I love Storypoint (Ponder Creek} my apartment especially and the people (mostly). My only problem is people complaining especially about the food. Yes we all complain (me too) but it seems here so many complain way to much, just to complain!! They are other small things but I'll leave at that.

We are enjoying living at IVEF. The faculties are beautiful and well maintained. There are many activities happening daily. Its is located in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and a hospital.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Beautiful and clean place. Interactive staff with residents. So far so good. The idea of having staff who works in areas they are trained for help eliminate a tremendous amount of anxiety. The actual unit staff reaches out to let you know how the day is going for the resident and if they have any concerns.

The staff this include front desk nurse, food prep and cleaning people have been very mindful of my dads day to day needs. And they all have been kind and friendly to my dad my brother and I. We appreciate all of their effort.

All is well with mom. She is in the highest level of care and it is getting expensive but she is getting good care and that is what is important. Facility is clean and the staff is always very helpful. We visit three to four times a week, so the staff stays very attentive to mom.
