She's having a hard time adjusting but that is no fault of The Oaks. They clean her room weekly, change her sheets weekly, assist her with showers twice a week, etc. She has not adjusted to the dining room food.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Move in went smoothly and my sister’s stay so far has been great. She said it feels more homey and we noticed that a couple of other new residents are also from Brookdale Chandler, the facility that she moved from.

Last summer I had a medical emergency, staff responded quickly and got me the help I needed. Staff has been wonderful. Everyone has been kind and responsible.

I thought the community was so great at Sandia Vista Senior Living. I loved it more than my mom. She's unfortunately in a nursing home now. I love this place.

Pueblo Norte is blessed to have [name removed], Sales Director, leading its commercial team. He cares for each resident there well beyond the point of the sale. This is best evidenced by his willingness to answer a phone call late one Friday night to check on my mother to ensure her safety. Although this was clearly outside of his standard working hours, [name removed] gladly personally checked out the situation and found my mother to be fine. What a relief! Thank you to [name removed] for always going above and beyond to service the residents of Pueblo Norte. He is such a valuable asset who uniquely cares about each of the residents there.

5 stars all the away! I just think everything is perfect there for my dad. He is leading a much better quality of life. We chose this facility initially due to the price and the included meals. I am recommending Thunderbird to everyone. If it wasn't for the weather, I would move there too

[name removed] Sales and Marketing and [name removed], Executive Director have been fabulous to work with!! They introduced me to [name removed], the head of the Jewish Programming, who was fabulous! [name removed] took us on an amazing tour of the facility and showed us these incredible apartments that are available! [name removed] was awesome to work witht as well! The staff in the Dining Room were Fabulous!!! The food was Yummy Delicious!! All to die for! Everything was Clean, the Silverware Matched, and the New Dining Room is Exquisite! The Grounds are beautiful and with each Parking spot, you get a Storage Unit! It's ALL AMAZING!! Large Swimming Pool, & Therapy Horses too! Pueblo Norte IS the PLACE FOR SENIORS!!

Mom was at Copper Creek a little over a year. She made lots of friends. The staff really go out of their way to make sure the residents are well taken care of. Activities were huge with us they offer a variety of different things for the residents to do. Mom passed away this morning and I couldn't have asked for better care than what they gave her. It is a very special community of people and I am going to miss going there.

We chose Sandia Vista because they had a room available that met our parameters. the people living there said the food was good. the opportunities for outside of the facility activities seemed good. They have assisted living available as a separate contract with an on site company. I was not impressed with that service.

The initial encounter was very professional; all paperwork was ready timely. The property is well maintained. My dog and I love the walking path. The services offered are reliable and do exceptional work. The food is great! There are many activities to choose from including several card games. One of my neighbors will be “reminding” me how to play them. I have yet to attend the water aerobics but plan to in the very near future. Security walks the property every evening. I feel safe here.

We love the Groves! We have my mom in the memory care unit. The facility is always clean and the atmosphere is light and airy. The staff is very competent and always friendly in their interactions with the residents and guests alike. Mom is always clean and she enjoys the many activities they have and we feel she is getting the stimulation and interaction with others that she needs. I would gladly recommend the Groves to anyone for memory care for a family member.

I'd say there is a lot of constant change. I'd recommend the facility.

Lakewood Reserve has a homey feel to it, with good management now that the executive director was replaced. Executive Director, [name removed] is empathetic and responsive when issues arise. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It's very inviting and homey. The staff takes care of us! Lots of activities for different interests.

This is a warming welcoming community. You can find many friends at the varied activities. We have world travelers, interesting occupation background and need people to talk to.

I feel safe and my needs are always listened to and met.

My experience is that this is where I need to be. The best part is eating my meals with my friends and enjoying the food.

The care and facility are excellent and the price is competitive.

I can say that I loved Sandia Vista and my mom did as well. (I made as many friends there as she did.) It's a beautiful, bright space with lots of spaces for residents to meet, both inside and outside. Also, it is a safe place. My mom never felt uneasy. I also appreciated the restaurant dining, so that my mom could order what she needed. My mom was there for a year, until she got a brain injury that ended with her requiring more care than Sandia Vista, as an independent living place could provide. I also frequently recommended Sandia Vista when families or possible new residents walked through. It was also a space that I enjoyed being in, which made me feel good that my mom was there and likely had an effect on my visiting frequently during the week.

The value for cost a little higher than expected. However, my sister has very good care and is happy I would say the facility has rules and regulations that are enforced. I understand the need for the strict enforcement where human beings are your responsibility and rely solely on the care that is provided. Each patient is treated and cared for with kindness, dignity, respect and according to their individual needs. In my opinion, the patients look cared for and comfortable.
