The title truly captures my experience. I met [name removed], the family advisor at Farrington Court, and together we developed a plan for my move. I was quite frightened about making this change, but I was reassured that I was doing the right thing. The isolation and the lack of real friendships were taking a toll on me. [name removed] supported me throughout the process, and when I arrived on my first day, I was warmly welcomed by a group of ladies. We celebrated the birthdays of the month, and later, I was introduced during their happy hour. This has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I truly feel at home!

My experience with [name removed] and Farrington court has been nothing short of amazing. Moving my parents into a living assistance community was nerve wracking but [name removed]made the experience pretty easy. I’m not saying Farrington court is for all families but it’s definitely a great fit for mine. You owe your family to at least take a look into this community c

My elderly, but lively, mother-in-law had transitioned from living alone in her home of forty years to a small <10 person assisted living home which did not have private bathrooms nor planned activities six months ago. After her best friend died, she needed a change. A Place for Mom took us through all the available options that met our extensive criteria. The Springs at Scottsdale has been life changing. The staff is kind and attentive. The residents are friendly to newcomers. There are a variety of activities, and the food is good. There is medication supervision, shower assistance, and housekeeping available. Medical provider appointments and physical therapy are available onsite. The cost of their assisted living apartments and services are in line with similar facilities we visited. Best of all is that she is happy, making new friends, and participating in new activities! I highly recommend The Springs at Scottsdale Assisted Living.

Truly, I'd rate all 8 of these a 5. We're so pleased with [name removed] care. It's been such an improvement in her day to day life. She has a busy structured schedule there. They have several games and activities every day and we get updates on how often she participates. The staff is caring and never seem bothered by the residents. On the few times she has had a fall, they are always quick to call, even if it is in the middle of the night and give my wife the details. That openness is greatly appreciated. Also [name removed] is always clean as is the facility as a whole. We really couldn't be happier.

Each client had their own bathroom and there are only 23 people in the dementia care. I would tell others just to make sure and always ask questions!

Farrington Court has been a great option for the transition into an assisted living facility. [name removed] was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process of selecting an apartment and making the transition from an owned home into this facility. He has made the process easy and less stressful.

Farrington Court is a wonderful place for Seniors who want good food and good conversation. There is so many food options and Serving Staff is always very helpful. They seem to have a healthy amount of Care staff available. They are very friendly and caring.

Farrington Court is warm and very welcoming. [name removed] makes moving as smooth and easy as it can be. People are very friendly and get to know names quickly. There are activities daily to join in. The food is outstanding and the restaurant is open twelve hours a day. Family can pop in for a meal anytime. The grounds are well maintained and encourage sitting out on a sunny day. Pets are welcome and have a fenced yard for o wander in. All in all Farrington is a special place to call home.

As a new resident, I find the residents and staff friendly and kind. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable. The food is good and the wait staff eager to see that you get what you want to eat.

We had appointments with several places for viewing, meals and information. All places were ready and helpful. The Palms has the largest rooms, spacious halls. Helpful staff. Sometimes food service has been slow but most meal are tasty and varied. While not needed yet. The availability of extra help from the care team is appreciated.

I had to do a lot of adjusting to my Mom's care level and they couldn't have been any more accommodating ! Staff are great from top to bottom. Everything is new and clean. There are plenty of activities to participate in daily if one would like. I would highly recommend The Gallery to any family!

The staff is very genuine and kind. Friendlier than any other place I have seen. It has an intimate feeling, yet elegant and sophisticated at the same time, with the modern décor and open feeling.

It's really nice and clean and offers a lot of activities. They are very open to suggestions from the residents. Mom loves the interaction with all of the residents. When she lived in her home she had little interaction with people and activities. She is so much happier at Thunderbird. She just loves it there. The dining room is very nice (they have waitstaff that take orders). If they don't want to eat in the dining room, they can always take their dinners out or have room service ( at an additional charge). They also take their dinners residents to local places to do their shopping. I know they will take people to appointments also but we have not utilized that service yet.

I have been here at the Palms for 16 years and 7 months. Needless to say I like it here and this is my home. I have seen a lot of changes. Some good, some bad. I feel my happiness departs on me and what I make of every situation. I choose happiness and so I have been very happy. The staff have always been excellent(other residents iffy)

The Palms was the finish referral I received from a Place For Mom. It has exceeded my expectations in 99% of the amenities. Yes, it is clean, odor free, happy, and well located. Management is responsive to an impressive degree. The Palms is a resort in addition to its high levels of personal service!

Villa de San Antonio has a very friendly and positive culture, both residents and staff. They also do a great job with the food - the quality and variety are very good. I regularly eat with my dad when I visit, and I enjoy the food. Overall, the place is run very well. There have been a few issues, such as their internet service being down for over 2 months, and some room cleanings being skipped, but those have been addressed and overall it has been a great experience.

They are ready & willing to work with you in anyway they can. Perhaps you like living on the first floor or like facing the pond, etc. also, you may not like your meal, they will change it for you. So far, They have been very cooperative.

Staff is very helpful, caring and motivated. They assisted with the move in and helped to get the new residents settled. Many of the residents too seem very obviously pleased with the life style and atmosphere of the community.

I think anyone would be happy at North Star. Friendly staff, cleanliness and well maintained

We moved our dad into Farrington Court and we were blown away by their willingness to meet him on his personal journey right where he was! They took the time to explain the community, how they were different than others and why local ownership really matters. We are greatful at the outcome and could not imagine being elsewhere.
