This was a nice tour that we had for the care of mom. I like the staff who were able to show us the community. I was not to please with the cleanliness at the time of the tour that may have been taken care of. The menu was appealing of the healthy variety. The activities are offered to the residents who are able to participate. I would suggest that families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

My mother in law is so happy being here. I think it was the best choice we made for her. Being out of state we didn't have much to do with the search but her caretaker had taken her on tours and this community was the best fit. She loves everything about the community. My mother in law loves the food says it is very good. She is making tons of friends and is going on bus tours when offered. We would highly recommend this community.

I toured this community for the options of care for my mom.The staff seemed to be nice and they were helpful. The community has a nice menu and activities. We did not want a community that appeared to be dark and we were not happy with the environment. Families might want to see this community for the options of care

I went to see and tour the community for my friends. In my experience they were all courteous and polite. There were incentives for moving in but the choice was up to my friends and they felt this was not the best fit.

We really liked this community. It has recently within the last year been renovated and they did a good job. The community looks great clean and up to date especially the inside. The staff is very nice and informative. However compared to others we have toured the pricing was a little higher than what we had seen.

My dear friend has recently made the move into this community and so far things have been going well for her. The staff made the transition easy and I am comfortable with the quality of care that she has been receiving. She has had no complaints about the meals and is making the best of her time there so far. Overall it has been a perfect fit and we are very happy with the outcome.

The tour we took of Thunderbird Community was very nice. The staff was very friendly and the management did a good job providing information about what they had to offer. The environment was very clean and well-kept. We chose another community based on budget needs.

We really liked the appearance of this community, however, we didn't tour the community after finding out they had no apartments available. The person I spoke to was very nice and friendly and informative and very honest.

This was a tour of a cottage that would have been nice. We like the staff but did not like that they needed to replace the carpet in the community. They offer meals that are served with a choice. We suggest that families consider a tour before making a decision on this community for a place to call home.

I have recently made the move into this community and I have no complaints of how things are going for my husband and I . The staff have been helpful and attentive to my needs in our new living environment. I am enjoying the dinning room experience as well as some of the other activities with the other residents. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken for my loved one at this community. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they had a nice floor plan as well as different amenities for the residents. I just wish they had nurses available on the floor for the residents throughout the day. In the end it was just not the right choice for our family.

I had flown into the state to help find options for my sister in law. We had an appointment at the beginning of the week she liked it and by that following week she had been moved in and was settled. The staff is great very friendly and helpful. She is doing much better she is happy and she likes the food very much. She is making friends and doing some activities which are hard with her sight issue but the staff makes accommodations for that.

My dad is doing fairly well here, all the staff is very nice, friendly. My dad is starting to socialize and meet some of the other residents. The food is really good and the residents can eat at anytime there is no set schedule and they have a nice menu to choose from. There is a piano on the main floor Dad enjoys the entertainment and the music that is always going on. I am somewhat concerned about the weekend staffing as there does not seem to be a manager on duty and the staff during that time are not consistent with the follow-up for my dad. He has to use his buzzer most of the time to remind them of some of his care he needs help with. The resident doctor program has not worked out for us at all. We did not even get the results of the x-rays taken of my father foot.

We got to take a tour of this facility, and it was just fine! This seemed to be a very nice facility. However, we could not move my mom in because it was not within her price range.

I have had some issue with the communication between with the staff and myself at Pacifica Senior Living San Martin and I have been trying to get things straightened out. My father-in-law is not informed very well about the different activities or encouraged to join in. When I ask questions about my in-laws the nursing staff does not follow-up so I constanly have to keep asking them. My in-laws do have a nice 2 bedroom apt and the community is well kept up, They just need to address better communitcation and working with family member better.

She has been enjoying the great meals in the dinning room as well as many of the activities they have going on throughout the week. Overall it has been a perfect fit and they have met all of her needs as of right now.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my self since I have moved into this community. The staff have been helpful and attentive to all my needs. I like the different activities they have for all of the residents as well as my dinning experience with the other residents. I am overall very happy with my move and would recommend it to anyone interested.

We were very pleased with Winslow Court. I would suggest that they have assigned ambassadors to talk with their potential residents-like several of the other places. Even after my father-in-law moved in Saturday, no one was assigned to him to make sure he got to and from events and the dining room. This would be helpful.

2 years ago my wife, [Removed] and I came to Over lake Terrace from Mesa, AZ, [Removed] passed away. We can never thank Over lake Terrace enough for the loving care and going the extra mile to help us during through these painful times. It is these type of actions that we agreed Over lake Terrace will always be our home.
