My dad moved in a few months ago to this beautiful new community. Not only did we choose it for all the things they thought of like amazing dining program, robust activities and the spacious apartments. But the team that cares. The staff understand the residents needs by guiding them through their day and hands on when they need it, promoting independence. When my dad does need memory care, the smaller environment with purposeful programming is available. We picked the right place out of all the places we toured

The caregiver to my wife could not have been better. They are sincere in all that they do. My only complaint is make sure you understand that you will be charged the whole month after the patient dies.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, better than most retirement homes.

My mother and father moved into Spring Meadows 6+ years ago. The staff immediately made my parents feel welcome and at home; an added factor was that they made the family feel special too. My mom still lives here and transitioned into Assisted Living after my dad died. She is well cared for by the very capable, caring staff. There are many activities in-house as well as day-trips for residents to participate in to enhance their lifestyle. The meals are well thought out, and alternatives are offered in the case a resident may not care for what is being served for that meal. The facility is clean, well-appointed, lots of decorations for each holiday and season. A music room, library, craft room, a lovely dining room as well as a private dining room. The nursing staff: Outstanding. The Caregiver Staff: Outstanding. Activities Team: Outstanding. Kitchen/Dining Room staff: Outstanding. Housekeeping/Maintenance staff: Outstanding. The Admin group (including Finance, Sales, the Reception desk): Outstanding. Everyone is so caring and kind. I keep a watchful eye and I believe it is important to provide feedback to the General Manager. In my letters I commend him for his staff’s performance, as I believe they are a reflection of his leadership. I have never had to write about a concern, rather I have observed many times various staff members take that extra step to ensure my mother’s safety, well-being and happiness. I believe this group of amazing people are angels; a unified team of people who so lovingly care for all residents.

Outstanding service and warmth. Great food, abundant and various activities. Beautiful facility. My husband and I visited family in the community all week and enjoyed staying at Storypoint tremendously. Staff is truly special and attentive.

This is a beautiful place! There are so many caring people that work here. They care for our loved ones when we can't be here to care for them ourselves. The food, the activities and the caregivers are top notch. They (caregivers) all make our lives easier by the care and love they give. I would recommend Story Point of Troy to anyone!

I come up from Tennessee to visit my Mother. I am always impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, the activities. The staff goes above and beyond to attend to needs. When my Father passed away I was overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity shown to my mother and our family.
