When I toured Atria, it was a nice place and everyone was very friendly, It was just too active. They serve alcohol and the residents there are always out and about. My friend was looking for something more calm and comfortable.

I had a helpful and friendly person give me a tour and provide me with useful resources. I felt they were fantastic people to work with. They were willing and always offering to help me find a good fit for my parents. It did not feel like a sales experience. I liked that all the Brookdale's work together. They provided a different level care that did not fit my parent's needs.

The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The staff have been nice and helpful. The community is clean and they keep the grounds well maintained. I have started participating in some of the daily activities. I would recommend this community.

I love it here. The food is real good that is why I choose this place. I get to to eat any time from 12 pm to 6:30 pm, breakfast is continental most days. They have lots of activities and I joined a club. My room gets cleaned twice a month. I have no issues with their help. This is much better, a little expensive but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this community.

The care from the staff has been great, they make my mother feel comfortable and welcome. The meals are very good, my mother really enjoys them and says they have a good taste. The community itself is very clean and maintained well. I would recommend this Brookdale to anyone looking because they are good at what they do.

This community was beautiful and very accommodating. The residents could transition from Independent Living to Assisted Living in the same apartment. The problem was that none of the apartments had outside access and my parents have dogs, they wanted a patio.

I appreciated the tour with [Removed] and thought it looked like a nice that might suit my mom. The only drawbacks, for me (and they might not be a problem for mom), were the size of the 1 bedroom and that it was so much like a 'regular' apartment building with the inside entrances off the hallways.

Overall, nice clean facility but monthly rental independent living expense is high for just 2 meals provided each day. Vehicle parking for guests is limited when trying to visit family member and wish North Star involved and invited families to more events. Seem to be high turnover with kitchen wait staff creating a little bit of a wait for food order and food is occasionally served luke warm to cold. Overall, the facility is well kept and staff is very helpful and friendly.

We went to tour this community and the staff did well showing us their activities, living areas and room that were available, it went very well. They were professional and ready. i thought that it was an excellent community but it was too huge, my loved ones were looking for a much smaller community.

The Brookdale Bear Creek is massive. I felt like they wouldn't be able to give individual attention, but now that I have done more research, it seems like they are more capable to handle different levels of care than other places.

I like this community. We were informed that. The food appears to be good. They offer a good variety of activities to the residents that are able to participate. We were informed that they were going to put in an elevator, but we are still waiting on that to take place here. We would highly recommend this community for other families for the value and the care that is given.

My mom is doing fine since moving into the community. The are fine in keeping the community clean and giving very good care. She is happy with the activities and the meals that is served. I picked them because they are very close and accessible and clean. The price was best for us too.

We toured this community and we were happy with the cleanliness. The staff were nice but seemed pro-occupied. The food menu was appealing and the variety of activities would have been a good choice for my parents if they wanted to be active. I suggest a tour for families wanting a nice place for a loved one.

The thing I remember the most about Las Colinas was the homemade chocolate chip cookies they gave us during our tour. The people were all very friendly and everything was very nice, but my mother ended up choosing another community.

This mostly was not a fit for my mom. We toured the place and saw they offered smaller units, she would not be able to fit all her furniture in it. The community also did not look as new and had a dated look to it. It was safe and fine but she would have to compromise something. On the visit the staff were personable and greeted us. There was not one negative experience. Overall they offered things she did not need. It was not the right fit and what she wanted.

I like the care that is being received here from the community. They would also need some help as far as a language barrier with the residents. They do offer activities My dad is adjusting to the new atmosphere is moving in here. We would recommend the care and the value to other friends who want care for a loved one.

My mother in law is still adjusting to living at Courtyard. She is not crazy about the food and the limited choices. She seems to be generally happy with the staff. They offer daily activities. The community offers transportation on Tuesday and Thursday. They do only go a short distance and it is a two hour window. This is a nice community with about 120 residents. The community is clean and well maintained.

The thing I was most pleased about during our visit of this facility was the great floor plan they had in the building. The hallways were wide and the dinning and lobby room was more than big enough for all of the residents to fit comfortably. The overall community was very nice with lots of great amenities it was just beyond our budget.

My sister in law likes living at Broadway Proper. The staff are helpful and we have good communication with them. She likes the food and they offer a variety of choices. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

This is the one we are going with. Very and friendly and helpful, clean the right size, had everything my Mom likes.
