I had to move my dad from another facility without much time. From the first person I spoke with to the staff, everyone has been wonderful, understanding, kind, & patient. The process was seamless and I at ease knowing he is in a safe and secure facility with such and amazing & caring staff. Job well done!!

We felt it was the best fit for my mom, small, beautiful, clean and friendly atmosphere. First place organization. They do everything right. It is worth the extra money for quality service.

It was the one that had the most available activities and amenities that my mother-in-law would take advantage of. I would recommend it if it was financially feasible for them.

Riley's Grove is the best decision we ever made for the caring of my wife. We have been here 29 months. The response time is above & beyond. We are blessed to count the staff as our extended family.

It met our criteria for an affordable price and we are very happy so far.Clean, good amenities included in monthly fees, food is good, wide variety of activities, nice game room and activity room along with well stocked library. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and very welcoming and friendly residents.

The facility is always clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and caring.

It didn't take long to feel at home here. People looked after each other, if someone didn't show up for dinner, someone would check to see if they were O.K. If I didn't want to participate in all the activities, I was free to go back to my room.

Everyone (staff) is so nice and very helpful to all residents and visitors. My mom feels comfortable here and everyone runs so smoothly. Mom especially likes being able to go out shopping. She loves the food and movies.

I go to every activity they have. I never want to stop eating the food, it's very good.

[name removed] was very professional direct sand informed. Even though I was unable to bring my father in due to his passing, I would recommend Story Point o anyone. Based on the experience we have had so far with StoryPoint Chattanooga, my mother in law likes the activities which they have plenty of. She has made friends and we know she will be well cared for. We would recommend this community to other families!

Story Point is an exceptional community located in the heart of Union right next to Kroger. Their facility is gorgeous, clean, and the staff is always welcoming. They offer so much under one roof for their tenants - dining, activities, and healthcare services to name a few.

Although I do not have a loved one living at StoryPoint, I am in the senior living facility on a weekly basis and see and hear the staff interacting with those who live there and they are kind, patient and caring. StoryPoint is a place I highly recommentd.

Every time I go to Storypoint I always notice how clean and tidy everything is. I also love how all the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I’ve never heard the residents complain about one single thing either. If I choose this route later in life, I may very well choose this facility.

I am part of a networking group that meets at StoryPoint in Union, KY once a week. I have always been extremely impressed with the staff that we see in the mornings. They are always extremely nice and welcoming. I have also watched the staff with the people that live in the community, and it just seems like the staff is always very friendly to the people that live there and are always helping them with breakfast and their morning workouts. It is very nice to know that people are treated well there and that the staff is always so friendly to everyone that walks in the door.

So we are very happy and so is my mother. No complaints. The staff, [name removed] was such a huge help and was there for me with every question I needed answered. So far every staff member I've met has been VERY happy and so kind.
