My mother-in-law is really enjoying her stay at this community. The meals are prepared appropriate to fit the residents needs, we join her for dinner as often as we can and are pleased with the food portions. They have many activities available.

Met with Rob and toured the facility Saturday morning with my family. Very clean with lots of activities scheduled through the day. Dining room was large. Pleased with the amenities and will continue to consider this as a good choice.

It was a smooth move in for us. I loved the sales manger, she did a great job touring us around. I love everything about the place. I was excited to moved in and did not look any further. It is a perfect community and in a perfect location.

The staff is very friendly and always patient with my loved one. The community is beautiful and its in a great location. I am very pleased with the food and there is a lot of healthy options for my loved one to choose from. The staff has also been excellent with getting my mom back on her feet and participating in activities. -PS

Everything is working very well for my mother here at this community. She has adjusted very well to it. We are pleased with her move here. The community is well maintained, everything is nice and clean. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us.

My folks moved in two weeks ago, so far I like everything I've seen. There seems to be lots of activities for them to either join in on, or watch. They are rarely in their rooms during the day, because they are out where activity is happening. Their room is clean and the beds are made. I see lots of staff on hand to assist when and where needed. My parents are in the memory care unit.

We really enjoyed the tour of North Star at Coeur d"Alene. It was nicely kept and updated. The community was very clean throughout. They have a number of activities for the residents to enjoy and participate in. We didn't decide on this community because they just changed their policy on pets. North Star no longer accepts cats.

I liked the tour we had of Atria. The person that conducted the tour was very helpful and gave me insight about how care is structured. The community was clean and the rest of the staff were nice. They did not have what I needed for my parents.

Large community. Fully kitchens and washer and dryer in apt. Continental breakfast daily. Nice and can use SCW amenities for reduced fee.

I liked what I saw in the community. They showed me the whole place and the rooms. The guide gave me paperwork and they answered all my questions. My thoughts of the place was good but I was not feeling an amazing energy here. i did not see my mom staying here.

I interviewed tree different facilities before choosing Brookdale. I needed a facility that would allow a cat. The marketing directors at all facilities were very friendly. One didn't smell very good and it seemed a bit confusing which I didn't want with a patient with Dementia. One was nice, but the rooms were odd shapes and not as nice as I wanted. I was totally satisfied with the Brookdale Southgat. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms had all been freshly painted and spacious. We are on our second month, and I couldn't have made a better choice.

My dad has dementia and was becoming very confused because of the remodeling of the community. However, during the remodel it was very clean throughout the community. The staff treated him very well, were easy to talk with, and answered all of my questions. The food was really good. They offer many activities but could improve by changing the activity routine.

I really enjoyed my tour of this facility. This community looks amazing. From what I saw everything looked outstanding and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a great work out room. The dining area looked very nice. It was a very nice tour.

I toured this community with my friend, and he loved it. The community is nice and big. From what I saw everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff was kind and courteous. They were informative and answered my questions. There many activities offered for the residents. He is hoping they have an opening soon. He would love to move here. Our tour went very well.

My brother moved into this community in May, we were told his apartment would be ready in a few weeks but he is still in his small room instead. Based off of communication my brother seems to be quiet satisfied with his care. He was a little disappointed with the size of his room. Overall he is pretty happy here and we cant only wait till his apartment is ready.

My mother is doing well here, they are taking good care of her. They do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean, her room is well-kept. They are very good staff here, they have been good to work with. She is trying all the activities they offer. Overall everything is working out well. I would recommend this community.

Brookdale Missoula Valley community is nice. The staff is really friendly. Although my grandmother does not participate in the activities, they do offer activities to the residents. The room where my grandmother is staying could be a little more clean. I was told they offer housekeeping but does not seem like they are coming in.

I know my mother is in good hands at this community. She is doing great and has adjusted very well to it. They do a good job with keeping her room and the community very clean. The staff have been very nice. They are helpful and attentive as well. There activities offered if she ever wants to participate. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing her with. I would recommend it.

My father is doing well here at this community. They are caring for him and his needs very well. This is a nice clean facility, they keep everything nice and clean. The staff is kind, they have been nice and helpful. We know he is safe and in good hands.

On my tour through this community, I didn't quite understand the layout. The community seem enclosed and not very open. There is a shower hall that seemed to be shared by residents. For lunch I was given a sandwich that looked as if it was prepared some where else, it was good but not quite fresh. The staff is very friendly and overall the community was too different and not like other retirement communities I have seen.
