All the staff is very helpful and courteous. The apartment is kept well maintained and fresh. The kitchen and dining room staff do a remarkable job taking a menu and serving in a cheerful and helpful way. Many and varied social and physical activities.

They don't always tell you what all is involved. Some of the things are like a secret, like they don't want people to know. They change things and don't let people know. For instance, they didn't' relate to us that when we moved in, we had to go under quarantine for three days. This was never discussed at all until we moved in. And they want a lot of personal information I don't feel like they need to know - health information, car documents, etc. That felt like an invasion of privacy. But we have a nice apartment here, one of the biggest they offer, so it's very adequate for us. And the community and the people are all friendly.

Our virtual tour was fine. We had to go back and ask to see the memory care area, and they were happy to accommodate. I thought our tour was the best it could be for a virtual tour, and I have to give them credit for that. That's likely not an easy task. We didn't find anything wrong with Manorhouse We just found a place we thought would be a better fit for our loved one.
