Got my brother in law in almost a year ago. He is doing great and we are extremely pleased with the facility. It's a nice, clean facility, programs and meals. Great rooms.

The community is well educated. They are very friendly. The facility is adequate and clean. They need a better menu with health food.

The facility was clean. Open layout with appropriate windows to allow in sunshine. Rooms were nice size. They said they would have staff that could assist my aunt with her needs for blindness but that's why they received a 4 instead of 5 because they didn't follow through with that part. Also, the medical company that came in were good. However, I was under the understanding that a doctor would be coming out. But I am never to see the doctor it's a nurse practitioner which I don't have a problem with. But that was not my understanding at the beginning. Also, they don't tell you when they're going out. They just tell you after they've been there. They do see them once a month, which is good. But something is still missing in the communications about how the facilities medical Is actually handled.

Staff is very helpful and everything is so clean. Good housekeeping. Workers are pleasant. I really like my apartment.

Moved to Danbury when private home was to much to manage. Wife has dementia and lived in memory care.

I am new to Candlestone and enjoying my time here.

I enjoy all of the fun activities at Candlestone. All staff and residents are kind.

Sales rep was extremely helpful. Key staff were made readily available to meet and answer questions. The facility itself is lovely and very comfortable. My parents like the meals. They had been concerned. So many residents we've talked with at many places complain about the food. Contract therapists have been excellent. This has not been a set it and forget it decision. I have to continually monitor and often intervene in their care. They are understaffed, and the staff is a mixed bag. We're overall happy, but not entirely satisfied

If you have to have a loved one confined to a memory care unit at an assisted living facility, Danbury Millersburg has to be about as good as it gets. My first impressions of the physical facility and the staff’s competence were quite favorable. Danbury has an attractive floor plan with an exceptional amount of natural light, high ceilings, favorable decorations and related accoutrements. There is no hint of an offensive aroma and all areas were well- kept and clean. The staff was friendly, attentive and cooperative. While the administrative side of admission is at best demanding, we found the process to be timely and professionally completed. Most importantly however, our mother seems to be in a better place emotionally with a bit less loneliness and confusion. We attribute this to the Danbury activities and the staff’s attention to a consistent routine as well as answers to our prayers for a pleasant and understanding environment.

My brothers and I are very happy with Storypoint and the care she is getting. I would recommend two others yes and really no other comment except every employee we've come in contact with has been amazing

Storypoint is the best facility for assited living the staff true cares for the residents. They are friendly and compassionate. There are plenty or nice activities and great people.

They really do a good job. The staff bends over backwards to make our lives enriched and happy.

Outside of one incident, overall the experience at story point has been good. They are working with us financially, [name removed]is an amazing manager who truly cares for my dad's well being and the staff seem very friendly. My dad did need help in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. He moved rooms because of mold renovations taking pace in his old room so I didn't have a key yet to his new room. I left a message with a different manager, and never got a return call. Also never got a call informing me EMS had to come help him that night and a few days later he ended up in VA hospital.

The building is very nice. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and big The activities and entertainment is very good. The food is not quite what was expected. The staff in memory care are ok on a good day. Otherwise, they don't really care whether they do their job correctly or not. I understand how hard it is to care for someone with dementia, but these care givers act like they are not trained for such a position. Just from talking to some of the residents in the assisted living part of the facility, they love it. Some of the memory care staff lack training and empathy for these type residents.

Staff very friendly, food is delicious. But dining room feels cold to me. Love the exercise groups.

I have been a resident since [date removed] in the cottages (condos) until moving to main bldg in [date removed] have been very helpful and welcoming.

Story Point in very clean and the staff is wonderful! Dad's place is always clean and when anything is needed it is taken care of. Could use a few more activities.

The staff are very friendly and responsive to our mom's needs and overall well being.

Our family has been happy with the care our mom receives here. The staff has patience beyond measure and they do everything they can to make our mom as comfortable as possible.

Overall a good place for my parent. Caring, good communication and we feel they care about residents.
