This is a great place to live, great staff.

StoryPoint is a very unique facility. I am so proud and thankful to be a resident here. Everyone I meet that might be looking for a good place to spend retirement years, tell them not to look anywhere else. This is the perfect place.

From the executive director to each service, commitment to excellence is obvious. The staff is bright and responsive to the needs and preferences of each of us. In my judgment Storypoint Collierville, TN is non-parallel.

My first impression was a definite lasting impression. The facility and staff are exactly as was presented to me. Not notch - A1.

Facility is freshly renovated. Staff are cheerful, friendly, and accessible. I would recommend Independence Village of Avon to others.

I recently moved my mom to Riley’s Grove Memory Care. The staff did an excellent job of helping my mom acclimate to the new surroundings, treating her with respect and supporting her when needed. The living areas are bright, clean, and well planned out for people with dementia. The life enrichment staff goes above and beyond providing an array of wonderful activities for the residents to attend. I believe it was a good decision to move my mom to Riley’s Grove and am thankful for the great care she is receiving.

This has been a very positive experience for us. The staff have been able to learn about my loved one's needs and are receptive to these. The staff communication with the family is good, and they are receptive to our questions and concerns. There are three meals a day and snacks served to the residents and there are choices to choose from.

StoryPoint was my community of choice based on multiple floor plans, cost, and it being a newer beautiful facility. The community has a very friendly and accommodating staff, a calendar of daily activities to choose from as well as chef-prepared meals just to name a few. Thank you StoryPoint, my parents love it here!

My parents where only there for a short time but the time they had showed us how much the staff really cared. Anytime we needed something they were there and supported my parents ever step of the way. We are grateful for the kindness they showed us.

Story Point is one of the warmest most caring and most efficient facilities I have ever seen. My mom knows almost all the staff as they work hard to take care of her needs and make her feel special. Her apartment is pleasant, cozy and well-maintained. My mom loves the cleaning snd maintenance staff. Problems are taken care of as efficiently and quickly as possible. My mom is not much of a joiner but Story Point has something to offer everyone. She appreciates being able to attend Rosary every week and that mass is offered once a month. It was much appreciated when transportation was provided to get residents to Sunday services. Staff give it their all to include and involve everyone in Story Point Community events and outings.

My Mom has been a resident at StoryPoint Troy for 18 months. During this time I've experienced nothing but the finest level of care provided by the employees. The staff have a genuine love and concern for the residents. StoryPoint is FANTASTIC!!

16 months of living just like I wish to live. No complaints, only compliments!

Las year my sister was diagnosed with dementia. We searched for a safe, comfortable environment that would stimulate her where she could make friends and feel like home. . . The team at Independence Village has been beyond helpful, gracious, and welcoming. . . My sister has had many challenges, and their love and concern and advice has enabled her to have a great year. . . They go that extra mile to make the residents feel loved, comforted, and safe. I am grateful, and when I lay my head on the pillow - I thank God and [name removed] and [name removed].

From the moment I stepped into the place, it felt like home. Everyone was so nice, so accommodating, and just wonderful. Very clean. Every staff member greeted me and I truly feel there isn't a better place in the area!

Wellness team is great to me and wife during her hospice. Hospice great. [Name removed] wonderful.

IVBV is a comfortable home to live in. Always something to do. Residents and staff are very friendly.

My husband and I have lived here 9 months. We are satisfied and happy with everything. Staff is very kind - RA's, front desk staff, dining room staff, housekeeping staff. Activities are very creative. Director is very kind. Covid care plan seems to be logical. Sometimes delivered food is forgotten. Cleaning person hard to schedule.

Our loved one was there for a week for respite and we really like the room he was given - it really felt like a suite with a nice living room with a TV as well as a TV in the bedroom and we thought an nice room was really important. Our loved one said the meals were rally good and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

I had an awesome time visiting StoryPoint last summer for the Car Show. You can tell the dedicated staff are committed to providing the best care and experience for their residents. It was great to see the staff engaged with the residents. Our tour was fantastic the community is clean and everyone was so friendly.

Glen Abbey became my home in early 2021. Besides the Covid-19 pandemic, I had recently lost family members and was soon to lose others. I really wanted assistance, comfort, and a sense of safety. I've been so thankful for the caregivers who offer me sunny greetings by name each morning when they bring meds. Their care and support have meant a lot to me and family. New health issues became part of life for me, but care specialists and nutritionists have been right here to help. Chatting with staff in other roles, leads to thinking and doing other things like researching family history and enjoying concerts. I would recommend Glen Abbey for others looking for physical and emotional support, care, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
