Love the cozy and homey atmosphere. Food is excellent. Activities are great. Staff is caring. My only 'complaint' or suggestion for improvement is that I wish there was more staff.

It is a joy to visit Devonshire. The staff enjoys what they're doing and it shows. The residents are relaxed and content. My Aunt loved everything about living here.

The staff is awesome, more than willing to help. Residents are friendly. It's very sufficient for anyone to accept change, but transition was easier than anticipated.

We really appreciated how accommodating the staff members were during our loved ones' move-in and finding the correct room for her that would work best for her and her dog. Being a pet-friendly facility was a big factor for us. They have a lot of different activities going on all the time, they have fun in-house activities as well as day trips - they go to different shops, and restaurants and during the holidays they went to look at Christmas lights. Based on our experience we would have no problem recommending Holiday Glen Eagle to other families.

We are so thankful we found StoryPoint Fort Wayne West. It is a lovely facility where there are many activities planned that are fun for the residents. Our sister has met old and new friends there. She was surprised to find several of her high school classmates live there also. The Staff is caring and kind and we feel confident our sister is well-cared for. The food is wonderful. There are so many choices for meals, it is like going to a restaurant. We feel we have made the rest choice for our sister We love to come and visit there. We enjoy seeing how our sister is doing and we feel we are getting to know many of the other residents as well as the staff..

They offer a lot of activities. We picked this community, because it had memory care and Independent Living for multiple family members. The staff has been amazing, helpful and super frienldy. They really need to improve on the quality of the food. The front desk is very helpful. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Management and staff always give 120 percent effort to the residents.

My family member lives at Glen Abbey and is very happy. She has made friends, joins in on the activities they offer and enjoys the meals. The staff have always been very friendly when I come to visit and are very attentive to my family member when she needs assistance. I would recommend this place.

So far everybody has been wonderful. My mom seems so much happier than where she was at previously. The staff really stand out to me. They are great communicators. I definitely would recommend Independence Village of Ankeny to other families.

My loved one is very happy there. It was a good choice for her. The staff is lovely and the food is excellent. It's clean and has enough activities for her. She is still independent but we're pleased that she can get health aid help when the time comes.

I could not ask for a better place for my aunt to stay. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. The staff are nice and welcoming. My aunt is always happy, this is how I know she is getting good care! She loves the food and activities!!

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The atmosphere, activities, and friendliness of the staff and residents has made it a great experience. The staff communication with the family has been great. There are three meals served a day, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. The staff are good at accommodating requests and checking on the residents throughout the day and night.

I visited this facility when I was in the area, my brother and I are looking for a place for our parents. The rooms are big, residents look well cared for and the food looks great. The building is beautifully decorated and well taken care of too.

First off I just want to say Thank you to all the workers at StoryPoint. What a phenomenal group of people. You were all so helpful and took so much time to help my father. I was so excited I got to move him in here and was so hoping he could of stayed for many years. Unfortunately his parkinsons/dementia took a turn and he got very ill very quickly. For the short time we were there I felt like I got to know so many of the workers and they are a wonderful group. I would HIGHLY reccmmend StoryPoint of Naperville to anyone looking for great care.It was clean the staff is great and my dad loved the food. Once again I can't thank you enough.

We had our Mother in IV for 3 years, the care and love she received from the staff was incredible, we have experience with another Independent/Assisted living facility and it does not even come close to IV. I would highly recommended IV to anyone looking for a great independent living location. The folks at Laurus Health Care we incredible too as moms health was starting to fail they took great care of her and went over and beyond by visiting when they were not scheduled too, just to say hi and check in. The room she was in was very nice, they have many activities, hair solon, nail solon, in house medical staff.

Absolutely wonderful care givers, nurses & staff! We picked this community because, of the location and they have an adequate amount of staff members.

My experience with this facility has been good so far. I'm still adjusting and getting comfortable here, but the staff has been very helpful. They're good about noticing when things bother me and working with me to make changes as needed. They're very concerned and friendly. Housekeeping is almost always available and will come and clean when I ask them to. The food is pretty good. The activities are nice. We have a good variety and there's something going on everyday. Communication with the family is good also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would highly recommend Grace Haven. {name removed} and her staff are the best! My mom is on the non Alzheimer's side and it is clean and doesn't smell like urine The staff are exceptional. Really strives to get to know the resident and be loving and kind. My mom says they take good care of her. The Christmas prime rib was excellent and was very reasonably priced. Mom says the meals are usually good. When it comes to activities we cannot speak to this but they do provide you a calendar of events every month and try to engage the residents. The care is excellent but price is high. A [fee removed] community fee this is one time fee, and rent of [fee removed] a month. Plus a [fee removed] a month care fee. Pet friendly, and good people. As one resident told me the only thing wrong is people smile all the time. Turns out he was right!
