My husband and I toured Pacifica San Martín and was very impressed by the sincerity and friendliness we experienced. The rooms look a little different because of Covid than they normally do which was explained to us. But can still tell it is a beautiful community. There was an activity going on when we toured which was great to see. Everyone seemed very happy and involved that was there ! We will keep Pacifica at the top of our list for my mom, can’t wait until she moves here to Las Vegas and tour again with her! I’m sure she will be impressed as we were.

Looks like a top notch facility

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because the location was convenient, the price was very reasonable, and the staff I was dealing with was very good. The room sizes here are on the smaller side. He was only here a short time but due to our experience I would recommend for memory care.

It is a good community. The staff are attentive to the residents. The staff provides quick response to the family with any questions or concerns.

The staff at the Palms treated my in-laws with the same respect and care that they would show their own grandparents. I am blessed to have them at this location!

During the time our loved one was there, they would take her on walks up and down the halls because that was one of the things she loved to do. It is a beautiful area surrounded by mountains and the grounds are just as beautiful.

Care given is professional and very kind and cheerful. The 3 meals per day are very good and offer choices. Cleanliness and general service are very good and timely. Decor, treats, and trips are fine. The leadership and office staff are always friendly and helpful.

I chose Senior Star at the time because of the location and the impression of having good staff members. The apartment sizes there were as expected, they had options on apartment sizes as well. My experience was colored by covid but I would recommenced.

My brother has been in WC a year. Before Covid came he improved his strength and mobility the first month. The dinning atmosphere and food are fantastic. He could eat when he wanted. Now they bring his meals to his room. WC staff does an excellent job of keeping the residents safe and healthy. The aides are very attentive to his needs and treats him with dignity and respect. My brother is in the best care and friendly atmosphere during this difficult time. The staff treat him like family. Hopefully it can get back to normal soon.

My mom has been here for almost 5 yrs. [name removed]'s team is wonderful. It's like a family. The team has given my mom the utmost care. She presently is in hospice here. They are comforting her during her time of passing. I live in Canada and can't be here much. They constantly help me and are very compassionate. I highly recommend Farrington Court. They have #1 facility for the past few years.

We have had an amazing experience here at Villa De San Antonio. Even with the food being delivered, it is still incredible and they have so many choices. They also have many fun activities for the residents that keep them busy. They do have a chapel here as well and provide all catholic services. They offer assisted and independent living. I would highly recommend.

This is a great place. The people are you meet with are amazing. So is the living conditions. So clean and warm. The residents are all smiles and love this place. I can't say enough about this place and the Director of sales and Marketing, [name removed]. He goes the extra million miles to see that your questions and understanding of the "The Wentworth at Parklane" being Independent living and caring place for its residents. I truly enjoyed specking with him. "This is the place you want for yourself or love ones"

Prior to covid they would have lunch ins, transportation to museums and different attractions. They would also take us to concerts and symphony's. The rooms would be about a four out of five, and i would recommend this community to others.

Last month, I began the overwhelming search for an assisted living facility for my aging parent. After speaking to [name removed] at Lakewood Reserve, I knew I’d found the best fit for my Dad. [name removed] spent a great deal of time on a virtual tour with myself and my husband. She answered countless questions and maintained open lines of communication amidst the roadblocks presented by the pandemic (even on her days off). [name removed] is organized, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional. She has been a delight to work with and has helped alleviate a great deal of my stress. Each of my interactions with the staff at Lakewood Reserve have been wonderful and I cannot say enough nice things about this team. It is evident that they not only enjoy their jobs, they also truly love the residents.

The community is very friendly. They care for the residents. They are quick to get back to me about my questions over my loved one. The food was ok for my loved one. The community comes in and cleans once a week. They have been assisting me getting items to my loved one.

For ten years I was the long distance caregiver for my elderly Aunt, who lived in Atria Heritage Assisted Living in Sun City. From the day she moved in until her recent death, my aunt received excellent care at Atria. The building and grounds are attractive and well kept. It's the excellent staff, however, that really make the Assisted Living unit exceptional. The program director, [name removed], and her staff are thorough and professional, but also truly care for the residents. They were attentive to my aunt's changing physical and emotional needs, and went above and beyond to make her as comfortable as possible. Their communication with me was frequent, clear and helpful and made it possible for me to ensure my aunt's well being. As a retired clinical social worker who worked with older adults I don't say this lightly- the Atria Heritage Asst. Living staff are some of the finest aging professionals I have ever met. Thank you!

We chose Senior Star because of the location. The apartment sizes here are adequate for my dads needs. The best part about the community so far has been the peace of mind knowing he is safe. I do think that the facility needs to offer more activities to the residents even during COVID, they can't leave so they are going stir crazy. I would recommend.

The activities at Overlake Terrace would be a five plus, they had happy hour, bingo, music, and pool tables. They have a place for you the exercise and have movie night. There were a bunch of things offered if you wanted to participate. The food is what brought us back to this community a lot. Our loved one was a chef and he was very picky and he thought it was outstanding. They offered a lot of variety.

Everything at Lakewood Reserve is great, even during this time they are doing a wonderful job. When we were able to go visit everything was very comforting and everyone was very nice. We were able to eat a few meals and it was nice, i enjoyed it!
