Housekeeping is good. Meals are improving from month or so ago. Employees are great to us folks. Treated with respect. Washers/dryers in the laundry room are new and updated.

Love it! Food is okay. Enjoys the activities. The staff is kind.

Story Point has been a wonderful experience for myself and my elderly parents. At a time when their lives were so changed by complications of a stroke and normal aging issues, Story Point personnel helped us find our way to happiness and security again. Not knowing which way to turn I would stop in to talk over my concerns feeling completely numb from the emotions and I always left feeling hopeful again. Now that my parents have sold their treasured home and moved into their new apartment... and had some time to acclimate their lives to their new support system and all of the caring people at Story Point, all is well again. Thank You so much to everyone at Story Point for giving my parents a happy, active and secure life again. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my family and I peace of mind knowing that they are cared for and well.

I wouldn't discourage you from checking out this community. It was easy to see my loved one. The staff seemed friendly and caring. They allowed me to see my loved one. It would be nice to have answers to our questions, that the staff couldn't answer initially. This took time for us to make sure all the information we needed was covered.

It's Wonderful

The community is very clean, and some of the staff members are exceptional and others are just okay. The management is great we get constant communication regarding any updates. They are doing the best with the activities, and it is a newer facility. Our loved ones biggest complaints is the food, other than that she is very happy there.

It is a nice place. The time my loved one has been there has been during the pandemic. Overall it is a very pleasant place to live. They do have all the activities that my loved one enjoys. They haven't been able to do activates due to the pandemic.

We chose Lincoln Square due to the convenient location. The apartment sizes here are good. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

we toured this community outside and it was very nice. the staff was very nice and they are very consistent. For increased care, the pricing would go up so this didn't fit our needs.

I came with a lot of hesitation and prayers. I have a large active family and am involved in their lives. I love them dearly and couldn't imagine being away. Once I realized the phone works both ways. My family is very much involved. As they grow different interests and obligations I'm included and they're included in my new and wonderful life.

Our loved was only there for a couple of weeks, and the people were very friendly and helpful. The process working up to her moving in was easy, but we just did not realize she needed more care then independent living. We realized she should of initially been in assisted living.

I would say this is one of the finest places, other than the truly expensive ones. I really like it. The rules are simple, clear, and reasonable. Certainly as far as Covid, they're extremely careful. Every time you push your care button with a problem, they show up right away. So I think they're as good as you're liable to get. The only problem with the staff is there has been too much turnover. But the permanent staff that are here are simply marvelous. I belong to three activities, and I'm quite pleased with them. They used to have more activities, a snack bar, a minister that would come every Sunday. I understand why those have been eliminated. But it's not been a good time for senior living. I'm looking forward to Covid fading and it becoming a better time again.

My loved one is very happy here. I like the community and it is very nice. The food quality is the only downfall. The food is usually is either dry or burnt. At the beginning the food was good and it has started to go downhill. The communication with the staff has been good and cordial.

We appreciate the availably and use of the shuttle for dr appts. Some of the residents need more intense care. We need some updates of the common area furniture. Sometimes we need a faster response to maintenance requests for our common area. Sidewalk and entrance area concrete need filling in cracks.

Newer facility, bright and airy. Covid 19 has definitely changed how many thigs are done here, but really liked the property.

The staff and them being very helpful to us during our short stay. The apartment was nice. The food was being delivered to the resident's rooms. I would recommend the community to others.

I have been here for over 8 years. Moving here was one of the best moves we ever made.
