Wish bathroom counter was a little bigger and closer to bedroom. Plenty of closets. They offered all the services we were looking for. Convenient location for her friends in Northville and family in Plymouth. Guest parking could be better. Mom was ready to signup at end of tour so she obviously was happy with it. [Name removed] gave us an excellent tour, answered all our questions and sent us home with all the literature we needed.

This community does not appear to be set up for behavioral issues that our family member is experiencing. They are a new community and only have one other severe dementia patient. I don't recommend this for advanced dementia people.

We had a very pleasant experience. [Name removed] was very knowledgeable and helpful. Liked that in the newer models they had raised the refrigerators up so that residents did not need to bend over so far to access them. They also have a Parkinson’s unit which is very unique although we did not need it appreciate them providing this specialized support. Staff interacting kindly with residents. Everything was very clean and up to date and accessible.

Great Place. Very grand! Help is wonderful. Food is great. Would be nice, thou, if one hand knew what the other was doing. MED REMINDERS ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. They want $13 per visit when the work involved really is only worth about $6 per visit. Thank you for asking.

The apartment is small but it’s just me and so I’m comfortable. All the staff are just great. They will do anything for you. They’re a real joy. The only bad thing about the employees is when they leave. I’d like to see more variety in the menus but the desserts are always wonderful.

When I moved in 2 years ago it was very important to me to live in a pet friendly community, and I was able to move with my cat. She is my best friend and I knew I couldn't move without her. The staff are very friendly and caring. Overall I would rate the community a 9 but there is no such thing as a perfect place.

Very impressive place. Great staff and facilities. Immaculate, wide variety of onsite activities and even a gentleman dressed as Mark Twain was walking in to lead a historical discussion as we were leaving. Still have another facility to visit today but this place will be hard to beat!

I am so very comfortable living in this community. I feel I was sent here for a purpose. The entire staff is fabulous! They have so much patience with everyone. I can't see but I can hear what is going on. Staff are warm and remember the special things people need. This community gives me purpose. I have many new friends.
