean, and well-kept. The staff was friendly, and kind. They were informative, and my questions were answered. It was a good experience overall.

We liked this community and were on the waiting list. It did get confusing when the person we were dealing with was no longer there. The community was nice and the staff were very welcoming. This seemed like a safe community. We had already found another community when an opening at this community became available.

When I toured Sunrise, I quickly noticed it was not a good fit. They charged extra for everything. If my mother took 6 pills instead of 5, they charged extra. If she needed a diaper, extra. Also, the rooms were scared, it was not a choice for us.

There are a lot of caring, helpful people who work at Plymouth. They helped me take care of my aunt in her final years. The executive director and ladies at the front desk help me resolve issues that come up often with the care of an elderly person. The aids were nice. There are lots of activities to choose from.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my mother so far at this community. With the help of the staff she has made a smooth transition and has adapted into her new living environment with no issues. She has had no problems with her meals and is liking the activities they have for all of the residents throughout the week. We as a family are very pleased and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Our loved ones are doing well since their move to this community. The location is close to us, so we can go check on them whenever we want to. It is a good community, and so far everything is working out well. The community looks nice, and well-kept. This is a community I would recommend overall, it is a nice place.
