The place is wonderful. Food is great. Employees very polite and accommodating the tour of the facility is great and very informative.

StoryPoint is a beautiful community. I have a dear friend who lives here and she loves it. I get to visit her often. It’s a warm friendly environment and the staff genuinely care. What a blessing for her and the community. I would encourage anybody in need to make a visit.

Story Point is a beautiful facility with friendly, attentive staff and they offer various activities throughout the day for the residents to get involved in. The Bistro also serves excellent food with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, this place is a wonderful community for your loved one!

I went there with my friend that I help from time to time. We went to a Kentucky Derby event and it was the most fun event I've attended at an elder community. The food was out of this world and the atmosphere was so fun! The employees were waiting on us hand and foot. They were showing older Derby's and clips on their humongous tvs in their Bistro restaurant.

I visited this place and it was beautiful. Very nice friendly staff.

What a great place. These people take fantastic care of my mother, who has lived there for several months. Food is wonderful, staff are so helpful and treat my mom very well. We love it there. One of the best decisions we've ever made.

This was a great place it was really nice, Beautiful and very friendly staff. We had dinner, the food was as if we were eating at a 5 star restaurant.

My mother-in-law is currently living here and everything has been going very well! The Waterford at Ames is very nice and the staff are great, while being very easy to communicate with. They’ve honored any requests that we’ve had and over all we’ve had a very good experience. We come visit my mother-in-law often and generally join her to eat dinner and the food is very good. With portion size being great! They offer outstanding activities like card games, wine nights, social events, movie nights, and more. They keep on top of everything including cleanliness and it’s always clean when we’re there. Ultimately we decided on The Waterford at Ames because it’s very convenient to where we live and how great the facility and staff are!

This facility is new, spacious, and clean. There are tons of quality care services available for your loved ones, and the services can be adjusted easily and accordingly based on an individual's changing needs. The daily activities available for the residents to participate in are seemingly endless. The inviting atmosphere and staff friendliness go unsurpassed!

I was very pleased with my tour and info received. [name removed] was very accommodating with my schedule. Beautiful facility, friendly atmosphere. A bit higher priced than some other places so that is a consideration.

We have had a great experience. Family owned and operated business that really does it the right way. Staff are friendly and truly love their residents. The Chef is great and takes suggestions from the residents each month during resident council meetings and then cooks the residents' special meals that they request. The courtyard gardens are a great safe outdoor space for everyone and the special family nights are always a blast. Manorhouse has been around a long time and their long term employees have the experience needed in this environment.
