My mom has lived at Auberge for a couple of years. I have no doubt that, she is getting the best care including safety, genuine caring care staff full offering of activities and an administrative staff that keeps a high standard of living at Auberge.

I would definitely recommend it although I can see it may not be for everybody. I only have [community name removed] and the four or five places I interviewed and toured to compare. The Gallery is brand new and therefore very clean. Smaller so the staff is attentive. Way more people were out in the main room than in other places, where everybody seem to be locked in their rooms . Different type of building in that it feels more like a Hilton hotel then an old school retirement home such as [community name removed]. So far very happy. Finally, it is less expensive despite the above facts that I see as benefits.

I would whole heartily recommend Pueblo Norte's Memory care to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for a love one and resident. The staff's dedication and comment has made a significant difference in the lives of our entire family knowing that our parent is well taken care of.

Copper Creek is a beautiful facility. My grandson thinks his aunt lives in a fancy hotel! My sister has been at Copper Creek for about four months. Moving to a new home with nothing familiar was very difficult for my sister but after a time of adjustment, she has became friends with the director, residents, caregivers and staff. They have been helpful, patient, and kind. Meal time is always a welcome occasion. Soup and desserts are always served at lunch and dinner with their meals. Everyday the residents are engaged in many activities from flower arranging, bingo, exercising, ice cream parties, bus rides and more. Having a nail and hair salon has been very helpful. The administration, directors and caregivers are always supportive and accommodating creating Copper Creek with a loving and caring atmosphere. I highly recommend Copper Creek for your loved one,

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The community is very active, you'll see residents socializing all throughout the common areas. It's a very nice place and I'm happy to have my father living there. The apartments are pretty small, but comfortable.

They are the best. No long waits.

I have nothing bad to say they were all great to work with, took time with me trying to meet my aunts needs. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about independent living or assisted living. I think one of the things that my aunt was surprised that was done as a resident was coming in and cleaning, laundry was done, and she loved the meals. She always felt safe there. Which was important to me.

I’ve lived here for quite some time and I have never been happier. I love the restaurant trips and am glad the scenic drives are making a come back. The staff is very warm and welcoming, I always feel seen and heard. The chef makes a good cheeseburger.

I am 82 yrs. and I am so please to be living in this wonderful home and I do mean HOME! It's a great place to feel loved!! Well taken care of and I feel the Lord has brought me here! Since I was a nurse aid in the past, I'm so happy to assist people who can't get around the live here. Arden I'm joyful to help people get around! Thank you Lord that I'm here for a long time!

I had to move here 4 years ago, and it was the best decision I made. The staff is so caring and supportive. The kitchen needs an overhaul, service is spotty sometimes. Food offered on the menu is often not available, and that’s frustrating. The Menu has changed, and less foods are offered. I like it here, overall. And I am looking forward to living here another 3 years.

I spent 8+ hrs. with her daily, so there were things I did that was usually done by them. i think that was more than usual, and I felt my presence was - hard to say- intrusive? by a couple of staff, but I think-they did not know how she had fared in rehab - breaking her elbow, etc., that I was a little overprotective of her. overall, it is an excellent place and very close to home.

Everyone is friendly, helpfull, caring. Meals are well planned, tasty, and friendly caring food attendees. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Daily activities.,outings, etc.. laundry rooms or caring laundry service, feeling of being safe..Pet friendly,

She's having a hard time adjusting but that is no fault of The Oaks. They clean her room weekly, change her sheets weekly, assist her with showers twice a week, etc. She has not adjusted to the dining room food.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Move in went smoothly and my sister’s stay so far has been great. She said it feels more homey and we noticed that a couple of other new residents are also from Brookdale Chandler, the facility that she moved from.

Last summer I had a medical emergency, staff responded quickly and got me the help I needed. Staff has been wonderful. Everyone has been kind and responsible.

I thought the community was so great at Sandia Vista Senior Living. I loved it more than my mom. She's unfortunately in a nursing home now. I love this place.

My 97-year old aunt has lived in the Assisted Living at Villa de SA for about 18 months. She absolutely loves it!! The staff take such great care of her, tending to her needs daily. The kitchen staff go the extra mile working with us every week on her menu to ensure her meals are appropriately prepared. She loves all of the activities and gets so excited when she wins at bingo. She also loves the on-site chapel, and attends mass weekly. From the receptionist, to the drivers and the caregivers, everyone is so friendly! I would highly recommend Villa de SA!

Pueblo Norte is blessed to have [name removed], Sales Director, leading its commercial team. He cares for each resident there well beyond the point of the sale. This is best evidenced by his willingness to answer a phone call late one Friday night to check on my mother to ensure her safety. Although this was clearly outside of his standard working hours, [name removed] gladly personally checked out the situation and found my mother to be fine. What a relief! Thank you to [name removed] for always going above and beyond to service the residents of Pueblo Norte. He is such a valuable asset who uniquely cares about each of the residents there.

5 stars all the away! I just think everything is perfect there for my dad. He is leading a much better quality of life. We chose this facility initially due to the price and the included meals. I am recommending Thunderbird to everyone. If it wasn't for the weather, I would move there too

[name removed] Sales and Marketing and [name removed], Executive Director have been fabulous to work with!! They introduced me to [name removed], the head of the Jewish Programming, who was fabulous! [name removed] took us on an amazing tour of the facility and showed us these incredible apartments that are available! [name removed] was awesome to work witht as well! The staff in the Dining Room were Fabulous!!! The food was Yummy Delicious!! All to die for! Everything was Clean, the Silverware Matched, and the New Dining Room is Exquisite! The Grounds are beautiful and with each Parking spot, you get a Storage Unit! It's ALL AMAZING!! Large Swimming Pool, & Therapy Horses too! Pueblo Norte IS the PLACE FOR SENIORS!!
