This is one of the finest facilities I have be involved with and the staff was very accommodating. We love it for Mom! The staff is simply fantastic. The food is delicious - and there's so much of it all day long! - and the activities are numerous and varied. They really encourage the residents to get out of their isolation and get involved. The fact that they have church services in a small chapel onsight is a HUGE plus for Mom who was really missing being able to go to church now that she's no longer driving. We couldn't be happier. The only real issue we've had - and this one is minor in the grand scheme of things - is how far Mom has to walk down the halls to get to the lobby, dining room, and activity room, but the flip side of that is that she's met a lot of people on her way to and from her room!

I have been a resident of Three Creeks Senior Living since day one. In fact I was the first to enter the building on opening day. Was kind of disappointed that there was not a ribbon to cut. Since that day i have witnessed a coming together of many different personalities. The effort here was to create a family. Of course we know that not all families are happy families and there are various reason why they are not. Let me say this, what has happened here in the past 20 months, is amazing, residents are concerned about each others welfare plus the staff exhibit the same concern. A few months ago I had a a very difficult time fighting a bout of Cancer. The outpouring of help from both residents & staff was amazing. Many visited me in the Hospital & my apartment afterward. It is a difficult transition, there is a need for both residents & staff to make an effort to make the " Family" work. It's working !

Living here is very enjoyable. I really enjoy housekeeping, maintenance and Bingo. The food is great and we have a lot of choices of entrees. I would refer my friends to live here.

The quality of services are very good. Everyone is so nice. When I ask for something they make sure I get it.

After a very challenging time, we made the difficult decision to provide out mom with the support we could not. Powell Assisted Living and Memory Care has been a wonderful choice. The staff has been welcoming and compassionate to our entire family. I have been so touched by the loving care the nursing staff has provided. My mom has met other residents and is making new connections. The facility itself is spotless and just beautiful. She has not tried many of the activities yet, but has been provided encouragement and communication on the availability each day. I am so thankful we found this facility!

My husband and I enjoy living here. It is clean. Caregivers are polite. I would recommend this place. Meals are good and balanced. Activities for seniors are well planned. Therapy is very helpful for those who need it.

This is a very nice place to live. All the employees are very kind and helpful. Same with the volunteers. The food is Fantastic. My only complaint is, its so good I think I'm getting heavier. That sentence is meant to be humorous!

Amazing facility with wonderful amenities. The staff was so accommodating and informative. Definitely my top choice for our elderly family members.

All the staff, especially [Name removed] have made the folks feel right at home and have done whatever it takes to help them settle in to their new home. Transitions are hard but the staff at Fountains has made it much easier.

My parents moved to StoryPoint when it opened 2 years ago. It was SUCH a great decision! Everything is fresh and new, beautifully designed and open areas for people to gather. My parents have a 2 bedroom apartment and it is very spacious. Our extended family of 15 is able to come over and still be comfortable. Family gatherings for the brunches and other meals are a special time. My parents can still host the meal, and the food prepared is amazing! The staff is warm and welcoming, and we never feel like we are an inconvenience. The staff also are so good to my parents, and genuinely care about them. StoryPoint has a van that takes people to appointments and grocery shopping which is great for bad weather or when you aren't able to drive. Holidays are celebrated in special ways. My parents have many friends at StoryPoint already, and it definitely has a family feel to it. Whether its a cup of coffee in the morning, lunch in the Bistro or included dinner in the evening, there are so many great options for people to connect. My dad recently passed away, and I'm so happy Mom has her friends and staff that care for her at StoryPoint. It really is a great place!

My family and I toured The Waterford at Ames looking for options for our mother that can no longer live alone. The marketing director was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation and we felt like he really cared that we find a place that was the best fit for our mother. The Waterford at Ames is a very inviting and comfortable community, that definitely does not make us feel like we will be sending our mom to a nursing home. One of our favorite thing about The Waterford is that mom will be able to progressively receive additional levels of care all in the same place without us having to uproot her to a new place each time she requires more care. All of the staff and the residents really seem happy being there. Mom has really enjoyed living at The Waterford at Ames!
