This is the nicest, cleanest, most friendly, reasonably priced places I visited. The staff is amazing. It is beautiful, set in the rocks, it has numerous gas fireplaces to enjoy, lots of areas to sit and visit. The food is fabulous. The social calendar is active, ice cream socials, wine and snacks and music every Friday, bingo, cards, puzzles, and lots of areas to meet friends. Most of the social activities are open to family and friends. My dad is very happy there and thankful for all the staff, social life as well as the food! [name removed] was extremely helpful in taking on some of the work involved in moving him from NM to AZ, a huge help to me. [name removed is the person to work with if interested in living at Granite Gate.

The reason I gave the activities a 4 is my mom hasn't done very many. The facility has plenty to choose from and they sound fun just she hasn't done enough to really give them a 5. Everyone is so nice and they very helpful and good to my mom

We were not very happy. They asked us to move [name removed] out within a month saying she was not capable of handling it but they refused to refund our deposit. Seemed unfair. Everything was great except that they kept the deposit and when we moved her we needed to come up with another deposit. I would actually consider it for a friend or relative.

5 on all. Mom is very happy that she lives here. I have good communication with staff. Very pleasant public areas.

What we like the most about Broadway Proper is the overall cleanness, and friendly people. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

Hunters Pointe has wonderful, caring staff. There are opportunities for activities in house and around town. The meals have a nice variety to choose from, and are served just like being in a restaurant. My brother really enjoys living there.

They have an excellent activity director and activities for the residents. [name removed] the director is excellent in working with me about any concerns. I feel she goes above and beyond to help all she can. Staff is friendly. They did have increase on price recently but I don't think it was as much as some of the other facilities. It is an older building not as fancy but I do feel my Dad has gotten along very well here and they make up for it in other areas.

Mom constantly complained about food and service. She took food in her room and would say, I'll eat whenever it gets here. We picked this community because of the location, easy access from Freeway. We then looked for cleanliness of the facility. The price/cost was considered. We also like that she wouldn't have to move once got to hospice care.

There are some people in the world who go to work, do their jobs and go home. Others take those jobs to whole new level entirely. We, as a family, could not be more thankful that our mother is in the Forum's loving hands. Caring people have taken away all of my guilt that I placed my mom in a memory care center. My family and I thanks and appreciates them for the excellent, compassionate care they provide for my mom. I have such peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. Each and every one of them are a credit to their profession and should be very proud of what they do. I am also grateful for the relationship staff built with our family. We were always welcomed warmly and made to feel we belonged as well. I found that I had to express these thoughts because so often this very difficult work goes unrecognized.

Transportation available 6. Staff is consistently available, attentive, responsive, courteous, and and accommodating to every single resident 7. Well-kept, clean, bug free environment 8. Pet friendly, and effective security in place around the clock 9. Our mom has been so so happy with this living arrangement, she says that she wants to never leave!!

My mom spent the last nine months of her lie at The Galley and she did great! I would highly recommend this facility. I wish I could give them higher than a 5. Staff are very caring, attentive and personable. They really treat everybody there like it's their own mom or dad.

From what I saw and experienced. the staff, facility, was all great. My mom liked everyone, and I did too!

My parents moved into Villa de San Antonio about 2 years ago, and they have loved it. They have made so many good friends, and truly enjoy dining in the restaurant together and attending church services and activities. I have gone with them to attend the weekly happy hour, and must say that everyone there seems to have a wonderful time. I guarantee my parents are "living their best lives", and that's all I could have ever hoped for. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of. I highly recommend Villa de San Antonio!

We love how warm and welcoming villa de san antonio is. All the residents are friendly, like to meet people and invite new comers to join in the fun. we always come and visit my parents during the weekly social hour, and you can see how much fun everyone is having. these people LOVE to PARTY! We have nothing but nice things to say about the staff, the activities and the food. this is a great community, hands down!!

Dining Room and kitchen has serious management issues as well as poor variety of food options. Where I was before all three meals were included as was a life alert button that was water proof. The food should be the top priority as everyone partakes.

We made a good choice and that we are happy with the care and attention the staff gives to our loved one. It is a great fit for our loved one and we don't have any worries knowing they are in good hands. Also it is so nice to be able to go visit just to visit and enjoy being with our family member and not have to focus on having to fix something or take care of something while we are there.

My father has been at the Auberge for a year now. Our family is so happy with the facility and staff. Das loves his apartment the property itself and all the amenities. The food is good. The place is clean well kept and updated. The staff foes a great job off getting Dad involved in activities and making sure there is a wide variety of daily activities. Dad feels safe and loved by all. The best we could ask for.

The staff are super sweet. [name removed] In particular is outstanding. I live in a different state and knowing my father was being taken such good care of took that worry off my mind.

Staff at this facility are second to none. Everyone is interested in making my mother feel at home and the technical staff promptly responds to repair requests. As a new resident and not knowing anyone, the staff made sure another resident sat with her during every meal so she could meet her neighbors and socialize. The facilities are relatively new and meals are served in a formal dining room with surprisingly good food. Overall, we are very happy with her move to the forum and are confident she will be well cared for.

North Star was exceptional in their organization, staff, and care. Category 8 would be rated a 4, only because it's so expensive that few can afford it. For that reason alone, we had to find another place for Mom to live. Staff encouraged residents to make new residents feel welcome, and that really helped in the transition. I would highly recommend North Star to anyone who can afford it.
