Our family had an in person tour and we have a loved one that is a resident there and I loved that place...and regret that my mom didn't go they are rather than [community name removed]. Tour was excellent. Food was excellent. Looks like they ran a good operation...because they are 25 minutes from me. It just wasn't realistic for my mom to go there

What sticks out the most about StoryPoint Naperville would be the caring and compassionate staff members. We did have some early communication breakdowns with the [name removed] caregiver team.

We toured with Dominion Senior Living of Louisville and it was a very nice facility, however it did not feel cozy like we were looking for. Plus, it is for assisted living as well and I did not feel that the memory care patients were as important to them as the assisted living patients were.

You must be a STRONG advocate for your loved one. Be present as much as possible. (I would say the same for any residence that my mom was at.) They just hired a new director of nursing. Great choice. Activities for memory care are many and fun, but they need to include more people. A new hire in this department is energetic and encouraging. Food for special days, like Mother's Day, is great. A good value.

They just replaced the manager in the last 90 days. The assistant manager just left. They are on the 3rd bus driver in a year. They are also on the 2nd activity person in last 9 months. Food is better, but still not best we have found at another location. Still needs work. Overall, Creekside at Shallowford is a good place considering it is far less expensive than other places. We have noted many residents have left. It has never been full.

Recently visited a friend who is staying in Gaslight memory care. I was very impressed with the friendly welcome from staff. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Noted there were activities available for residents. Residents appear to be happy and spoke well of their environment.

That was the greeting on my first Christmas card after I moved here in October of 2021. I likened it to living on a cruise ship that doesn't go anywhere. Since then my apartment - which on moving day had all the ambiance of Motel 6 - now looks like someone lives here - like I live here. I've met some lovely people and enjoyed interesting activities and social events. A "perfect" place for MOM? Of course not - no such thing as perfect. But a pleasant, safe, convenient place? Absolutely. Now if I could just shed the fifteen pounds I've gained from all this convenience. . .

I would recommend Ludington Woods to others. Great staff. Respectful and attentive. We picked this community, because of the location.

The staff and care providers are always friendly. Often there is confusion and disorganization with any changes in routines or activities. Communication and procedures are lacking and often require follow up from family or residents. Consistency with staffing has been difficult as with many facilities. Management does there best to cover when they are short staffed, but staffing has turn over and employees not showing up for shifts which can cause disruptions. The activities staff has been in flux and sometimes activities are geared more towards independent residents. They have open dinning with a special entrée for lunch and dinner. Then they have a basic set menu (burgers, sandwiches, salads) that they always have for alternative options. I have enjoyed how all the food has tasted when I have eaten there with the residents.

We picked this community, because of the beautiful entrance way, the friendly staff, the rooms suited my Mother's taste and proximity to my house. Mom and I feel very at home there. I think they try hard to accommodate all the different folks, customs, attitudes etc with dignity and kindness. I''m comfortable knowing that she's getting good care. That's especially important since I can't always see her.

The staff and caregivers are always very kind and caring to our mother. We appreciate that they encourage her to participate in activities.

Employees friendly, clean, and large rooms for residents. Our meal took much longer than typical, and didn't receive several items that was listed on menu for my brothers' meal. Took very long time for them to check back to see how things were and fix missing items. We were somewhat overlooked. Food was ok but not great like had at a competitor's location.

We have experienced at Provision Living at East Lansing: good people, good care, super nice place, but not great food. If the food was better, I would have rated 5/5. Overall it's a good place.

We toured Danbury of Broadview Heights during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility seemed very nice. The cleanliness was good. However, the apartments were a little bit smaller than some of the other facilities that we toured.

What sticks out the most about Danbury of Cuyahoga Falls would be the help from the staff in adjusting from home and living alone to retirement community living. The apartment sizes here have been adequate for my needs. I would recommend Danbury to others looking for retirement living.

My father-in-law was put in the memory care to start which is also the most expensive. They found that as time went on he should be in a lower level of care and suggested that to us. Of course, the less care the less costs. It made me feel like they cared about the patient and not just the money. That bought a great deal of trust with us. He is now in secured care and is much happier. They keep in contact on a regular basis and provide updates when needed. They even prevented my father-in-law from an online scam. StoryPoint provided transportation to the VA which was a huge selling point for us. We are very happy with Storypoint. They have been a Godsend.

It's a very friendly and clean place. Staff are very pleasant and attentive to residents. I would recommend to other families. We picked this community, because it was closer for family to come and visit.

Everyone was so kind and helpful during my mother's move in. We have definitely been recommending this place already. We love it there so far. We picked this community, because it was pretty, clean, had full kitchen, patios,and everyone so nice!!

The staff is very friendly and the community welcoming and engaging. [name removed] (Business Development) and [name removed] (sp Receptionist) are awesome! They were a bit slow on maintenance items at the beginning, but even that has resolved itself. I would highly recommend Storypoint to anyone who asks (especially after our experience with the community prior from where we had to move Mom after only 4 months...night and day!)

Love the atmosphere. Very clean and updated. New owners, so got off to a rough start, but things are improving. All the residents are very happy and seem content and have become family to each other. Staff has a lot of change over, but those that have been there are excellent. Needs improvement with bathing and a regular schedule in place. Schedule is very inconsistent, hoping that improves. Needs more outside activities and more variety.
