Everything about this experience was 5 Star! [name removed] was exceptionally thorough in presenting the property, valuable information and resources. We are excited to have chosen this property and expect an amazing community!

Let me qualify that we've not had experiences with other communities, and our entire experience at Pacifica was during Covid. But I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant, especially the receptionists. The director was a good communicator. They were very, very good to my loved ones here. On the memory care side, the aides were very attentive. They continued to have activities in their gathering room to help with memory care specifically. But they were not offering activities on the assisted living side. We didn't have a lot of opportunity to go in, but from what I cold see, it looked clean.

We chose The Oaks because of the staff members during our virtual tour. They were very attentive and responsive to any questions. They actually made us feel like we were already part of the family and they checked in on us even after the tour, they are great with communication. My mom really enjoys the meals, they are chef prepared and she enjoys the activities provided as well. If I were to have to go into assisted living I would pick here and I would highly recommend

I have worked at Lincoln Court for over 9 years. I have grown as a person tenfold. The residents have become my family and look forward to interacting with them every day. My job as the Life Enhancement Director allows me to plan fun activities for everyone. Creating monthly events and scheduling entertainment are such a great part of my job. I create a monthly calendar, and newsletter also a weekly calendar that has our activities each day . I have never been so loved on so many different levels. The residents are all people I truly love and look forward to any time I get to spend with them. The staff make this feel like a home for our residents. Friends I have made in our of our community are friends who will be in life forever. This is truly my home away from home. There is no place I would rather spend my time each day.

They have been good, but it's hard to judge fairly because of the pandemic. The staff was very helpful in handling all of the pre-paperwork and getting my loved one moved in. This was during the pandemic, so they had to do more than normal. I think they have had a decent amount of activities with the pandemic going on. They're having some inside activities, like bingo, arts and crafts, there's an exercise class, and movie night in their theater. But they've not been going anywhere, which was a big reason we decided on senior living. Although just today they made a trip to Target. And I think they just started Happy Hours back up for the residents. I believe that family members used to be invited to those once a month, pre-pandemic. So things are starting to get better. The staff have been very polite, and super friendly. They all appear to like their jobs.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The sales director seemed to have a great understanding of senior living and what type of care would be needed. The food was good also.

I’ve worked at Lincoln Court for almost 30 years! We have a great family atmosphere staff and residents are all concerned about each other!! We are family!!

My Grandma is 93 years old and has lived at Lincoln Court for 13 years. She loves it here. I have blessing to also be an employee. There is a reason we have been voted the" BEST OF" for 5 years in a row. Because we ARE the BEST

I continue to be impressed with Lincoln Court. The knowledgeable staff is always, warm, friendly, and never with out a smile. Constantly finding ways to make life fun and engaging for their residents, Lincoln Court tirelessly goes above and beyond. I enjoy watching them love their residents, as they would their own family. Their Memory Care unit, is also safe, inclusive, and fun. You can tell that the staff at Lincoln Court also puts an emphasis on cleanliness, because no matter where you are it is always clean, and smells great! The food delicious, and they are happy to make accommodated meals for those who are feeling like ordering "off the menu". Everyone should try to make plans to Retire gracefully at Lincoln Court!

I have worked in Senior Healthcare for over 20-years. The last 9-years I have been with Lincoln Court and I have a hard time imagining going anywhere else. We often hear comments from the community that there is a "feeling" that you get when you walk into Lincoln Court that you cant explain. Its a feeling of warmth and friendship that our residents and staff project everyday. I feel very lucky to be a part of that positive energy. I cant think of a better place to work!

It was a pleasure to find this wonderful place after our long and thorough search. It is clean, well organized with an experienced staff. Just as important, the food is outstanding. We highly recommend Farrington Court.

I have lived here for 7.5 years. Farrington Court was recommended to me by a Fire Cheif relative. I've been very happy here. There is a closeness people really care about each other. Many fun and educational activities are offered. New upgrades have just been completed - new paint, carpets, furniture.

You don't need to look any further. My parents were both here for about seven years. My mom passed away 2 years ago and my dad left and moved to Oregon a month ago. Marcia Byrd and her entire staff are so loving and caring. They kept the residents safe during COVID and really came up with fun and unique activities to keep everyone engaged. We will miss them, but highly recommend them for your family members.

My parents lived at Farrington Court for about seven years. My mom passed away two years ago and my father left to move to Oregon a month ago. FC kept my dad safe and alive during COVID. Not only that, but they kept all of them engaged with fun and unique activities. My dad got so excited about winning $.75 at hallway bingo! Marcia Byrd and her incredible staff are so loving and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm impressed with the level of care Lincoln Court provided my brother. He arrived there a week ago. Within the first 12 hours they set up a doctor appointment, obtained doctor's order for physical therapy & scheduled it, and obtained a haircut for him. Communication has been excellent with all levels of management team, nursing, & staff members. Their work as a team ensures my brother receives all medical & assisted living care while he resides there. They promptly attend to calls, questions & emails. My brother loves his sunny, newly renovated room. The staff programmed his new smart TV & had it operational within minutes. We toured other assisted living facilities. We are grateful we chose Lincoln Court. They exceeded our expectations! My brother is enjoying his stay there! I highly recommend Lincoln Court to families looking for an extra-special care facility for their loved one. All the residents living there look happy and content! That spoke volumes to me!

[name removed] and team over at Lakewood Reserve are wonderful. Well deserving of 5 stars. They are responsive, organized, and COVID compliant. Dedicated to serving their community day in and day out and we very much appreciate their service and support!

My husband and I toured Pacifica San Martín and was very impressed by the sincerity and friendliness we experienced. The rooms look a little different because of Covid than they normally do which was explained to us. But can still tell it is a beautiful community. There was an activity going on when we toured which was great to see. Everyone seemed very happy and involved that was there ! We will keep Pacifica at the top of our list for my mom, can’t wait until she moves here to Las Vegas and tour again with her! I’m sure she will be impressed as we were.

Looks like a top notch facility

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because the location was convenient, the price was very reasonable, and the staff I was dealing with was very good. The room sizes here are on the smaller side. He was only here a short time but due to our experience I would recommend for memory care.

It is a good community. The staff are attentive to the residents. The staff provides quick response to the family with any questions or concerns.
