It is always such a difficult decision and one always wants to make sure you’re doing the right thing for your parent. Farrington Court Management has been in every aspect of the way very supportive and has helped make this transition very comfortable for Mom and us. We look forward to all our future visits!

It is an older building but it is kept clean. Every staff member knows your name. It has a very homey feeling.

My brother and I toured this facility. The shier number of activities was fun nominal. During our tour we sampled the baked goods. Complements to the Chef. Later, the family with Mom toured the Farrington Court which was having a 50's themed lunch party. Cheese Burgers, Fries or Onion rings, served in a red plastic basket along with a malted milk shake. They even had a DJ playing great oldies music. [name removed] was very engaged with staff and patrons alike. [name removed] and his staff are very dedicated to the tenants. He answered all or question and addressed our Moms concerns. Mom can't wait for Casino Night.

We chose Farrington court because of the neighborhood feel and the opportunity to get a freshly refurbished unit. The staff has been outstanding. Communication is very responsive. The team and [name removed] really go above and beyond, exceeding expectations.

I give Thunderbird a 5 in all categories. It is a great place to live. The staff is a big plus [names removed] do so much for the residents and care about us. [name removed] is a great leader, it's just a great place to live.

The units are very nicely remodeled. They just replaced the flooring in the dining room and are in the process of doing the lobby. The facility is maintained well. The staff is friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. There are MANY activities. The food is good and the value for money is quite good as compared to other facilities we explored. The location is very good near to a hospital, many medical providers, and shopping.

Honestly, we would give it 5's all the way. We didn't have any issues with any of his care. The only reason we moved him was because he was out of funds, and they do not accept Medicaid. He loved it there, and we never worried about him. I would tell families to ask lots of questions about any extra fees for sundries, food delivered to the rooms, nighttime care, and any others.

5 for all categories. Willa de San Antonio is the BEST thing that has ever happened for my mom. The activities are excellent! There are multiple things to do each day with something for everyone. There are multiple food is excellent with many options. The staff are kind, considerate, and compassionate. Excellent community!

Overall excellent. Cleanliness is amazing! All the time friendly! Care quality seems great. Staff have been helpful whenever I have called. Food seems fine, it is for older folk. Activities - my sister is unable to participate but others seem involved, 8. I am very satisfied with the value.

I would give them a five and all of the list of categories. My family has been very happy with the care of our mother has received at Gardens Of Scottsdale. I have no concerns or complaints. My family are happy with the care our mother is receiving at The Gardens Of Scottsdale. The staff and management are very kind. The facility is just the right size, not too big and not too small

My mother chose not to participate in any activities in her short time there. [name removed] that does the tour and handles everything was beyond amazing with absolutely everything concerning my mother and her care. Dining room staff always considerate and caring. Chef was excellent. We enjoyed many meals with her there. The front desk man ( I cannot recall his name sadly) was always happy to listen to my mothers stories even if he had already heard them before. I only wish that she was still alive and able to continue her time with us at the Oaks. The facilities staff spent hours with her and hung all of her beloved metal art pieces exactly where she picked for them to be hung.

We are very happy there and glad we made the decision to go before we needed care and before our sons told us it was time to do something different. The staff is extraordinary, the department heads are very particular when hiring. They only choose people who truly have a heart for us elderly folks. We are actually on vacation in Maui, but our new executive director is starting today, [date removed]. They took 3 months & many interviews to find a good fit for us. Almost all the employees know every resident and many times, their family members by name. [name removed], the chef is friendly, approachable & open to suggestions. The food is very good with service available daily from 7 am to 6 pm. There are extensive choices for each meal as well as specials not on the menu. The servers know everyone by name as well as their usual drink orders for each meal. They are patient and kind when residents are trying to figure out what to order. If your meal wasn't what you needed or wanted, they will get you something else. The housekeepers are patient & kind and are willing to do whatever you need done each week, but would help out whenever there is a need. [name removed] is the business office manager and is an extraordinarily kind and thoughtful person. She's always willing to listen and take suggestions from residents. The family advisors have experience in this field, understand what an emotional & difficult decision this can be for families, especially when their loved one needs immediate care. We are hoping the landscaping will soon be completed with many more trees, shrubs and flowers this growing season. Covered parking is planned for this year for those of us who still have our cars. It’s a community of caring folks, residents and staff that feels like family. We are blessed to be a part of it. PS: last but certainly not least are the gals that work the concierge desk - [names removed] coordinate everything to make it all work. They greet everyone by name and are always helpful, kind and patient, while doing their many jobs!

The facility is well run with a friendly and helpful staff. The place is incredibly clean and the response time for my mother is acceptable. I think what makes this place outstanding is the amount of activities and the activity director. She is all about ensuring that the community members have a voice.

Some of the good things: Cleanliness, the care takers in memory care, how friendly people are, [name removed] the RN, [name removed], the family intake guy was amazing and so friendly every-time I see him! A lot of times once family members are in a new facility, all of the friendliness dries up. Lastly, their help with choosing a hospice team/company was very good! I can't really think of anything that I dislike at this point, my mom has only been in there since [date removed]

The friendliness of the caregivers and the quality of the facilities in general are excellent. They could improve on the number of nursing staff and their accessibility as well as that of administrative staff. They always seem understaffed and overworked.

We are so thankful for the care our mom received at Overlake Terrace. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is top notch and very attentive. We would recommend OT to anyone looking for short term or long term care for your loved one!!

My sister was in the Alzheimer's unit. When I would come in, staff would come out of their office to speak with me, update me on my sister's activities. They were very kind, caring and attentive. The building was always very clean, no antiseptic smell, and everyone was friendly, offering help if we needed it.

My MIL has acclimated fairly well. It has been a nice place for her. Most everyone we've been in contact with has been great. My MiL loves the housekeeping lady. [name removed] in sales has been wonderful

I was there visiting my mom this week. What a wonderful group of people in that staff, led by [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the rest of the fabulous staff. They engage all the residents with activities and care. The facility is beautiful and intimate. Loved all of the thought put into the daily activities. Thankfully my mom smiles all the time and has really become part of this lovely community and staff. Thank you for all you do At Pueblo Norte Memory care !!!!

The Gardens of Scottsdale has a nice facility and the staff are very easy to work with.
