The staff is very kind and caring. The facility is in great shape. Them prices are reasonable. Yes, I would recommend The Gardens of Scottsdale to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff and other residents have been very helpful, there are always activities going on, and I like how my mom can just sign up to go somewhere. She was apprehensive at first about selling her car, but now she realizes that she doesn't really need it. And the food is better than expected!

I have been living at Broadway for 3 years and do not think there is a better place for senior living in Tucson. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I am especially impressed with the dining room manager. The dining staff is very efficient because of the leadership in the dining room. She is very upbeat and hands-on, can do all the jobs in the dining room, and does them without hesitation. There is no doubt she is the best at what she does. I think she is an asset to Broadway Proper

We got excellent care and service every time we had a question or a concern. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and my parents love it there. I couldn’t ask for anything more!! My parents are currently in Independent Living but will be transitioning to Assisted Living soon.

FC staff treat everyone as an individual, calling us by name, remembering likes and dislikes, helping as appropriate and respecting our abilities. They are kind and playful when appropriate, compassionate when that is appropriate and helpful to one another. Other residents generally follow suit and engage with one another when welcomed and giving space when that is desired. Friendly and encouraging is the general atmosphere, and after two months I feel as though I belong here.

They did a nice job from the time my Mom moved in until she passed. The admn staff was very focused and did a great job listening to our needs / as my Mom's health diminished, their staff was very attentive and flexible as new challenges arrived.

We have been very pleased with the facility and especially the staff. Nurse [names removed] and all the other Med tec’s and aids are kind, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond. [name removed] , at the front desk always greets everyone with a smile. The meal staff has been very helpful and accommodates differences.

I found the staff at Lakewood Reserve very friendly and most helpful. The other residents were also very friendly. My sister is very well cared for and we are very happy with the facility.

[name removed]was wonderful at helping us tour apartments, compare prices, and help us make a decision with our mom. She was patient and understanding throughout the process and always available on a moment's notice to answer questions. She even sent video tours of the apartment as it was being prepared when we weren't able to get over to La Sonora. All of the residents we've met are so friendly too. Such a great group of people to be around - even a few cute dogs that brighten everyone's days. The amenities are plentiful as well. Lots of onsite activities, outings, resident-led functions, and beautiful common areas to read or do puzzles or just hang out. I've seen lots of residents enjoying playing cards.

The staff is extremely cheerful and caring to all of the residents and families that come to visit. My father has recently been put on hospice and the staff is so kind to all of us as we visit with dad two and three times a day. Always wanting to get us something or whatever to make us more comfortable. I am really happy that we have Dad at Thunderbird senior living.

The moment you walk in, you feel relaxed. The atrium is a tropical paradise that is not expected in Salt Lake. The amazing residents and kind staff make this place feel like home. The Family Advisor, [name removed], is so knowledgeable and is able to answer any and all questions!

The facility is lovely and the staff have been great to work with and yes, we would recommend Granite Gate Senior Living to other families.

I have no complaints, only compliments. My husband passed away 2weeks ago and every one here was here to assist in any way. 100 percent. I intend to stay here forever. I would absolutely recommend The Auberge at Missoula Valley to anyone.

[name removed] at Farrington Court has been a godsend. My parents have been needing assistance for quite some time. My mom is still independent but has been exhausting herself caring for my dad. He needs assistance with all activities of daily living. When they at last agreed to look at assisted living places I was prepared to take them to every one I could find. Farrington court is the third place we toured. When we sat down with [name removed] to discuss what they were thinking he was truly interested in their opinions. He expressed how my mom would be allowed to become a spouse again and not a full time caretaker. He acknowledged her anxiety and answered every question. His communications have been above par. I am so grateful to have [name removed] as a partner in getting them settled in to a new place. My heart is full in knowing their quality of life will be greatly enhanced. I am thankful that [name removed] and the wonderful staff at Farrington Court will be there to support us all.

So far the experience has been good the staff has been great. The place is well maintained and the food service has been excellent. the facility staff has been cooperative and helpful at move in time, as well as helpful with the WiFi and telephone.

My 97 year old mother-in-law became very ill around Thanksgiving. She was hospitalized and then went to rehab. She needed more care than her 95 year old husband could give at home. We had to urgently find a place. Luckily, we had already been visiting many places in the area and this was our preference. Fortunately they had a room available and worked with us to make the move easy. They have been there for 2 months now and we are very pleased with the care and communication. It was an adjustment for them but now they have friends, love the food and have settled in. It has taken a great load off of my husband and I.

Our experience is that it's a very clean and well managed facility. The staff are very friendly, respectful, responsive and supportive. Residents can choose to engage in many social activities and interactions or be private. The services offered are many and varied. I'd highly recommend this facility as great value for money.

It is really good, I hope I end up somewhere like that. [name removed] did a great job - he was the nicest on the phone, i had a very quick turnaround and he was honest and straightforward while others seemed pushy. The room sizes and amenities offered are good.

I would rate them all at 5. Extremely satisfied. Also, the person at A Place For Mom was great. Really helpful and good tips on getting my mom setup. I would definitely recommend The Gardens of Scottsdale to other families

Everything has been fine. I would recommend them. Helpful, friendly staff overall. Smooth transition generally.
