[name removed] and I share concerts all over the state of Michigan, and have been to Grand Village 3 or 4 times now. The residents are always fun to talk with, and they seem to really enjoy the concerts. The staff has always been really nice and helpful when we come there. We look forward to coming and sharing there many times in the future!

I have followed this community since my dad moved there. As I live in Wyoming I haven't had the opportunity to vist yet but will in the future. My dad absolutly loves it there. I was raised in Southwick so it warms my heart to know he is there. Folling on Facebook I see all the wonderful things the staff provides for their clients. I would highly recommend this place for their caring and love for all their people.

We picked the community as it was close to my home and my father's home, where his friends could visit easily. It's a great community.

The staff is very helpful with care from all standpoints. [names removed] are very experienced in dealing with the aging process and guiding families through the process of AL+MC.

The care of my uncle and his changing needs has been handled effectively and efficiently. Keeps my uncle comfortable and cared for was a priority from all staff. The care has been appreciated by our family.

The facility is beautiful, clean. & well setup. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was invited to join the meal that was being served. The food was delicious and the kitchen manager was so sweet. It was wonderful to see her engaging and interacting with the residents.

In 2023 we were in need of memory care. toured several different facilities in Coshocton County, Muskingum County, and Homes County. After much consideration, we chose Danbury of Millersburg and have not regretted this decision. Mom has settled into her new home better than I expected. The staff is great. They are kind and helpful and make each resident feel special. They do many activities with the residents - would like to see a few more on the weekends but I realize that takes more staff. The only suggestion I can make is to gear the food choices around that age group of people. The food looks great to me but that age group does not always like wraps and such. They tend to be a meat and potatoes group. Nonetheless the meals I have seen look great and there's always dessert which is a big hit. Thanks to Millersburg staff for all you do.

Living at StoryPoint has been a wonderful experience that I continue to look up to.

Fun, attentive

My 98 year old mom is so happy here. The staff feels like our extended family. We are comforted knowing that she is well cared for. Bringing her to Forest Glen was the right decision.

[name removed] was very helpful and continues to be. I've been unsure about how to proceed and her kind words made it much easier. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Overall everything has been wonderful. My parents are very happy. The only negative comment is from me and it's more constructive feedback than anything else. There was a miscommunication regarding when my parents would begin paying rent and due to this they were overcharged. It took many emails and phone calls on my part to get this resolved. The management team should be more responsive and communicate in a more timely manner.

The facility is outstanding! I am so so happy that my dad is placed here! The staff are really so caring and loving. I think it's just the attention that they give to my Dad is outstanding. They hosted a lovely thanksgiving dinner too. So kind

The staff members at StoryPoint Granger are great! For the value for cost - it was more expensive than all others we looked at but hoping all the other 5's are going to make it worth. Also the location is perfect for the rest of the family and that is worth something also.

My mother really enjoys Bayfield Assisted Living and Memory Care, especially all of the activities and the staff. They do communicate with all of us quite well. The move-in process was easy and the meals are delicious. I would recommend Bayfield Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families looking for care for their loved one.

I can't begin to express my gratitude to Danbury and all their staff! The place is clean and beautiful, wonderful atmosphere and a caring staff that goes over and above. After a bad fall my mother was left with 2 brain bleeds and spent time in the memory care unit before being able to be transfered to the assisted living side. We were more than impressed with both sides and attribute her recovery to God and Danbury. Your loved one will be well taken care of!

What we like the most about the StoryPoint Mequon community is just how much our loved one is interacting with others there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I love it here. I live on the first floor and when other residents come by and I invite them to my patio and ask them to sit with me on my rocking chair to conversate. Everywhere I go I tell people about the community. I even pass out the telephone number so they can call.

Everyone at Danbury has been incredibly kind, caring and helpful with our father’s transition to assisted living. He is very happy there, and talks regularly about how well he is taken care of. We couldn’t be more pleased with this facility.
