Mom has lived at Sandia Vista for a month now. I have already seen an improvement in her overall lifestyle. She really loves the staff, food is fantastic, lots of activities and everyone is so helpful. [name removed] is my hero. She’s always there for any question I have or concern. I feel such happiness in my heart knowing my mom is enjoying her new home and is safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a wonderful place for a family member. These people are our new family.

I really liked this community, the rooms were just a little dated. They are currently In the process of remodeling. Also the place was not avail at the time and we needed something a little faster.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and we really did like this facility. It was in a great location, and everyone we met with was nice, gracious and did a good job showing us around. We really did enjoy the tour, but out of the other 4 communities we looked at, this was probably our least favorite.

They are excellent at this community. I was very impressed with the service and friendliness that me and my loved ones received. They took their time to help us and make sure we know everything that we need to know. I was very pleased with everyone I met.

My loved one loves it here and he loves the staff. My loved one thinks that they have great activities however, he does not participate.This is very affordable for my loved one and the fact that he can have his dog is amazing.

My loved one really enjoys it here. The staff are very friendly, and they are quick to respond to concerns or questions. Some of the activities available are crafts, field trips around town, movies, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from.

The Springs of Scottsdale is a great place. I would tell others if your loved one has dementia, this may not be the place to go though.

We like this facility but we wanted the city feel for our loved one. On that level we were not impressed. This was just not what we were looking for.

When we first walked into Lincoln Court it looked very up to date, it does not look old it is very well kept with modern furnishings. The staff were very friendly, they welcomed our dad even some of the residents came up and greeted him. We have been very pleased with everything so far. Our loved one seems to enjoy the meals and dining, the food is served on time and so far no complaints.

I want to thank you for the tour today and information about Pacifica. It is a lovely community, my daughter kept saying all the way home how "beautiful" it was. I am definitely hoping things fall into place, so that I can relocate there in the very near future.

My father is leaving the community in order to move to the mountains of N. Carolina to be closer to family. He has enjoyed the accomodations at Pacifica San Martin. Much more though, he has appreciated the meaningful relationships that he has developed with staff whom has taken such wonderful care of him. Please pass to your team members our most heartfelt gratitude for their good humor, loving care and attention, especially during this most difficult time of Covid-19 era.

The employees and residents are very nice and respectful. Everything is always clean.

They were live savers! We were able to move my dad in on such short notice, and in such uncertain times. Where the skilled nursing facility failed us, Pacifica really stepped up for us.

I am 95 and moved here from L. A area about 6 months ago. I'm having a good time living here, the food is delicious and I'm learning to walk without assistance again! The people are real nice, and I am very happy here! What else could I need?

I am impressed with the overall care the community provides. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The sales person here was wonderful. The campus was huge, I was taken around on a golf-cart. I was not able to see the memory acre portion of the facility due to covid and that was hard for me. I have nothing negative to say about Granite Gate.
