My experience has been great! I know that this is where I'm meant to be. I'm going to be 94 years old and to be in a community where you feel included and like family is a great feeling. Plenty of things to do, plenty of people to talk to and great food.

I can actually say that Danbury is constantly keeping us busy with very helpful and delightful activities. All the personnel are kind and loving. The meals and extra treats are amazing. The activities are led by awesome personnel.

I've been here for 2 years. I like it a lot. I was living by myself and its fun here. I made friends and always have something to do. I like when we go shopping too. Everyone is very nice. I'm 94 years old and I love it.

Arbor Grove is a warm, welcoming community. Staff and management are very compassionate and hands on with each resident in my experience. Also very patient driven care.

I am so impressed by the overall care and compassion displayed by all of the staff, as well as now all the residents share love and respect for from other share their appreciation and compassion and concerns.

In [date removed] my husband became a resident of Arbor Grove. His dementia was such I couldn't care for him at home. Shorty after his death. I has a call I couldn't live alone. After rehab I came to arbor Grove as I was aware of the facility. I've been a resident for 3 years. Home for the mom.

I just pushed my button for and had a helper in few seconds. She was cheery and truly want to help job was done in minutes she left saying "I love you." What move could anyone ask. All the help is kind helpful caring. My meets are great as the kitchen adjust to meet my specials problems.

Arbor Grove staff provides a safe and loving environment for my mom. I appreciate their kindness and compassion. I wish the staff was paid more so there was less turnover. Good people leave for better paying jobs.

Arbor Grove is a 5-star operation. The staff goes all out in maintaining our comfort and care. The facility is clean and orderly. The activity department is always trying to keep residents bust with different activities, It is obvious that our care and comfort is of the highest concern.

Overall, mom living at Arbor Grove has been a positive experience in her life.

Mom set up tours of two facilities. After her Danbury visit, she came home and said “Cancel the other tour, I’m going to Danbury”. She was there for 2.5 years, and it was a wonderful experience for her. Everyone knew her, and she was happy. It is hard to watch a parent get old, and even harder when you can’t care for them yourself. For us, mom living at Danbury meant she got to be active and social, and we did not have to worry as much about if she was lonely, or eating enough, or if she was taking her medications. Moving her from one level of care to the next was seamless, and made difficult decisions easier. Everyone was wonderful, helpful, and truly took care of mom.

My mother moved into this community in a one bedroom with the option to move into a 2 bedroom if it became available. She enjoyed the positive feeling from the staff and still being able to do things on her own. Although over the past year, she was too ill to participate in activities. She still loved having some independence with the help of staff for some items. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and all around nice. Especially in the front office/reception/nursing areas. When she passed, they were very comforting and helpful in getting everything done. 10 out of 10!

My wife has lived at Danbury since [date removed]. She needs special care and the staff has done a wonderful job of taking care of her. Any requests that I have are taken care of, which gives me peace of mind during these trying times. Special thanks goes to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and all the others that I haven’t learned all their names yet. Thank you to all for a job well done.

I was impressed at how everyone gave me a warm welcome to their facility. They are really helping my husband getting adjusted to his new residence. I am very satisfied and my son, [name removed], agrees with my assessment.

Our family took a tour along with Dad and really had a good time. There was so many activities and lots of smiles around us the whole time. They were making chocolate malts and we were able to get a taste test they very yummy. The place is beautiful, the dining room has menus and cloth napkins and beautiful table settings. I love the private dining room that is off to the side where we could come and visit and have family over to have private dining. The rooms are very nice with great outside garden views. They have two outdoor Courtyards with tables and chairs and areas to walk outside very beautiful. The seasonal decorations and fun activities plus a movie theater are all wonderful features.

I highly recommend StoryPoint in St. Joseph. I have heard great things about the facility and caring staff. The activities and programs for the residents and families are excellent! I definitely give five stars to StoryPoint.

StoryPoint has been a wonderful place for my mother-in-law. The building is always clean and well maintained, with fresh, inviting décor that feels warm and uplifting instead of “institutional.” It truly doesn’t feel like most facilities I’ve visited. The staff is what makes it exceptional—they are consistently kind, patient, and attentive, treating residents and guests with genuine care and respect. Knowing she is surrounded by people who greet her by name and look out for her gives our family so much peace of mind. We are very grateful for StoryPoint.

It has been a great place for my mom in the 15months she's lived there. It's a perfect size apartment, with a great , friendly, caring staff, good assortment of activities and trips offered . I am there almost daily so I have seen first hand what an awesome place it is.
