We were able to visit last weekend and the activities are coming back, they had a lot of things going on. The food is good, however sometimes things are not served in a timely manner. Sometimes the coffee is served late, or the food is not on time, but we do think that issue is just temporary. My loved ones there are very happy with their living quarters and we do think the value for cost is really good.

We toured the community and the facility was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the pricing was out of our range and the community was not pet friendly.

This was one of [name removed]'s 2 top picks. Nice floorplans and there was a lot of people milling around. [name removed] sent lunches with us when we left. The food was excellent

There was a two-week quarantine period when I first moved in. I had to call somebody from maintenance to come walk my dog because I wasn't allowed to. One thing I wasn't too great on was the food. It was making my GERD worse. But someone I still talk to there says the food has gotten a lot better. There are new owners coming in, and once they get all the safety features in place they'll be adding an assisted living section. But overall it's a good place. I enjoyed sitting outside with the residents. There's a lot of camaraderie there. We all liked the staff so much that at the holidays, completely on our own - Broadway Proper had no part in it- we got together to show our appreciation for the staff to let them know what a good job they're doing. In the end, I think I was just too young for the place.

Really friendly, clean and hospitable. Had a great studio with mini terrace. Nice physical therapy space. Extra care costs on sliding scale. Dogs allowed. Gardening club.

I would recommend Farrington Court. They do what they advertise. The call button response is sometimes slow. The staff is very friendly. They answer all the questions over the phone that I may have about my loved one. The room is good for my loved one. I would recommend that they remove the carpet and put in hardwood floors.

I liked all the things to do and that the patio had a doggie door

Even though it advertised heart-healthy foods, they do not serve heart-healthy foods. the community had good activities and the staff was very friendly.

The staff is very caring and there are so many things to take part in. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

The staff is really responsive. My loved one always says the staff is always nice to me. The dining room is now opening up to the residents to eat. The community had a luau for the residents. The residents had their second round of COVID vaccinations. They even brought in a camel during Christmas and dressed for holiday for the residents to pet.

My grandma had stayed here before it was Bear Creek and that is why we chose it for my friend.The only complaint that I do have is I was on the phone with my friend, he was having heart pains and when I was talking to him on the phone, I could hear a staff member was at the door screaming and yelling at him. Other that incident, we were happy with the faciliy. The administrator here was very nice and helpful.

My dad was on Hospice and they were wonderful and I'm so glad they took care of my dad. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

The staff is very nice and they have a lot to offer to keep the residence active. I would definitely recommend this community to others. We do want pizza here. It would be nice to have a small appliance to be able to use in their room

They are just now starting to open the dining room back up, and they are beginning to bring back some of the activities. In comparison to other places, i do think this community has a good value.

Overall the community itself was very clean, the building and restrooms were impeccable. The rooms would be around a two or a three with the cleaning. Sometimes there was house keeping issues in the individuals rooms. Depending on who was taking care of our loved one at the time, the medical services was fine, but the bathing once again left back to the cleanliness. There was also a lot of activities always going on

There are other places that have equal care for lesser money. I would recommend this community if you can afford it.

We chose The Auberge at the time because of the location. The room sizes here were adequate for her needs. The food was just average. The day staff was unbelievably great, but the night staff was not good. For example, my mom broke her hip and the lady took almost an hour and a half to call an ambulance. Overall, it is a very nice facility and I would recommend to others.

Enjoy living here. Some improvements could be made in regards to having more servers, Etc. Food is usually good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I chose Villa De San Antonio because I had a couple of good friends that were here and were having a good experience. The room sizes here are pretty good, they are larger than a lot of the other ones that I had looked at. The food is good, it has gone downhill a little bit ever since COVID because it is being delivered and we have to eat in our rooms. I would recommend it.
