I guess the Emeritus at Cliff View could improve on their furniture being updated a little bit. The meals seem to be okay though. I have not been there much myself, so this all just comes from my mother.

Excellent established facility in downtown area but has a wait list. Nice atrium area for dining, large balconies for rooms that have them, small but fully functional kitchens. Anyone considering an independent living option in the SLC area should check this facility out since it appears to set the standard. I had checked it out for comparison only, knowing it was out of the desired location range for my mother's residence and wish that wasn't an issue.

They have a nurse there that is very good at contacting family members any time something goes wrong. We really do appreciate the proactive communication and them keeping us in the loop and informed on how things are going. And overall things are going well and we have been pleased.

We have had a very positive experience with Thunderbird Senior Living. The facility is currently being worked on with some updates, but other than the work in progress there it is a very nice and clean facility. The staff there are all very kind and helpful. My dad has only been there for a couple of months but so far everything is going well.

We toured the Atria Inn at Lakewood. We thought it was very nice but over priced. Overall, This was a very nice community with a friendly atmosphere. It was just over priced. The tour went well. Everyone was nice.

Overall I think they do a good job at Broadway Proper. The staff here are very friendly, and they have a lot of activities to keep everyone active and entertained. The facility itself is nice looking, although I do think the housekeeping could do a bit better job keeping it tidy. I've also found pills left out in my loved one's room by the med-techs, which is definitely something they should be more careful about. But overall it is a nice place, and they take good care of her!

Its been pretty good. I found the people to be very helpful and friendly. I have some concerns about the food. They have a menu on the website and they don't serve those meals. The staff has been awesome and personable. They are very helpful.

So far it has been good. It took a while for my mother to transition. This is a very nice community. I rated all of the categories 5 except for the activities because If its a dementia patient they are not allowed outside without supervision. That was important for my mother because she likes being outside in the sunshine. Other than that this is a good community. It is very clean and the staff is so friendly.

Overall things have gone well at Thunderbird Senior Living. When we moved in there was a bit of miscommunication which complicated things, and I think the follow-up with the resident ambassador program could use some work, but for the most part we are satisfied by the services they provide. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they take good care of the people who live here.

We are very happy with them, and she is doing well there. They do a good job with the food. It's well kept, and the staff is friendly. We are having a little bit of trouble with the hot water, but other than that everything is good.

Overall I think they do a good job at Pueblo Norte Senior Living! The staff is friendly and professional, and they keep the facility looking well kept and clean. Really my only concern is that on Sundays they do not offer breakfast or dinner, which makes it hard for my loved one who does not cook at all at this point.

The only problem is there is a lack of coordination when a person moves they drop the ball. Mom keeps getting some else's mail or not gets her mail and had to wait for 3 weeks to get mom's storage box. Admin needs to get better coordinated for the patients. The dining staff are wonderful, welcome her call her by name.

My mom moved in almost exactly a month ago and it was not an easy transition even though she chose where she wanted to go. With help from caregivers and other staff, she is slowly getting accustomed to her new life. I hope to be able to get her engaged in activities before long, but she is setting the pace. The staff is very kind and helpful, but some things are not done when promised and need to followed up on. The facility itself is very nice and well maintained for an older establishment.

Liked apts. but found common areas on the shabby side. Did not like buffet in dining room - prefer table service. Swimming pool great.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating when I visit. The problems expressed by my parents are likely and mainly associated with the fact that they are not in their own home eating and doing whatever they want. Some of the complaints I have heard is; there is not enough room in the apartment, the food is not good or not hot, they don't get waited on soon enough, the care givers do not respond quick enough when the button is pushed. The price is a factor, as it is with most senior care facilities, but if you need and want the care for your loved ones you must make it happen. This facility was able to help us when mom had to be hospitalized and dad needed someone to help him. Although he can do some things on his own, he was used to having my mom wait on him hand and foot. My brothers and I work and were unable to be with him 24 hours 7 days a week but made it work during the 7-10 days it took for the transition. We are much less concerned with the what-ifs knowing they are being well taken care of. Our mother enjoys the activities that are available but our father does not take part. This is an area they could improve on by introducing activities to involve more men, workshops with wood and other things that are more manly!

The staff at Atria at Lakewood are very attentive, taking a personal interest in the individual residents. The one current challenge is the lack of seating (without being elbow to elbow) in the dining room because of the upstairs dining room is closed. A "hostess" seating people would be very helpful! Overall, we are pleased with the facility and staff at Atria as mom makes her new transition.

It's okay. We were disappointed when we moved in because it wasn't cleaned. We are still finding things that need to be fixed, or cleaned, or dealt with in some way. I do like the lay out and the roominess of the room a lot, compared to what I have seen at other places. When we first came to see it, it reminded me of a big hotel. When it comes to meals, some things are really good, and I like stewed dishes once in a while. There isn't a lot of variety, but there are a lot of people here. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The other residents can be kind of cliquish, they have been friendly enough, but most of them have been here a while. We haven't really met anyone yet that is interested in a good conversation, they talk about themselves a lot.

The front entrance was confusing. I wasn't sure I was in the right place as it felt like I had entered just the office area. But the rest of my experience was great! Tracy was helpful and the unit was nice. It was the first place my mom said "I like this one! I dont want to look anymore! "

Seemed warm and inviting, could really see my parents being happy here but Dad thinks the price is too high.
