The staff at The Oaks has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR in caring for my mother since we moved her to assisted living! [name removed] & [name removed] spent many hours with her making sure they hung all of her family pictures and very heavy personal metal art to her particular liking….always with a smile on their face and kind demeanor despite her giving them a hard time. Kevin is always available to make certain my mother feels seen and heard and important. The chef prepares very tasty food everyday and my family enjoys many meals in the dining room with gramma. Thank you to all the smiling kind servers, front desk folks and all other staff that I have not mentioned by name here…. YOU are all EXTREMELY APPRECIATED by my entire family.

The Gardens of Scottsdale has proven to be a great choice to place our loved one. The memory care unit has an excellent staff to care the needs and even has gone beyond our expectations. Not fully knowing what to expect was a bit nerve racking at the beginning. The staff are all fully capable of making our loved one feel safe and cared for. The facility is well maintained and clean. I am very satisfied with our choice.

After touring four Assisted Living Centers, we chose Southgate because the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make each person feel valued and cared for. There is always lots of activities to do and outings to go on. Housekeeping does a great job and laundry is done weekly. The dining room looks like a nice restaurant and often have live entertainment with music. The meals could be healthier. Overall, my father and I were happy with our experience at Southgate.

The staff was like my extended family. The best communication. They loved and took such great care of my mom. She love them, too. Housekeeping was great ... maybe too good .. lost two dentures. Move in was great even though my mom was at first fighting it, but they were so patient with her and helped me from having a panic attack. Food is hard to judge for a dementia patient. Mom was hard to please, but they tried all kinds of options. I can't speak enough good about this place. I am still friends with some of the staff and visit when I am in Idaho Falls! I highly recommend this facility!

I have toured many places and finally decided to pick this place. The staff smiles and greets my mom and me by name. It feels like coming home not moving in to a big place. Leadership has all come to introduce themselves and each one has taken the time to really get to know mom so we feel like we a part of a big family. Every Friday there’s been some music groups for her to listen to. The other people who live there are just the sweetest people and some have even tried to come ask her to join them for lunch. I was hesitant to move her out of her home but she didnt move from her home she just moved to a new home with a bigger family. Thank you so much for being such angels you truly are heaven sent.

Beautifully designed and interior decorated. Modern and clean. This place looks like a 5 star hotel with outstanding amenities. Opportunities for activities are ongoing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a joy to visit my Mom.

The Groves is clean, the staff is friendly, they have food choices, lots of activities, staff is willing to listen and do what's best for the resident. Value is probably good. All facilities seem high priced. There's been a learning curve, which is expected. There is one way of managing all residents, no matter their level of memory care. I'm guessing this is standard? The staff is willing to listen and adapt as much as they can.

I would say the place has worked for my mother. They we very helpful with getting mom settled in. They make sure to see her during meal time. They are very helpful with giving mom her medicine. Lastly, they will call if they see that her behavior has changed.

I'm very pleased with the care given here in some of the most difficult of circumstances. I would recommend this facility to my friends.

Since I live in Kansas I've only experienced this through my cousin except for annual trips to visit her. She certified seems happy with the place and hasn't complained to me about anything except for one or two tenants who can be difficult at times, she just stays away from them,

I have lived at Samdia Vista for14 months. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The public areas are always clean and well cared for. Housekeeping keeps our roomvery clean and checks on our well being periodically. There are many activities offered to all residents: art, crafts, exercise, gardening, meditation, trivia, bingo, and wine down Wednesday’s to name a few. They have both a car and a bus for doctors appointments and shopping. There are many food choices . Sandia Vista is THE place to be for ABQ SENIORS.

I have lived here for over a year and it is the best place to lived. I have tried 3 other places and this one is tops. The food is FANTASTIC; we get fresh vegetables every day, even fresh peas (last time I had that I was in England). It is good, fresh and delicious. Best Independent Living by US News and World Report. That is national, think about it. That was 2023.

They are planning on a big remodel, which to me is not necessary as things look just fine to me. They are going to put in new furniture throughout and new wall hangings throughout and new carpet. The new carpet is the only thing that I think needs to be replaced, in my opinion. And of course, they've raised the rent this year. I do enjoy living here.

I am impressed with how every one knows my name. I would recommend to others.

The one thing that I can tell you is that my initials experience was incredible. [name removed] (the executive Director) handled the task of getting [name removed] (my wife) set up to be moved to the facility. My wife was coming out of the hospital due to a broken hip (but her dementia was late stage) and as it was, I was in the hospital also at the time she was to be transferred to Clayton Oaks. [name removed] went over above. She made at least two trips to visit with me prior to my discharge. Additionally she offered to go to our apartment GREATWOOD at Sugar Land) and collect some things that she would need, and she had done this two times. Additionally the fact that she was so pleasant, we were able to really connect. I have had no issues since our first encounter with Clayton Oaks, so I guess my overall rating would be a five!

This place is really wonderful. The staff is friendly, personable and helpful in every way!It fit us in every way. Very traditional decor (not overdone and not Ikea modern). The rooms are spacious and very well maintained.

This fabulous place The Gallery of Broomfield! This place is over a 10 star it’s the best decision we have ever made. We moved in 90 days ago, and if I had to do all over, I would do the very, very same thing. The staff here is unbelievable they become family. They are so caring, so kind so compassionate they can’t do enough for you,I don’t even have the words to tell you how wonderful each and everyone is. The dining room staff, the office staff, the housekeeping staff, the caregiver staff each and every one of them are way above any expectation you could ever have. We love living here this is going to be our forever home I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place ,all the residents here LOVE it. It’s like one big family and one big party. There’s music all the time , quiet time if you want it. There is fun games for everyone , puzzles , books , movies- it’s just absolutely amazing!! You need to come and experience on your own, schedule a tour and come visit us!

Beautiful new community in Broomfield! The Gallery has taken care of my loved one and the community spaces and apartments are gorgeous and clean. The community just opened and already seems to be operating well!

This is such an outstanding facility in every possible way. The staff took remarkable care of my mother in Memory Care. I got to know them so well, they became my extended family. I'm am sincerely going to miss [name removed] and her remarkable staff. Thank you!
