The staff have been very easy to work with, and very available. Sometimes the wheels turn slow in communities; however, I can reach out to someone and am satisfied with the response time. There is nothing I would change.

We chose Trinity Hills of Knoxville because it just worked out perfectly and everything fell into place at the right time. The room sizes here are plenty of big for one person. I really do not have anything negative at all to say about them, I think it is a really good facility and I would recommend them to others.

I like that this a pet friendly community. One guy in the dining room is not very nice, but overall everyone else is very nice. I don't like the food here. I don't like the rolls they have, and the okra and greens they have. Sometimes they have clear liquid soups. It's just a matter of personal taste.

The staff members and care services would definitely be a five out of five. However our loved one does complain about the meals they serve, and due to the covid restrictions the activities are still pretty minimal. We do think the value is adequate, not the best but not the worst.

We moved in during Covid, so we've not been able to visit. I think they do a very good job of caring for the residents. They're very friendly, and they also accommodate any requests very well. The laundry services are less than ideal. Things get lost. The people eat the front desk are exceptional. The maintenance folks appear to be very very busy and unable to take care of individual problems in a timely manner. But overall, I would definitely encourage people to look into Elmcroft.

We chose Seagrass Village because of the value for the money as well as the location. They also took her in during covid. The staff members here have been a little slow with communication, their emails were going to our junk mail so it was a while until we had a lot of communication from them. Right now they are going through transition, they have had quite a bit of turnover with management and staffing. It has been difficult not being able to go inside the facility, but I think it is fairly nice place and the nurses have been helpful and friendly.

You need to monitor your loved one's care no matter where your loved one is at. I would recommend this community to others. Overall we really like this community.

The place was good but it was overpriced, and the rooms were pretty small and they were shared rooms.

Very nice facility. Friendly support staff. Staff keeps me informed of any status changes with my mom and dad. Dealing with Covid-19 has been a challenge but Trinity Hills is doing a great job.

This is a good place and the staff is good. They have changed the director this year and that has helped. I am happy that my mom is there. Room sizes are good, and the food has been worse than normal due to covid. They are getting food in their rooms and sometimes it can be cold. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff, particularly the activity directors, go the extra mile to help make our lives Pleasant and to help us carry on with our necessities. At the same time, remain safe from the virus.

We felt that this was a beautiful facility, it was clean and the staff is always interacting with the residents. We enjoyed the entertainment they had, they would bring in an artist to come sing and dance with the residents, and the guest were also able to dance with the residents. Now with COVID they have had to shut down

This facility is clean but Covid has taken a toll for everyone. Unfortunately, activities have dropped off dramatically and the food is not great. But the staff does seem to work hard - nurses, CNAs, maintenance. Visiting before was difficult but no one's fault. Just wish staff would not be a revolving door. But those who are long term employees do it because they seem to care.

I am very satisfied with Trinity Hills. It is clean and well run by good staff of people. When I got pneumonia the doctor suggested this place.

Very good care. They clean your room once a week, including changing your bed once a week. The staff is friendly.

We chose Village Veranda because of the location. The room sizes here were adequate to a hotel room. She liked the food at first but then grew to dislike it. I would want others to know when looking into this facility that when my mother passed, her possessions disappeared from her room. They did end up compensating us for those items. I would have a hard time recommending.

Prior to COVID they offered activities like bingo, and outings. During COVID they have kept the residents in their rooms and haven't really engaged with them. The food is okay, sometimes not very nutritious. Didn't have much fresh vegetables, the food was high in carbs. The rooms are very nice as well as the facility, We really liked the layout of the rooms, and the overall decor they had. It was a comfortable atmosphere.

Some activities they provide are games, they bring in entertainment, they have movies that are available. The food was well prepared, the service was very good. My mom lives in a studio room, its very well sized. This facility was brand new which stood out to us, which helped in our decision. Would recommend this to a family or friend.
