Story Point is truly spilling with love. I’ve interviewed other facilities & I my loved one lived at another facility for a couple of years. Story Point has met my expectations in every way. Every staff member I’ve observed, has interacted with the residents in a very caring way. I’ve seen many go above & beyond. The Food doesn’t compare to the last place my loved one was at. The food is good with several healthy options! The chef went out of his way to make my loved one something that wasn’t on the menu a couple of times. I can’t say enough positive things about this facility. I HIGHLY recommend it.

The whole experience of transferring my sister in law to assisted living from NH to Knoxville was so much simpler than I expected thanks to A Place for Mom and their amazing, efficient, supportive help. Several quality facilities of the type I was seeking were quickly suggested, and though the urgency of finding a suitable place quickly was addressed, I still never felt pressured into making a choice for her that I might later regret. I chose StoryPoint in West Knoxville and I am so happy in that choice. The staff and caregivers are so positive, friendly, and compassionate and have impressed me often with their appreciation of each resident's individuality, personality, and individual needs. All of the residents seem happy and content, and that was one of the first things I noticed. The cleanliness and freshness is outstanding. From my first meeting with Noah and for every day since then I have been very pleased with our experiences. I was very concerned about how my sister in law would adjust to this Assisted Living facility, but because everyone has gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and included, she is quite happy and content. I can't recommend A Place For Mom nor StoryPoint of West Knoxville highly enough. We are so grateful for the help in making this transition go so smoothly.

I came to the village on 2000 stayed for 2 years, then my daughter and I moved to Susan Lake. For health reasons I decided to make a move. There was no question where I was going. The staff is fabulous, I received a first rate welcome.

I couldn't have choose a better place to live. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The food and dining room was very good when I first got here, but the dining experience has gone down. Recently due to a lack of help. Dining room management is wonderful is and hard workers! I have late seating and they keep running out of food.

Was nervous moving in. I did not know a soul. Now I have friends I play cards with.

There are lots of activities to choose from. My favorite day is Thursday when we do an outing. We have done lunch in Marine City one the water, the train station downtown light festival at Pine knob and even dairy queen.

The staff at StoryPoint are exceptional. They give loving care support to my mom. They tell her they love her. They hug her. They tell her everything is gonna be OK. They bend over backwards to make sure she has everything she needs.

Appreciate so many employees here. They are friendly cheerful and very helpful. A place you know you can have help if you needed. Meals may be difficult with so much sodium. Working on that. Transportation is wonderful-especially in winter, and bless the front desk.

Could not have been better under the circumstances. [name removed] has gone above and beyond as have most staff I've has the pleasure of meeting.

Could use more wait staff in dining.

Everyone is GREAT.

Every staff member I've interacted with has been kind and patient. I feel much gratitude for them, and I know my grandfather is being well taken care of.

I enjoy the other residents the meals are really good. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Storypoint independent living has been a blessing for out family. My mom has been here since [date removed] the entire staff has shown genuine compassion and warmth. Every treats her and us like part of a wonderful extended family the care, kindness, and support they provide everyday give us such peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the community.

By far the best senior citizens community in the area. I have lived here a year and half everyone is friendly and the workers keep us happy.

My mother is a memory support resident has been here for 1.5 months. I am very happy with the care and support she views. Staff is very caring and make sure mom is present for every meal and most activities. I would like to see the programs show on the large monitor be more generational targeted for 80-90 years old residents.
