Very happy with the staff and care.

My wife has been a resident there for almost a year now. I visit everyday and see how things operate. When I leave each day I am very comfortable with the people that are caring for her. I would highly recommend.

What I like about nursing here is the people. My apartment is very nice.

I love it here. I love playing Bingo here. I love that I can have my car in my spacious home. Close to my church.

Mom is very happy here at Stonegate. She is well taken care of and at peace. She loves being around people so this has been good for her.

Everyone is very welcoming and kind very sweet with residents and get them involved in activities everyday with other residents.

What we like the most about the community is that they were very easy to work with initially and helped get everything handled and have remained very responsive to concerns and been able to answer any and all questions

My Loved One [removed name] has been here 6 months and she is more content than at home. The staff is most important. They are alert, caring, friendly, patient and professional. Several told me they are there because they like what they do. They get continuing training. They engage the residents often, with empathy, happiness and energy. Food is a big part of the day. They serve 3 meals with an afternoon happy hour or snack. The food is upscale with several choices, options and deserts. Simple comfort food is always available, as are several flavors of ice cream. Food is prepared on site and I know the chef. We had the food 3 times before choosing StoryPoint. The place looks like a resort hotel with high ceilings and many large windows. It is spacious, airy and well lit. We like sitting in the courtyards in good weather. Its clean. The apartments are large with several large windows. The bath is quite large, with a roomy walk-in shower. Activities are available at least 3 times a day.

I.V. is more than we could have asked for, for our mom. It just keeps getting better. EVERYONE there is always so helpful and kind and they go out of their way SO much to make sure the residents (and families) are happy and cared for. They are a second family to us. They take care of medical needs such as coordinating lab work with the mobile lab, providing physical and occupational therapy, passing out meds, or in-house doctor visits. They take care of a massive amount of fun social activities whether it's making Christmas wreaths, or listening to a concert, they've got it covered. We love how the families are included in the activities. Our mom is thriving and we couldn't be happier with the staff and the facility.

My mom moved into thd Memory Unit at Heritage Hill in Caro 20 months ago. It's definitely a 5 Star facility. The staff is fun, compassionate, and loving to all of the residents there. There's always something fun going on for the residents to enjoy. Once a month there's a bus trip to fun destinations like a Tigers Game, Veterans Museum, Art Museum, and out to lunch at great restaurants. Recently PT and OT moved into the facility which has been wonderful for the residents. The food is outstanding with Chef [removed name] at the helm and I never hear complaints. The Christmas dinner menu for residents and their families thus year is like dining at a gourmet restaurant! The vibe is it's 'homey, family, and neighborhood', you feel that when you walk in. We couldn't be happier about having our mom there!

Great care given to my dad. Friendly and helpful to all of us. Room/apartment very nice a quite spacious. Easy access to our dad any time.

We were very pleased with Independence Village. Nice facility and very nice staff. I would recommend it to people looking for senior living.

I like all of the little details here. I cannot say anything bad. It's beautiful. I cannot find any problems. I'm just as happy as I can be.

A lot of fun with staff and friends the love and care they show is from the heart.

Wonderful atmosphere front desk is always very friendly and very helpful. Food is always delicious.

Would suggest for anyone looking for a place for a loved one. We were welcomed by caring, attentive and joyful staff. Knowing family is safe and happy receiving the care they deserve.

I have the honor of stopping at Grand Village at least once a week, the grounds are beautiful. The staff is smiling and the residents are always engaged. Whether its a performer, playing cards or an event

The staff here is so helpful and they make everyone feel welcome. They make sure the residents needs are always met and do it in a safe and gentle way.
