Whether by phone, email, website, or in person my experience with their Community Sales Manager was above and beyond any other place I considered. My loved one is currently in process of moving in now.

I have a Great Uncle and Aunt who spent their lives in Hawaii. They both were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia at different stages of their lives. When it was time to move them home and closer to family, we found a home in StoryPoint Saline. They both happily reside in the Memory Care neighborhood with care, enrichment, and services that match their needs. They have been living in StoryPoint for about four years, and there programs only get better. They now have a Memory Care Director who works hard to keep the residents and their families happy and healthy. I get at least three photos a week of something amazing they are up to. It’s nice to be able to share those moments with their friends in Hawaii.

I like it here. I like the residents and staff. I have made many friends in the past two years. There is always someone to talk to. No one I’ve seen here has been nasty, or mean. I just think it’s a good place to be.

I have lived at Parkside court since [date removed]. I have found it to be a wonderful place to retire. Many, many activities are provided and enjoyed by us. Three meals a day are served, with a variety of selections to choose from. Our rooms are beautiful and are cleaned once a week. Parkside has a great bus that takes us whever we need or want to go. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. The staff at Parkside is so friendly and has helped me so much that I can't possibly relate all they have done. I have enjoyed living here so much that I would recommend it to anyone!

The quality of care is superb here. The staff is patient and caring. Where else do you get lamb chops for dinner? Or eggs just the way you like them every morning. The other residents are so friendly and kind. If you have a package or laundry everyone said, “Let me help,” or “Let me get the door for you.” I would give this community 6 stars if I could.

Danbury is very nice. I negotiated a price equivalent to another community for 1 yr, but price in May goes up almost double per month.

I really like the staff and the community here. We've been here for 4 years and continue to enjoy everything. We like all the activities and the meals are good too. We are just very pleased, we couldn't have picked a nicer place and we would recommend it to anyone.

My mother needed to l move out of her house. She lives alone. She was VERY resistant to moving anywhere. The staff and especially [name removed] were wonderful in making her feel comfortable. My mother loves the food, the atmosphere and her apartment. I would highly recommend Parkside Courts.

Holiday New England Club decorates beautifully, we have not been up there recently to see the Christmas décor but last time we visited they had Mum's galore and they just do a great job making it a pleasant environment. The community itself is very clean, well kept and well managed. The staff are very helpful and any time we had a maintenance request it was expedited right away. Our loved one enjoys playing bingo and for a recent football game they had pizza. The meals overall seem to be good and based on the experience so far we would recommend them to other families.

All are helpful and friendly.

I toured this community and it was full of smiling people. It was clean and very nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to move.

There isn't any other community like this that I would rather be at!

Over three years ago I was diagnosed with vascular and FTD dementia, and I’ve been looking for a place to call home. I’ve tried living with other people, including my POA, but nothing would satisfy me and give me that independent feeling along with having somebody around to help until I found PARKSIDE COURT. The staff here is so helpful and courteous. The facility needs a little touch up that is still in good condition. I love living here.

Just a couple of weeks ago - met with staff- researching a retirement community for my mother in law - which by the way is totally against it - because she thinks it would be a nursing home - The staff took me on a tour of the facility- every aspect- from meal time dining to tours of different apartments- very impressed- I think I was ready to move in ….. After a couple of conversations with my mother in law- She decided to visit- after touring the facility and speaking with many of the staff members- she was definitely impressed with what Parkside has to offer - She has not made a decision yet - the facility and staff definitely gave her something to ponder. Thank you to the Staff at Parkside for all their time and efforts - Hopefully my mother in law will move forward with a decision soon

Riley’s Grove has become home for both of my parents. The minute you walk in there is a cozy vibe. My mom has been in memory care for several months. I spend a lot of time with her and have noticed the extra attention she gets. Staff takes the time to talk and get to know her. I have toured many memory cares in the area and feel Riley’s Grove is the best atmosphere for her. My dad just moved into assisted living and he is happy with the food and is getting to know the friendly staff. A shout out to the Activity Director and his staff. They go the extra mile to meet the needs of the residents.

The staff members and activity director are everything; kind, friendly, encouraging, energetic, positive and make everyone, as well as guests, feel at home. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the decorations during the holiday season keep everyone in awe.

What we really like about Danbury of Broadview Heights is that to us it felt like a place to call home and for that we would recommend them to other families. The meals and dining service was really good .

Our top choice so far and we have looked at many local places. Very warm and welcoming and the residents and families seem to really be happy here. I think it will be the best fit for my Dad when we are ready.
