Fields was OK. I feel he wasn't properly assessed to stay there. He was only there for 4 days and fell went to the hospital again then to another rehab and they said he needed memory care. Moved him there he was only there for about 10 days and fell out of the wheelchair and passed away. I felt Fields was trying to talk me into keeping him there even tho he really needed memory care. They were being argumentative about it. They finally were like well ok, well except this as your 30 day notice. I felt they weren't very caring to me or about the situation. Or wanting to do the right thing for my husband.

The regular staff is great, the temp staff they bring in--not so much. The ones that are on a regular schedule take great care of my dad. The admin staff must do a better job of communicating.

They're really trying but they might be a little under staffed Foods. Okay have tried some of it cuz I've ate with her. It's not nothing nothing to write. They're way overpriced. They should be probably half. I have a really strong feeling that if I didn't come visit and check things. They might not give my mom the care. She needs or that great of care.

I have to say that I felt pressured to use them. Staff was all over me to sign the contract. Once I did, things were different. Not to mention I wasn't able to have my Mom stay but a few months. Once staff knew I was leaving, they acted like I was invisible and NO ONE came to help me move her out. I will never be back

Med tech Staff is excellent but over worked. Used to serve food in dinning room; dinning room staff was fired/quit. Not replaced. Around [Date Removed] Then caretakers were let go not replaced. So now there are only 2 med tech on the 3rd and 2nd floors and 1 on the first floor At night it's only 2 med tech and sometimes 1. The food is so-so. Things that are on the "Always available " maybe only 2-3 times a week. The place is keep clean. The upkeep on maintenance is excellent. The rooms are excellent.

My mother is not a complainer or a picky eater. The food is consistently bad. People there are not very active. I would not recommend.

My parents weren't physically there for more than 2 weeks in total between hospitalizations and my mom passing. The real negative for me was that the staff was using their room as a place to hang out and I'm positive they were using their tv. Also when we needed help I'd have to go looking for someone. For the price yes with the caveat that if it's best if they mobile and pretty independent.

Trying to get in contact with someone is not been good except for when[Name Removed] is working unfortunately they had the desk closed yesterday and I’m assuming today since no one will answer the phone there. So I’ll be going back by again. This is very disappointing trying to find out about a family member.

My family member struggles with lack of consistency in timing of her showers. Food is pretty good but there is no variety with the breakfasts. Need more variety also in the activities and need a bigger van. Activities are pretty much the same every month. Wish there were more groups coming to entertain at the home. If we had more money we would consider changing facilities. Sometimes admin staff does not respond to emails which can be frustrating.

The nursing staff are all very nice and helpful. It was also one of nicest in the lower price range. Management is not the best.

I would recommend if client is still capable of most things independently. Any extra effort required by staff is not appreciated.

Some nurses were very helpful, others didn't do much, so hit or miss depending on whom was working. They didn't accommodate the multiple moving of furniture we had to do and they were proactive on comments we made, like ants in the bathroom.

Not enough people to help when someone needs help a very long wait for someone to answer a call Even something serious like a fall. I really would not recommend. Too many times I felt like my husband wasn't getting proper care I was worried! A beautiful facility tho

It was a combination of things for us- The aesthetic from the front door was warm, modern, vibrant and well-attended. The apartments were beautifully appointed, modern and allowed for self-sufficient living ( full kitchen and washer drier included) The dining room was lovely with its outdoor seating and restaurant feel. And having different dial options made it feel less like a cafeteria and more like a restaurant. The price point was very reasonable. The staff was welcoming and kind

The safety of all members seems very good. The prepared meals and free laundry are beneficial. The van service is helpful but more ride locations would help. Increase front desk capabilities to ensure delivery and safety of drop offs.

Trevi is a beautiful facility. However, proceed with caution. This is the weekend of the big ice storm. I just discovered there is no backup power for the facility except the first floor lobby. There are 5 floors and 3 wings here. It’s going to get very cold if we lose power. We are all old people, some disabled, unable to withstand cold for very long. Also, when I first came, the food was outstanding and the menu large and comprehensive. Not any more. Food quality has been going downhill for a couple of months. The menu has been more than cut in half. So check carefully before you sign on dotted line. Who would have thought that one question you needed to ask was about backup power.

I'm not sure I would recommend it to others. I am moving him to a facility closer to me and I already feel like it's much more organized. I will tell you that the two main issues were the communication about medication and the inconsistency with the food. My dad said that for over one week, the dining hall was closed and they delivered their meals in Styrofoam boxes to their rooms. He said the food was awful. One night he got a corndog and was appalled. Very inconsistent with the food, which is why I think they are short staffed or that they simply aren't keeping their help

I feel that Hunt trace is a good fit for my sister. It isn't the most glamorous, but it is sufficient for her needs and affordability. She is 10 minutes from where I live, which makes it nice for both of us so so far so good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. By the way, your help with this was just tremendously helpful for me.

The facility was clean. When we walked into the assisted living building, we were greeted by a dozen old people sitting in wheelchairs staring at the floor. It was not a good look and gave the impression of overcrowding and people not being engaged in life. Assisted living and independent living are separate buildings. Running through a process is required to share the amenities. Assisted living excercise equipment was stuffed in a corner and the two machines looked like they have not been used in a decade. PT & OT were in a small little room. Just not a good look

Would recommend hiring RN staff for each unit- Memory Care and Assisted Living. And admin staff more attentive to family concerns.
