Upon entry, you are immediately welcomed by their kind receptionist. The environment is warm and homey. The community is beautiful and well taken care of. Smells good and looks good. Staff are all smiles and professional. Wonderful experience I had while visiting.

I would give each of them a 5. We have been very pleased and she is well taken care of. What we like the most about Lincoln Court is the good food choices, they check on her often, and have happy employees.

Very accomodating staff. Personable & tender-hearted staff, very efficient and attentive; low turnover. Kept the monthly fees low.

Moving a family member to memory care is an unpredictable experience. The Oaks standards and disciplines make the transitions as stable as possible. After all, you are trusting your loved ones care into a new community. We’re in good hands and I believe they adapt to everyone in the same heart.

I give 5 stars to Farrington Court. This was the last facility I toured out of seven. Here is what sold me. First the apartments start at one bedroom and not studio, and they are larger than the other one bedrooms I saw. Second what stood out the most was that everyone was genuinely engaging including the RESIDENTS. My parents had been going to AZ for the winter in their RV and so they missed having a community which they lost 6 years ago when they had to stop driving. My mom is looking forward to bible study and my dad to playing his guitar live. They both are enjoying the food. Lastly, the staff, was helpful, attentive, and took care to make our experience a pleasantly smooth transition for my parents as this has been emotionally hard for both leading upto the actual move. At the end of moving day everyone was happy. THEY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE HOME!!!! We hit the bullseye. They both told me that I did a good job!!! Well done to everyone that helped along the way. Thank you.

Solid 5 all around. Excellent facility and crew. We eat with Dad a few times a month. Pretty good. The serving staff is very patient with all the people who dine and live there. We absolutely recommend this community to other families. 5 star.

To a person, the staff at the Villa de San Antonio is attention, respectful, and caring. They know the residents personally and seem to communicate well with one another as well as with the residents. The "feel" among the residents is an extremely positive one of care and respect for one another. Everyone there exudes contentment and sense of thriving. The food is AMAZING. The social and activities calendar is plentiful and varied. As family of a resident, we value and appreciate clear and timely communication from the staff.

Everyone is very friendly, the price for everything as well as the spacious rooms are less expensive than even the other facilities that we looked at.

The staff are consistently positive advocates for my 92 year old dad. They are interested in him participating and maintaining healthy routines. The atmosphere at Lakewood is one of positive relationships-everyone I have interacted with is willing to go above and beyond on behalf of my dad. The administrative staff responds to my emails and questions promptly. This residence has given me peace of mind on behalf of my dad's care as I live out of state and cannot be as involved as I would like. I also appreciate the medical care my dad has access to at the residence from an outside provider.

The residents, food, and atmosphere are amazing! Between the beautiful palm trees and beautiful finishes, the building is bright and creates a great place to live. The food is delicious and the kitchen puts together a great menu each week. The activities are so fun and residents love attending!

[name removed]and [name removed] have both been extremely helpful and reassuring as we moved my sister into assisted living. They bot have gone the extra mile to help us make this transition. My sister had lived in the same place for 40 years, so this was stressful for her, and consequently for us, but the staff has been most accommodating. Thank you for your caring concern.

Although my mother passed prior to concluding her move-in. I’d like to highlight Farrington Courts executive Director [name removed], as well as their family advisor [name removed]. Both of these individuals went above and beyond, ensuring that an out of state assessment could be completed, helping me set up local primary care, physicians, and creating the most amazing apartment. My mother loved our one visit, having lunch with future friends, and seeing her smile I knew we were on the right track. She would have absolutely adored it here. I regret that we waited so long. I know that MOM would’ve had amazing friendships and enjoyed some wonderful activities at Farrington Court.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with [name removed] to get my paper signed to start my new residency. [name removed] made me very comfortable with the process and clearly explained everything ax we worked through the process. He then took me around to meet some of my new neighbors. While I’m a bit nervous about the move [name removed] did an excellent job to make me feel welcomed and at ease with this next chapter.

I’m a new resident of 3 weeks here. I first toured Farrington Court 2 years ago, when I checked out places in Kent for a possible future move. Immediately coming into the building, I was struck by a “homey” feeling. There was a group of residents playing a lively card game right there in the living room space at 9:30 am! I learned about the longevity of many of the staff and especially the all-important chef - a sign of a well-managed place with happy residents. That, plus their “claim to fame” of over 300 activities a month, was a big draw for me. Eventually, I looked at 9 places in three cities, and when it came time to choose, this was my favorite place of them all. I decided to look again this winter and contacted them for a refresher tour. [name removed], the Family Advisor, was very helpful in putting together the info I needed, answering my email questions from California and showing me a bright sunny apartment when I came up for Christmas. I was set when he said he could accommodate

It is always such a difficult decision and one always wants to make sure you’re doing the right thing for your parent. Farrington Court Management has been in every aspect of the way very supportive and has helped make this transition very comfortable for Mom and us. We look forward to all our future visits!

It is an older building but it is kept clean. Every staff member knows your name. It has a very homey feeling.

My brother and I toured this facility. The shier number of activities was fun nominal. During our tour we sampled the baked goods. Complements to the Chef. Later, the family with Mom toured the Farrington Court which was having a 50's themed lunch party. Cheese Burgers, Fries or Onion rings, served in a red plastic basket along with a malted milk shake. They even had a DJ playing great oldies music. [name removed] was very engaged with staff and patrons alike. [name removed] and his staff are very dedicated to the tenants. He answered all or question and addressed our Moms concerns. Mom can't wait for Casino Night.

We chose Farrington court because of the neighborhood feel and the opportunity to get a freshly refurbished unit. The staff has been outstanding. Communication is very responsive. The team and [name removed] really go above and beyond, exceeding expectations.

I give Thunderbird a 5 in all categories. It is a great place to live. The staff is a big plus [names removed] do so much for the residents and care about us. [name removed] is a great leader, it's just a great place to live.

The units are very nicely remodeled. They just replaced the flooring in the dining room and are in the process of doing the lobby. The facility is maintained well. The staff is friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. There are MANY activities. The food is good and the value for money is quite good as compared to other facilities we explored. The location is very good near to a hospital, many medical providers, and shopping.
