I would like less spicy food. It doesn't agree with my stomach. I am thankful that the staff is vigilant in caring for us. Thank you. Less chicken, more seafood.

Ok. Been here 11 months. Lockdown not fun but staff is good. Glad some activities starting again.

For the price that you pay, I felt that our loved one was too far away from staff and centralized activities. She was totally dependent on using her call button for care, but she was not always cognizant enough to do so. I just don't think she got enough attention. I would only recommend this community for loved ones who are more independent than mine was.

I am originally from Michigan. Have been here three years. My daughter and husband live in Helena. He was born in Montana. Daughter and son-in-law have lived in Helena 35 years. I came to watch 2 great granddaughters. Family lived in Helena but got a transfer to another church in Billings, It's very different in Montana than Michigan. Living here, took a couple of years to begin to like it. I gave up the Great Lakes for Montana. Now, it's beautiful and I am going to stay. Hunters Pointe Senior Living is wonderful. I'm in the right place and state I belong.

For my mom it is adequate and it is her demographic , working class from her community, and it makes her feel more comfortable. The staff seem okay and seem wonderful when I speak to them. The are always very receptive. What I really like is that they are very no nonsense and that offer non pretentious activities. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The only issue we had was that they were not flexible about their food. The menu offered three choices at each meal but all of the dishes had sauces and the only other choice would be a sandwich. The care and the staff were all real good. We chose for location, it was nearby our family. We liked the building, it had a big courtyard, and common areas were very nice.

Overall, I was really impressed with The Sheridan at South Jordan. The staff were very friendly and the activities were good. My sister enjoyed the food. We chose the community because we really liked the staff and how happy they seemed to be. My sister was very happy with them as well.

A little challenging with mom in quarantine, she is not able to utilize many of the amenities. Generally it is a friendly staff, some staff members have heavy accents so it is hard to communicate with residents who are hard of hearing. Overall good caring staff. Food is good. Medical staff is not as well educated on medical equipment as I would have thought they would be.

Overall, things are going well. One reason we chose this community is when we visited Thunderbird, my older son absolutely fell in love with the homelike atmosphere. Another reason we chose the community is its close proximity to where we live. My husband is a fall risk and, for me, knowing that he is somewhere that there are people who can take care of him really takes a load off of my mind. I know that he is in a safe place. We have been very pleased with the staff on my husband's floor. They treat me like family and are very welcoming. The only negative i have found is that there seems to be a lack of communication between the different shifts of staff.

Las Colinas is a wonderful residence. The staff is thoughtful. I think this is where they shine! Amenities are great and food was great. Mom and Dad have settled in and it gives me great peace. Only thing I would comment on is when they moved in the prep crew for the room was not as detailed as I was led to believe. Carpet was soiled and repaint of the cabinets was fair. That being said I would highly recommend Las Colinas. Service to the residents is most important and Las Colinas shines!

Very Large and lovely facility with independent and assisted living. Multiple stories. Feels and looks “ higher end” with more “ hotel lobby style” entry. Is TYPE A which does NOT allow aging in place! Very nice facility with open dining options and other positives. Has one bedroom with actual two rooms but very small! Kitchenette is only tiny cabinet with small microwave and small dorm size refrigerator with very small freezer compartment. Much to offer if resident is more self sufficient. No available rooms at present.

[Name removed] is a fanstastic director! She is compassionate, caring and always available when needed. VP is improving all the time. [Name removed] is a great cook and meals are good. The caregivers are also caring and compassionate

Nice facility. Too close to the freeway for us. Didn't see that many residents when we visited. Rooms can be changed according to your needs which is a plus.

Friendly, caring, and helpful staff. Friendly and supportive residents. Excellent food quality. Excellent food variety. Many activities, including fitness classes. Free transportation for medical appointments, shopping, and other outings. Some infrastructure problems, especially plumbing.

It is quite nice, the building feels a little old and dark with narrow hallways, but it also feels homey and the apt itself is very nice, with a nice full kitchen. I wish they had more laundry/garbage rooms on every floor.

My father really has transitioned nicely. There is plenty for him to do to stay busy and he has had met a lot of great people. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

[Name removed] liked it. Good ratings. Not too expensive. Studio is large, but the 1 bedroom has more storage and a larger kitchen.

Very nice people that work here. The food is not very good. Can you please do something to improve it?
