I enjoyed my tour of this community. I did like this community, but there was some things about it that concerned me. The room they showed us wasn't as light, and open as I would like for my mother. This is a more of an indoor community, and I wanted more of an open community for my mother, and her needs.

I have no complaints with how things are going for my mother so far at this community. The staff have all been wonderful and have helped accommodate her needs as well as make sure she is comfortable in her new living environment. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities they have available. The place is very well maintained and always clean when I come to visit. Overall I am pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

I toured Brookdale Charleston during my search, and it was a good tour. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My mother is doing well with her move to this community. So far everything is working out well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. They have plenty of activities available. The staff is amazing, they are very attentive to her, and her needs. This is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

My parents are adjusting well at North Brook Place.They keep quiet for the most part but the staff does encourage them to get involved in activities. They like the food for the most part. They did have some complaints not that long ago because the oven had broke and they served a lot of the same things.The community wasn't at fault for this and it has since been resolved. We chose North Book Place because my parents aren't fancy folks and aren't impressed by flashy things. We felt this was a more relaxed and comfortable environment they could adjust into.

I thought this was a great experience and enjoyed my tour of this community. The staff where very friendly and made sure to take there time with our visit as well as answer any questions we had for them. It was just not the right fit for my loved one in the end.

My mother mother moved here recently and so far things are going well. My Aunt is also a resident here so it made it easier for her to adjust.She really enjoys talking with the staff and having one on one time with them.They are all very friendly. They offer many activities and even have guest performers come in but she has a hearing problems so she can't fully enjoy it. They offer sitting volleyball as well which is good for exercise..Her only complaint it the food.The dining room is on the first floor and she is on the second so sometimes when the food gets to her it is cold. We chose this community because it was in the area she was already familiar with. The post office and pharmacy are very close to the community.

We toured this community when looking for a place for my uncle. They were friendly and it was nice. They left a good impression we just decided on another property because it was a tad cheaper and a better fit.

This place is excellent. The food is outstanding and they offer a lot of variety to choose from. The room and the community is pretty much clean. The only thing that bothers me is that they could vacuum more often. The executive director [Removed] has been great and very helpful and so has Marcy with this whole process.

The staff has done great with helping my mother get use to her new environment. They try to keep most all residents busy doing activities that they like and interaction continually throughout the day. The meals served are very good and much better than I have seen and tasted in similar facilities as this one. I feel that we have made the right decision in placing my mother here at Superior Residences of PCB.

The Villas at Canterfeild was a very nice place. Everyone was very friendly and it seemed like a positive place. We just did not choose it because of my loved one's personal preference.

This community was a little larger than we were looking for. The staff we met were nice and helpful. They offered daily activities and the community seemed clean.

Great community. Mom would have had to be on the second floor to get the type of room she wanted. Dad did not want to do that. The rooms were very bright and roomy.

My mother was a resident at The Haven for several years before she passed away recently. We found the staff to be so very patient, kind, and compassionate. The biggest challenge for them was keeping track of Mother's belongings, which is typical of any facility of this type. My mother never complained about her care, the living conditions, the meals, or the staff. Early on she enjoyed interacting with the staff, making funny faces back at them, etc. The facility itself is very lovely, clean, well maintained, warm and welcoming. There are numerous places on the grounds where family and visitors alike can spend time with the residents. My family and I have always been very happy that we chose The Haven for Mother.

Great place for independent living seniors! Highly recommend it.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was kind and welcoming. From what I saw they do a good with the cleanliness. Everything was very neat and tidy. I really liked this community. My family wanted me to be closer for them to travel too. Overall this is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

My uncle stayed in this community for 4 days. During that time the staff did a good job with his care. They took care of his 2 big cats and had him ready to go for his doctor appointments. From having nothing to compare the community too and in a short time it was a 4 star experience. I appreciate A Place For Mom for providing help when we needed it.

I was able to take a tour of this community. the staff was real informative and explained what they had to offer. I thought that the community itself could use a remodel. There are a few places that are chipped and cracked. However, the community was clean and neat.

My tour of this community was very nice. Everybody was very pleasant. The community looked very well maintained, everything was very nice and clean. Our only problem was the location, it wasn't very convenient for us. The staff was kind and informative. This is a very nice community.
