Our 92 year old mom to Farrington Court 4 months ago. An amazing community! {name removed} executive director is the best. Personable to family members and residents. Runs a great staff and chef. Very clean, great service and mom is well cared for. Lots of activities and truly a fantastic community. Thank you to everyone at Farmington Court. Highest Rating!!! Highly recommend.

Farrington Court extends the high quality life of my 92 y.o. mom who is battling Cancer. They provide the newly remodeled 2 b.r. apartment, facilities, and staff that is supremely patient while striving for excellence. She participates in Tai Chi, Yoga, Bridge, Poker, Baseball Toss, and goes on recreational bus outings. The food is delicious and off menu options are available. Mom can press a button to get almost immediate assistance. Great Job Team Farrington!

I really like it here. It's been perfect. I absolutely love my apartment. It's big and has plenty of storage. The bathroom is handicap accessible and is more than large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. We got a new activities director, and she's really trying hard and has a lot going on. I just wish the food wasn't quite so salty.

There are really nice people at this community. Very elegant setting with competent staff. They have activities like games, they have a casino, arts and crafts, a salon ,recitals and more for the residents to do. They also have a good size room in the community which makes it nice. Hallways lined with furniture and big open spaces with t.v.s for group watching. They also have a little pub for the residents.

A great place to live. The services provided by our staff are excellent. There is always something for us to do, with good friends.

As a retired pastor I have been in many retirement, long term care, and nursing homes. Farrington Court is the best I've seen for quality of care. Food service, health care, and activities for residents. That is why I have been here for six years.

I have lived at Farrington Court for 8.5 years. I love it here. I partake in many activities. It is like a family-people help each other. The staff is always there to help. We have in house PT and OT.

They are the best!

I chose this place because it is so spacious, clean, bright, and cheery. The staff are awesome, always on top of any issues. Everyone is kind and smiling. Pricing equal to other places.

There employees are truly blessed with the gift to offer kind supportive assistance to the residents of this residence-to can a place. Really a joy to know there are folks whose mission is to care for others. The folks at the front desk, the office and the great chef who keeps us fed and feeling care for. This is an older facility doing really good work.

We chose the community for dad because it was highly occupied, there was a bigger community feel to it and we wanted to make sure that he had a lot of people around him. The care staff has been great and management is keeping me updated on COVID management within the community. The housekeeping and laundry services are good. The activity schedule is packed, he finds them entertaining and people been really good with him. He likes everyone working in dining and they have a variety offered on the menu. Overall, he feels safe, comfortable and the move-in process went good.

I loved the rooms at this community it was just not up to my loved ones standards. I loved the people and it was in a great location but the rooms were outdated.

Had pops in another place prior to moving him here which was a nightmare. These people truly show they care about what they are doing and from the get go have made me know I now have him in the right place. It's great to know that there are people out there still that care about what they are doing above the almighty dollar. The facility is top notch. Food is awesome. And the staff are very diligent. They always have activities that help keep the residents minds active. No one blows smoke and they address any concerns you may have. I can't say enough good about the place. Thank god I got him out of the other place which was so poorly ran. I can truly sleep well at night knowing pops is being cared for and that I made the best decision putting him in this facility.

My loved ones like it there. Everybody is really friendly and nice. They like the activities, and they like being around other people and not being alone by themselves far away. It's a little pricey, but it's a pretty good place I guess.

They've just been unbelievable there. I completely trust the management and they're making very good decisions, including with the way they navigated COVID and what surprises that brought, and I'm just so impressed with them. And the executive director knows my mom. She's just not a name; she knows her. So that's very impressive. The food has been great too. They've done an incredible job with the dining. They've had to manage getting meals to every single resident three times a day. I don't know how they're doing it but it's amazing. With regard to the activities, during the intense lock downs the activities staff make a point of going to my mom's room and chatting with her and getting her involved in things. They're just doing a great job with the staff they have chosen. I feel like I trust everyone, and I don't worry about how my mom is being treated when I can't see her. It's really pretty astounding. All in all, I definitely recommend it.

I chose La Sanora because it is very close to my daughter and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The apartment sizes here are fine, I am in a studio and it is more than enough space for me. We are getting a new activities director at the end of the month and I think that will improve the activities a lot. I would recommend this facility and already have.

We chose Courtyard at Jamestown because the location of the facility, he grew up in the general area and actually ended up knowing a few people who lived here. The staff members and residents were so overwhelming welcoming and friendly that it made it such an easy decision for him, it was such a smooth transition. He is very happy here and it has been so fitting in every aspect. I would recommend to others looking.

We had a great first impression with The Palms, us four kids living in four different states so the constant communication and follow up right off the bat from The Palms was something that we really appreciated it. You can really tell there is a certain warmth to the staff members, they truly show care and concern for all of their residents. Our loved one was in a medical emergency and they were very accommodating and had a room available immediately. The staff member no matter the issue, or different levels of care are always on the same page with each other. Our loved one has been there since June and our enthusiasm has been undiminished. The staff members continue to keep up communication with us, the head nurse calls our family at least once a week for normal updates, but calls more depending on changes and situational basis. We are very happy with the way the place looks, the price is affordable and we appreciated all the referrals the gave us like the moving company they work closely with. We highly recommend them and have nothing but extremely positive things to say.

My mother was a resident of Thunderbird Senior Living for almost 19 years. When she first moved in, she was in independent living and enjoyed many activities and met many friends. She could have played Bridge everyday but chose one day a week She went on many excursions with Thunderbird transportation, sightseeing and trips to the Casinos. When she passed away she want to thank Thunderbird in the obituary.

Our family had an in person tour and the people we spoke with were fabulous. However, the director who did the follow up with our grandparents were very pushy and all about the sales but in the long run they weren't even able to accept our grandparents. The people were still very nice and informative.
