I have lived here since 5-12-14 and I am just as satisfied with my apartment, the housekeeping and the staff today as when I needed. I miss my patio at home and the big yard and flower beds yet but the .friends for made and knowing I have instant help and care is a comfort.

Employee of IV show concern for his watching and are friendly and helpful. We are pleased to have our dad at Independence Village . He does however really miss watching the birds.

Mom moved into the community in February and becomes more settled and happy with each new day. It's a lovely facility and her apartment is beautiful. The staff have been nothing short of remarkable; always willing and ready to help in anyway they can. The food is very good and they've made everything there very accessible; library, movie theater, fitness center, a bistro along with the restaurant, a small lounge, hair salon. It's a wonderful little community and mom couldn't be happier.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Powell Senior Living seems to have everything I was looking for my Mother's comfort. The place is amazing. It is brand new, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. We where impressed by the friendly and helpful staff as well. Special thank you to [Removed], one of the moving coordinators. She was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions and accommodate any request. During the tour we have met some of the residence, who where very friendly and told us how much they like it there. I have no doubts my Mother would love it there.

I absolutely love these senior apartments. Everything is working out very well, and I'am pleased with my move to this community. The community looks great, they do a good with the cleanliness of the everything. The staff is polite, and friendly. There are ways to stay active around the community. I'am enjoying the life around me. This is a community I would recommend, it is a lovely place.

Thank you to each and every one of you who helped my parents live out the last couple years of their lives the best possible. I did not need to worry because you could be trusted and that is a big order to fill when we are talking about our beloved parents. I will miss everyone too. Independence Village has been a part of my life for almost 2 years! Everyone there showed how very proud to be a part of such a first class organization.
