The whole place and staff are just amazing. It's open and bright when you walk in. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Mealtime is open. The dining room opens at 7 and closes at 6:30. No assigned dining!! It works amazingly well!! We love it here for Mom!!!

Thunderbird is a place where you can receive the individual care that you need. Residents are friendly. There is something happening each day for you to choose from for activities. Busses to take you shopping, Doctor's appointments, etc.

I’m really grateful to have found this place for my dad. The staff have all been great but more importantly my dad is energized by this place and once again looks forward to living. Also I eat the food at the place myself and it was great!!! Kinda of a big deal when your family will be eating there long term.

We spent a significant amount of time carefully selecting the right place for our mother, and ultimately, Farrington Court stood out as the best choice due to its exceptional services and welcoming community. From the moment we decided to move her there, the team has been professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive. My mom was overjoyed to arrive to find her dog in her apartment (thank you for making that possible!), family photos we had set up in advance, and a team ready to greet her and begin the transition. She looked around the apartment and said, "This feels like home." We were also able to enjoy a delicious family dinner in the restaurant, and the teens are already asking when they can return to dine with Mimi. We are truly grateful for the entire team at Farrington Court and are optimistic about a smooth transition, knowing that our mom is in good hands. We feel confident that we’ve made a great start!

I truly liked the facility until the end. The staff were friendly. The food was excellent. I just didn't like the pushy attitude when we had to make a change. . Unfortunately assisted living isn't the same as hospice care. It felt like they were more concerned about losing a resident than the continuing care that resident was going to need. And then we had to pay for a whole month's rent when she wasn't there a single day. I guess perhaps my 5 star rating is a little generous.

I have been a resident here for 2 years and am very satisfied with the care, activities, food, and overall care. I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm the only resident I know who always wanted to live here. I had 2 aunts who loved in assisted living and this place won my heart and approval way back when. The staff are absolutely wonderful. What's not to love; no yard care, no cooking or cleaning, and medical are is readily available. Activities and entertainment are provided. Transportation for personal errands and needs is also provided.

Lincoln Court is by far the best experience in my elder yrs. Moved here 2 yrs ago & instantly felt welcome. Staff & residents made me feel welcome from my 1st day. I love my apartment , my activities, the dining room. It has all the amenities & I always feel safe here.

Dad loved the Gardens. He participated almost everyday in the activities. He was so happy. Meals were great. I even ate a few times. Great staff. Very clean. Meds were given on time daily which was nice especially with his Parkinson.

The kitchen staff and front desk staff are amazing! It is always clean and welcoming anywhere I go in the facility and I’ve made a lot of friends. If you’re looking for a great place to live, look no further.

[name removed], the maintenance man is amazing! He has a huge knowledge base and is always friendly and prompt. [name removed] at the front desk is always greeting people with a smile and is willing to help with anything. [name removed] at the front desk is great as well. The kitchen staff is professional and remembers names and preferences.

I would rate a 5 in all categories. they were so accommodating in arranging a room and keeping up with changing schedule. everyone we had contact with so helpful and friendly.

I've been here for 1 1/2 years and have never regretted moving here. Have made so many new friends..The staff is so accommodating..The dining servers are all so polite and the food is delicious..And the activities keep me busy and out of trouble !!!

What stood out the most - Competency of the staff. Willingness of the staff to deal with challenging circumstances that were outside of the guidelines of their day-to-day jobs. Competency and humanity specifically of their nursing care. Perhaps most importantly, the communication transparency. My mother had a very challenging circumstance and her health deteriorated very rapidly. Hospice came in towards the end and was a godsend, but the staff at The Oaks did the absolute best that they could and we're always very upfront about what they could and couldn't do.

Everything except for #8 is a 5, the value for the money. I've always thought the cost of these facilities are way too expensive. Especially when you take into acct that the client base are generally on a fixed income and needing to do private pay. When many of the assisted living clients are rather immobile and don't do a lot, paying the high cost for them to basically sit around and have someone check on them periodically seems absurd. All that said, with the exception of one person, my dad has very much enjoyed the staff. One comment about the food. Mt dad chose to eat in his room. Generally a good variety but often times it was served cold since they wld get served after those in the dining room. So making sure that meals were hot when given to residents wld be appreciated.

I would give it 5 across all the above. Very friendly and professional staff in a quiet neighborhood setting. Units are rooming with full kitchen. Food service is great.

My husband and I needed some assistance, even though he still drives and we can manage most of our daily chores. But we knew with getting older and a little more likely to trip and fall, we decided to find a safe place to live. The staff here is so helpful and friendly. The residents range from independent to fully dependent on assistance. All are welcoming and have full, rich life stories to share. We have made many new friends. Everyone is able to do some or all activities. My husband enjoys the social life, gardening, playing cards. We both like Bingo and Drama Club. The dining experience is social and pretty tasty. There's quite a variety of menus weekly, or you can choose from an Always Available Menu. All in all we are very pleased with our choice.

Park Lane senior living is a beautiful building! What truly makes this place special, though, are the people. The residents are friendly and engaging, the residents and staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming and caring atmosphere. The building is always clean and the food is always good.

We’ve had a great experience with this senior living community. The food is consistently good, with a variety of options that keep things interesting. One of the standout features is the beautiful atrium filled with palm trees—it creates such a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere. The activities are also well-planned and engaging, offering something for everyone. It’s clear they care about creating a warm, vibrant environment for the residents.

I have a family member that lives here and i have nothing but great things to say. She always enjoys the dining experience and food. The atrium is also such a cool aspect and we love visiting and walking through. She enjoys all the activities with her friends she’s made. We love this place. Highly recommend!
