We appreciate the availability and use of the shuttle bus for Dr. appointments. some of the residences need more intensive care. We need some replacements of the common area Furniture. sometimes we need a faster response to maintenance requests. The sidewalk and entrance need leveling and fill in cracks.

The Receptionists'do a very good job taking care of the resident's concerns. Some Maintenance problems are not taken care of in a timely manner. I wish the meals would come sooner since I am a Diabetic. Make sure to get a good replacement when [name removed] is off. She is very good and on weekends, sometimes there is no one that will show up. Start looking now!!

Living at Story Point is my first experience living alone in an apartment. West from a single family home of 2,100 sq ft to an 800 sq ft space. Big adjustment. Staff is most accommodating. Dinners are fabulous. When i was placed on a special diet - [name removed' prepared dinners to be very tasty and well presented. The staff calls be by my first name - so each person knows who i am. I am not a number. Also appreciate daily phone calls making sure I am living and breathing.

The community is very clean and neat. The care is very nice and friendly but the administrative staff doesn't always share the entire story. Communication between the staff and the family is good and they return calls in a timely manner. The communication between the staff is not good. I can tell the AM shift something and they do not relay it to the PM staff

I am grateful for the Wellness Director and her staff for going above and beyond to help my sister with her special needs. My sister is only 56 but has mental and physical issues that are very challenging and make her unable to live alone. The staff at StoryPoint has been kind, patient, and compassionate, doing their best to accommodate a younger resident among the elderly. The monthly rent is high for her care, but I'm thankful for a place to provide for her needs. I hope they will get more Christian activities in the future because that would be a blessing to my sister and others.
