We toured this community for care. We were happy with the staff that we found to be helpful to her needs. We did like the menu that was offered. They had activities for her to participate with the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families for good card for a loved one

The care at this community. We like the staff and they are always caring and attentive to her needs. The meals are outstanding. I like that she is active with the others in the activities. The community is a clean and nice atmosphere. I like knowing that they made my mom feel welcome. We had the feeling when we arrived that this community would be a great place for my mom.

I took my mom on the Lincoln court California coastal cruise and was amazed she had such a great time we went to all the shows and the shore excursions it was so nice to know we had a nurse there 24 hrs a day and other staff to help since she is handicapped and needs assistance i would never have tried taking her on something like this by myself , but we had the most amazing time and created amazing memories thank you Lincoln court.

We like this community for the excellent care and the wonderful staff that are very caring. The menu is outstanding and I like knowing that she likes the menu. We are happy that she is active with the other residents in a lot of the wonderful activities that are offered. We have recommended this community to others looking for a great value for outstanding care.

They have different levels of care and they take good care of you. If you need more care than your level they extend that care until they can meet with you and appropriate changes can be made. The workers are friendly and helpful. Great activites are provided and you are encouraged to take advantage of those. The food is delicious and you always have a choice and can get what you want. The staff is helpful and efficient. The people there seem content and well cared for.

The upmost care is given to any resident at Farrington Court. There isn’t any other place like Farrington Court to compare to the quality given by the staff and management is a 10 food is a 10 also other friends that are residents also say this is the best place they have been and not leaving.

I toured this community for a home for myself. The staff were very helpful and were nice to be able to let me know what is offered. They have a good variety of meals and the activities would have been helpful for me. I do suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I work for a Home Health and Hospice Company. We have, and have had, many patients here. I can recommend Jamestown as a safe and loving place for seniors to live. The Director of Nursing is fantastic and goes to great lengths to make sure their resident's needs are met by responding quickly to resolve concerns if they arise. The Jamestown CNA's are well trained, respectful, and of a high character. The Memory Care Center is amazing! Every time we are there working with our patients, there is a high staff to resident ratio, plenty of activities going on, and happy, smiling staff and residents. I'm always impressed by how much support they receive from volunteers. There are often performance groups entertaining the residents and helping out with various service projects. Jamestown is a wonderful community!

We toured on May 11 2017; wonderful setting; very good feeling from staff; we placed our 100-old-year old mother in the SNF at the Gardens; considering assisted living facilities when she is discharged.

Excellent community! Personable staff, clean facility and lots of activities. There was no other place we visited that I felt comfortable moving my mother to. We will be having dinner with her at The Oaks often!

My grandma lived at Lincoln Court for 2 years. She had so much fun getting to know other ladies because she was so lonely living at home alone. Her highlight of every week would be the scenic drives. She loved going to Fort Hall, Mesa Falls, Concerts at the river and out to the Dinner Club to new restaurants. She also raved about the food. She was a picky eater and it was nice that she could order of the menu and had a lot of options to choose from and could come down late for breakfast because their restaurant was open from 7am-6pm. Thank you to all the Lincoln Court staff for taking such great care of my grandma!

A newer and larger facility that is very well kept. Very nice dining room but with two meals daily with choices. Has free laundry for personal items, but there is basic housekeeping once a week which includes laundering of bed linen. Parking available for personal vehicles. Pets allowed. Very friendly atmosphere. There is a stove or oven and a larger refrigerator. Small appliances including microwave are up to you. Cable and WiFi is included. Of the three places I saw on the 25th of May, this was the most expensive, especially when you consider there are only two meals daily. One final note: This is a very nice facility if you are willing to pay the price.

The care at this community is very nice and the staff is helpful. The menu is outstanding and she is pleased with the nice variety. They offered alot of nice activities and they are able to take small trips out of the community. We would highly recommend the care of this community for great care with a good value for other families.

My loved one is fairly happy with everything at Senior Star. She liked the people, she says the food is good, and the facility is kept very clean. She says that the staff are amazing, and we feel that they are the closest thing we could have possibly had to actually having family there taking care of her. If she has any complaints, it would be that breakfast is served a bit too early. Other than that, she is loving her stay!

This community makes you feel like your in a home atmosphere. I like knowing that the community is clean and well maintained. My grandmother is happy here at this community and I highly recommend the care and the value to other families wanting a great place for a loved one.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting with the caring staff. This community is clean and she likes the variety of healthy meals. I like knowing that she is happy with patticipating with the activiites that are offered. The is a very comfortable community with great care that we would recommend to other families.

It's going pretty good since my Sister and Brother in law moved in. They are still adjusting. The facility offers a variety of activities and the gals there [Removed] were great. [Removed] showed us the room and went out of her way to get us moved. She gave us access to start moving in early because of our situation. They were very accommodating. Everyone is so extremely friendly and by the time we were done we were ready to give them hugs. We liked that the layout was more of an open concept.

This is a great community for my mom. The staff is nice and caring for her needs. The menu of the excellent meals and we both like the nice variety. The community is very clean and that is important. The have nice activities for the residents, she likes getting out on small trips away from the community. We highly recommend the care her for other families and there loved ones.

My loved one had an overall great experience with The Oakes. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. My loved one is a picky eater, so the food could use some improvement. Though my loved one does not participate in too many activities, he does enjoy the poker games from time to time. I would recommend The Oakes to a friend.

I was looking for an assisted living for my mom once she recovered from her hip surgery (broken hip from a fall). The staff was very friendly. If we passed some staff while on our tour they all greeted us and introduced themselves, so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely keep this place in mind when we are ready for move.
