My friend [name removed] is very pleased with Pearl Crossing...She is very particular so this says a lot...We both give a "5" in all categories...I think [name removed] will be happy living there for many years to come

Everyone at the community is very accommodating and my loved one there can be VERY picky but she is very happy there. The on-site podiatrist, hair salon and physical therapy is outstanding I would highly recommend the Independence Village of Plymouth community to others

The staff members are very friendly and respectful. The amenities are the best we have seen/nicer than those in Illinois. They work really hard to get mom engaged in different things to do around the community.

The words I think of are two words - superfluous and serendipitous. These are big words, but they really explain my thoughts about living here. Since [date removed] the staff especially the activities and meals. Living here you really look forward each day to the surprise's that await. Friends gardening people that listen help you create and pick you up when you fall always show Gods love for each other and residents

I am a retired medical social worker. I know with back problems and diabetes problems that I need more care. I get help with showering twice a week and they give me all of my medicines because I'd forget otherwise. I'm here because they love my little dog, show me respect and genuinely care about me.

We are very happy here. Housekeeping is very good and food is very good.

This community has been absolutely wonderful for our loved one. She has thrived meeting great new friends, and enjoying all the activities and amenities. The staff is phenomenal. The most caring, compassionate, attentive group, starting with the director, the front desk, housekeeping,dining room, maintenance people, all know and care so much for the residents.it is so comforting to know she is well taken care of, and happy when we leave. So grateful she is there, and we found such an awesome perfect place.

Our family had an in person tour with StoryPoint Gahanna and we knew for our loved one it was too "modern", however I would live there as it was a beautiful community with very friendly staff members.

This community is a very relaxing, clean and enjoyable place for my Mom. She enjoys the friends she has made with the residents and the staff. They try to do all that they provide with excellence.

My step-mother recently moved to StoryPoint in the spring. Since move in, she has been so happy and full of life. Her room is always spotless, she has never complained about the food (which is huge for an Italian woman!) and she loves the singers that come in every week. She is able to grocery shop for her snacks each week as the bus takes them to markets. Speaking of bus, the driver also takes her to her doctor appointments! Mom says the driver is very cautious, courteous and friendly. StoryPoint has been a saving grace for my sisters and I. We never imagined having mom live in a senior community. However, StoryPoint is way more than just a fluffed website. It's the real deal. Everything the website says is the truth.

I have two very special Aunt’s that live at Westcourt in Saginaw who I have had the experience of dinning and singing with after the meal is served. Four siblings, four cousins with one playing the baby grand piano and residents living at a Westcourt that enjoy singing. I do believe it’s a great place for any family member to live in there senior years.

I am looking for my dad who will be moving to Texas from another state. I had a delicious lunch and a tour. I felt welcomed and it felt like home. The lake was beautiful and I could smell the food from the dining room.

Lakeview has a wonderful view and the staff were great. I was looking for my mother and I loved the tour. The food was amazing and they had lots of choices. for dessert we had a chocolate covered New Your style cheese cake.
