I was able to take a tour of this community. the staff was real informative and explained what they had to offer. I thought that the community itself could use a remodel. There are a few places that are chipped and cracked. However, the community was clean and neat.

My tour of this community was very nice. Everybody was very pleasant. The community looked very well maintained, everything was very nice and clean. Our only problem was the location, it wasn't very convenient for us. The staff was kind and informative. This is a very nice community.

My mom has just moved into this community. The staff is excellent and offering assistance to make her feel comfortable. They have a variety of activities when she does get settled in. The food seems to be good, but hope to see more salads and fruits if possible. I would recommend this for others families for assistance with there loved ones.

The care has been a good one so far. My dad has been taking exercise classes and tries other activities that the community offers. The place is clean in every area, they also maintain my dad's room. The staff are nice and kind people and they provide the proper care that is needed. If anyone needs help, I would refer them to this community.

This is a very nice community for my mom. She is taken care of by the excellent staff. I am informed on everything for her. They offer good food with a variety. Activities are offer to those who would like to keep active. I would recommend the community to others.

I have recently fall and broke my leg, but once I get better I will be returning to Caroline Gardens. This is a lovely community, I do enjoy living here. The staff is very kind and helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness, the grounds and community is well maintained. There are activities for me when I get back. The food could use some improvements, it is a little dry. Overall everything is well and I would recommend it.

This is a newer community. There are not a lot of trees on the grounds. The room they showed us during the tour was nice. The management we met were competent, friendly and professional.

I toured this facility for my father, and it is a nice looking community. The staff was very kind and informative. From what I saw everything is very well maintained. It just wasn't the community for my father, but it was a pleasant tour.

Very friendly staff and the facility is in the process of being completely redone - new paint, carpet, etc.

It has been over a month since my mom has moved in and so far she is getting better. The care is good here and now she is able to get up and down from her wheelchair, even push herself around in her wheelchair. It was a little tough in the beginning to get comfortable again but the staff helped her get comfortable. The staff are responsive every time I ask.

This community is clean and good looking. The staff are very nice and cooperative. I like knowing that the staff honor my requests like providing all the help for my wife. I did have some issues in the beginning about hygiene but that is all corrected now. My wife's has not been able to join in any activities. The food is good, I like the portion sizes and I eat there all the time! I would recommend this community because my wife is doing better.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Superior Residences seemed like a nice place, overall. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and they seemed to have a lot of good programs for the residents. We ended up selecting a different community, but Superior Residences is worth a look!

Does not do catheter care

Having lunch with my mom there today Weds. 2 24 2016 at 11 . There will be a facelift to the common areas and it was a very pleasant design and organized. Enjoyed my tour on Sat 2 20 16. The room we saw was a studio and just a little bigger than those at Elmcroft which were too small. Nice dining room and music was ongoing as we visited. Two central garden areas that could be spruced up some but it is winter. Maybe all the grounds will be updated with the renovation to come. Looking forward to todays visit with mom. Was wondering if the people there are stimulating to match my moms personality.

Moved Mom into Brookdale not too long ago and everything is going positively well. The staff have been very pleasant and Mom is happy. She's participated in many activities since moving in which she enjoys and they even have weekend activities for the residents. So as long as Mom's happy I'm happy and she has no complaints.

Overall we're very pleased with how things have turned out at Creekside at Three Rivers. It's a clean, nice looking facility, and the people here all seem very friendly. They provide very good care for the price! I do think they feel a bit understaffed, but the people they do have are professional and hard working.

They are going pretty good. We have had a few hiccups at first, but we are getting them ironed out. We are getting everyone on the same page. We do our medicine through mail order and come to find out they didn't. There were some communication issues with that at first, but other than that everything is fine.

Overall, I think that everything has been done very well. Their follow-up is done very well. They are very responsive when I have questions or concerns. My loved one also loves the activities that they have.

I am happy with the Villas at Canterfield, but she isn't happy there. She tells me things like It's too small and it's tiny, and the other residents are old. Really I just think she wants to be home. I haven't had any complaints about how friendly they are, or the food, or how clean it is. I think they are doing a fine job.
